Dear Priya Vij, Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of Salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e.g. Pulses, Dry fruits, Black gram, Ground nut etc, white of egg (if u eat egg). also oil ur hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as Ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with Shirodhara with herbal oil and Nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. For that u may consult me privately over Lyberate. Please update with ur valuable feedback.

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you r suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid also.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.

Take the monthly course tabs from any medical shop. And take continuesly till the monthly course is completed. Then automatically from next month menses will be regularised. Ok.

I am on panic disorder tab XET CR 25 since 6 year. Feeling fear during bath wen door closed. uneasiness.my sex is quik discharge due to tablet. Also I am not diabetic but sugar lever always pp 145 n fbs 119 wen checked. Also feeling hunger in evening n like to eat sweet .pls advice.

Hello sir this is sabeel I have some problem back pains r more in my body what is the solution to over come this.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

As you took hcg injection after the follicular monitoring, there is very high chance that you would get pregnant.

Looks like you have solar dermatitis. It means your skin is too sensitive to exposure to sunlight. As a remedy you can use an umbrella while going outdoors. Apply sunscreen lotion etc.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

While walking I am feeling unbalanced.Also while lying down or getting up everything looks shaking for 2-3 seconds. I don't like doing anything. I used to drink but left it before 2 months. 2 months before I had high Blood pressure now its normal. My MRI report is also showing normal. I am on medication but with no significant change.
