To increase your weight normalize your appetite and way of having food. Consume food only three times in a day with regular inter-well. Drink jeera and omam water daily before food and have kooshmanda valehya with milk.

Please in addition take small frequent meals to raise head end of bed to make it in reclining position put a brick under the legs of bed only on head end side as puttimg blankets will not achieve the purpose. If still symptoms persists then take ppi or get ugit endoscopy done.

take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od 1 hr walk daily,do regular exercise or join gym, but do not take any powder or anything, it will help you,thanks.

Please don't worry overall stamina can be increased by. Regular exercise, yoga and pranayam have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes do kegel and perineal exercises daily take proper rest before sex avoid late dinner keep your mind relaxed while doing sex, take long breaths take cap ashwagandha 2 2 youvan churna by patanjali 2tsf 2 times with milk apply himcolin gel before intercourse read instructions on pack.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises.

Do regular exercise specially muscle development exercise.eat food more often with extra amount of food.Take weight gainer supplement.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Eat more unrefined foods.Take cake,pastries,chocolate,ghee,cream,butter,cheese.Take more fish,egg,lean meat,mushroom,tofu,soy milk,soy product.Take nuts and seeds.Add extra healthy fat.Avoid smoking.No water before or during meals.Sleep for 7-8 hours.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

hello shiva , do stretching exercise and cycling daily . exercise is also important role to build the good health . so plz do exercise daily. take high protein and high calorie diet.take milk and milk products. take soy milk, whole pulses, egg, sprouts, paneer, lean meat,corn salad, curd, mango shake, banana shake, chikku shake, tofu. have small and frequent meals.

Hello, to be fit you need to take enough, protein, vitamins minerals, fiber, and good fatty acids in your diet, so eat all type of food, from where you get these nutrition. Do some physical activities every day for 1 hour. Drink more water in a day. Have a adequate rest to get better health, especially if we are working in a ac environment, we have better chances to expose to all new kind of diseases, like vitamin-d devifiency, diabetes, cholesterol. Etc etc.

Take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch nad dinner 2. Amla juice 4tsp+2tsp sugar powder+honey 2 tsp 3. Wash your face alovera face wash 4. Boiled rice in milk and the apply it on face and rub it for 10 min. Do this procedure at morning 5. Apply almond oil on face at night and do massage for 5 min 6. Eat all fruit vegetable 7. Milk 1cup + turmeric powder 1/2 table spoon at night before sleep.
