Excessive tests and diet restrictions are not helpful. Avoid tests unless you have health problem. Avoid full body testing it will only cause confusion. The secret to perfect health is very simple, I hope you will be given the correct advice by someone soon. Best wishes.

What are the symptoms of dengue. How to control it. What precautions should be taken.

What are the symptoms of dengue. How to control it. What precautions should be taken.
Hi, dengue fever, also known as breakbone fever, is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin rash that is similar to measles. In a small proportion of cases, the disease develops into the life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever, resulting in bleeding, low levels of blood platelets and blood plasma leakage, or into dengue shock syndrome, where dangerously low blood pressure occurs. Dengue is transmitted by several species of mosquito within the genus aedes, principally a. Aegypti. The virus has five different types; infection with one type usually gives lifelong immunity to that type, but only short-term immunity to the others. Prevention: there is no vaccine to prevent dengue fever except in homoeopathy. Take eupatorium perf. 200/ twice daily for 1 week as a preventive to all the family members. The best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes, particularly if you are living in or traveling to a tropical area. This involves protecting yourself and making efforts to keep the mosquito population down. To protect yourself: stay away from heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. When indoors, use air conditioning if available. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets. If you have symptoms of dengue, speak to your doctor. To reduce the mosquito population, get rid of places where mosquitoes can breed. These include old tires, cans, or flower pots that collect rain. Regularly change the water in outdoor bird baths and pets' water dishes.

The recurrent episodes of cold & tonsillitis indicate a low defence mechanism in your upper respiratory system. Proper nutrition with adequate dosages of Zinc & Vitamin C along with simple herbs like Holy Basil (Tulsi), Turmeric (Haldi) can help. We are able to help such patients with customised treatment plans.

Try to control your blood sugar by diet control and exercise. If not controlled add oral antidiabetic medicines under the guidance of a Physician. Diet-Avoid sweets, sugar, gur, honey, sweet fruits like banana, mangoes, grapes, cheekoo etc. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Consume more fibres. Salad vegetables are high in fibre. Consume whole grain flour instead of maida.

I am suffering from acidity. When I can't eat food on time acidity inc. Can you suggest me please what should I do?
Home Remedies of Acidity: Avoid all types of fast food, non-vegetarian food and oily/spicy food.Take as much fruit as possible. This will help to increase alkaline in the body, neutralizing the acidity affects. Banana, Water Melon and cucumber are few recommended fruits which are proved helpful in acidity.Drink sufficient water (At least 3 ltr). Take water more frequently.Almond helps in quick control over heart burn. Whenever you feel like heart burn, take few pieces of Almonds.Jaggery(gur) is a proven home remedy for acidity. Put one piece in mouth and suck it slowly.Green coconut water is very helpful in acidity.Sleep sufficient. Do not work till late night.Fresh mint juice helps in reducing the side effects of acidity. You can have a glass of mint juice after food for a fast relief.Take a small piece of raw garlic; this is a very good digestive element. But don’t take overdose, or else it will have negative effect on acidity.
