Actual mathod for local application or LEPA, mentioned in Ayurveda is , Lepa should not become dry. When you apply wet lepa, maintain wet. If it become dry, spay mild water on it. At finally remove dry Lepa. Because when it is wet, it is active. Over night lepa leads to more dryness. And close the skin holes

Please take rhus tox 6 - every 6 hourly. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Continue treatment.

Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. You vil need to take biotin tablets everyday after breakfast. You vil also need medications and treatment. Use scalpe shampoo to wash your scalp three times a week.

Use positive reinforcement. Before you go to bed, tell yourself that you will sleep on your side or back throughout the night. Visualize yourself sleeping in the position that you desire and associate this position with something positive like a restful night's sleep or pleasant dreams. You might be surprised how a conscious effort to change a habit will work better when you do not criticize yourself for doing something wrong.

what are the size of the stones? stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers. I am a doctor and renal (kidney) registered dietitian who will also prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

First of all stop panderm cream. It is very harmful for skin and should not be used at all. Now to reduce the side effects with panderm start with a good sunscreen and moisturising agent. And mild cleanser.

How to control hair loss.
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on foot area is due to reason of water retains-ion. So please change your diet. U change in iodide salt. .and add on mineral salt. And cut rich carbohydrates diet exm. Rice, chapati, potato etc. And U can use high protein diet like exm. Pannier, egg etc. U take 1 Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch.

You should immediately consult a physician. This is extreme weakness. Weakness may leave you without energy to carry out day-to-day activities, drowsy or tired, sluggish, and uninterested. Other symptoms include excessive sweating, loss of appetite, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty falling asleep. You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try a banana shake or smoothie. To help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak, eat a ripe banana with one tablespoon of honey twice daily. Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy. Whenever you have weakness, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey mixed in it. You can also boil two to three figs in one cup of milk. Eat the boiled figs and drink the milk to gain strength. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of clarified butter to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice daily to cure weakness caused by excessive loss of blood. Also known as amla, indian gooseberry is a highly nutritious fruit that can improve your energy level. It is a good source of vitamin c, calcium, protein, irons, carbohydrates, and phosphorous. Simply eating one indian gooseberry daily can strengthen a weak immune system.

Is there any permanent solution for pcod. I am 27 years old unmarried girl suffering this since last 7 years. Will I have problems after marriage? what are the remedies for it? in past I have consulted three doctors and all are saying there is no permanent solution.

Although there is no permanent solution for pcod nd secondly ssometimes after conceiving this problem automatically subsides, but I will prefer you to go for very effective homoeopathic treatment presently as due to pcod there less chances of conceiving.

It may be due to stress, anxiety or nervousness. avoid stress. Take ECG and consult doctor to rule out any cardiac problem. Do yoga, meditation and practice deep breathing exercise like pranayam to calm your mind and relieve stress
