Stop running or engaging in any other activity that works your leg muscles for at least one week. This gives your muscles time to heal. Soak your sore muscles in very warm water in the bath or a hot tub to ease your pain and reduce inflammation. Alternating hot and cold baths works especially well for some people. Rub the affected muscles using moderate pressure to improve blood flow to the area Stretch after your walks and periodically throughout the recovery period. Stretching helps prevent inflammation and stiffness and can improve your mobility while your legs recover.

I am 24 year old. I hava a fat in my stomach. Give me some tips to burn my stomach fat.

I am 24 year old. I hava a fat in my stomach. Give me some tips to burn my stomach fat.
it will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of Calcium D-Glucarate and one tablet of B-Complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from Day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

How to stretch tight foreskin at home? Can you please tell me about the stretching techniques?

How to stretch tight foreskin at home? Can you please tell me about the stretching techniques?
Hello- Purchase a bottle of BIO OIL. When your penis is soft tug your foreskin up a little and put a few drops of BIO OIL into the foreskin tip. Now squish the oil into the foreskin so that it gets between the glans and the foreskin. Continue this every day for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks attempt to pull the foreskin back a little and if it comes back a little add a few drops of BIO OIL and smear it over the exposed part of the glans. Continue this once every day for 2 weeks. You will find a little more glans is exposed every day. Continue this until the foreskin slides nearly all the way back but do not try to pull it all the way back yet but continue pulling back the foreskin and smearing oil over the exposed part of the glans as well as a few drops of BIO OIL into the tip of the foreskin and squishing it around. After this any white smegma should be gently washed off and drip BIO OIL onto the glans and smear it over the exposed glans. Always return the foreskin to the normal position each time.

Dear sir/madam, What is type-1 and type-2 diabetics. How can we identify that we are suffering from type-1 or type-2. Is there any symptoms to classify.

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
Dear sir/madam, What is type-1 and type-2 diabetics.
How can we identify that we are suffering from type-1 or type-2....
Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. It is difficult to identify whether one has T1 or T2 diabetes by only symptoms. Following are the major differences in these two conditions. 1) T1 Diabetes: By and large T1 DM occurs at a much younger age including even in children & infants. In this condition there is no insulin production by the Beta cell of Islets of Langerhans in Pancreas. There are antibodies noticed against those cells. It is considered as an autoimmune diseae. These patients need Insulin for treatment and for survival. In India only 5 to 10% of total diabetic patients are suffering with T1 disease. Earlier it was called as Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus or early onset or Juvenile diabetes. 2) T2 DM: This is the commonest form seen. Over 90 to 95 % of all diabetic patients fall in this category. It occurs because of either deficient insulin production, or resistance to its action or due both. Obesity or over weight and inactivity are two major factors responsible in developing T2 DM. Plus it is a familial disease. If both parents are diabetic then 75% of children tend to get diabetes. Fortunately it is a preventable condition. If person maintains his weight near normal, exercises regularly and takes restricted and balanced diet then it can be postponed or prevented. Most often diabetes hardly produces any symptoms, hence many people fail to notice that they have the disease. Most common symptoms are excess urination, excess hunger and excess thirst, plus unexplained loss of weight and tiredness. There are many other forms of diabetes like gestational diabetes that develops during pregnancy, and others. Thanks.

My hair are falling for last 2 years, daily 40-50 falls. Please advice something.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Hyderabad
My hair are falling for last 2 years, daily 40-50 falls. Please advice something.
Precautions for care of your hair *Take nutritious healthy food *Have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *Avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *Use warm or cold water for bath and NOT very hot water. * Hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * When the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * Use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *Your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Natural products like Shikakai and Amla are better than chemical compositions of manufactured shampoos. *Hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in Homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally, promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. Consult privately (Prime-Rs.149/)

Pain from sex in men can be caused due to,
1. Infections in the penile area such as thrush which results in the irritated skin cause pain during sex.

4. Damage to the foreskin covering the penis may cause a sharp and stinging pain during sexual intercourse.

If the symptoms are exaggerated and persist then it is recommended to consult a medical professional. In the case of itchiness and unusual discharges from the genitals, an STI (sexually transmitted infection) test is carried out. Another common treatment is using lubricants during sex to get rid of the dryness that is causing the pain. In the case of allergic reactions, it is recommended to test the products before using them.

MBBS, MD-Skin,VD & Leprosy, Hair Transplant Surgeon

Mam, I 25 year male, I am suffering from baldness I am looking for hair transplant.
Mam, please tell me what are the ...
Firstly its a very safe procedure if done by an expert in proper set up Being a hair transplant surgeon these are after care we recommend to our pts After Care: •Go home on the same day with a small dressing in the donor area and a cap. •Application of ice over forehead and massage with fingers to reduce swelling •Avoid lying in face down position for 2-3 days •Shampooing gently after 5 days •Wear a loose cap to cover the grafts from dust and sunlight •Dry scabs will shed by 10-14 days •New hair growth starts at 10-12 weeks •Transplanted hair continues to grow at about 1 cm every month •Final result may take 8-10 months. Regarding cost one needs to assess your area to estimate no of follicles needed to be transplanted most important do not fall into a trap in the name of cheap procedure its not worth taking risk. Recently a medical student died after transplant because he opted for cheap procedure & treating doctors were not qualified to do the surgery.
