Hello,take homoeopathic medicine Carbo Veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days and revert. *If overweight,loose weight. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Avoid spicy and fried food *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To feel hungry try to be active as much as possible - set a proper routine, do exercise in the morning like walking, jogging, cycling, also do moderate weight lifting twice a week, do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning - climb stairs at your workplace if there, take a walk for 5-10 min after lunch - evening play a game or do walking - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & lean fats - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do investigations, blood hb%, sugar, thyroid hormone profile.

Any problem if 75 year old diabetic eats 75/80 grms on daily basis? How would it impact urine microalbumin & carbs increase if following LCHF diet? 75/80 gms of nuts + seeds. Walnut/Almonds/Peanuts. -> 30 grm Flax seed powder. -> 25 gm Roasted & unsalted Pumpkin kernels. -> 28 gm.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. It is not possible to predict what will happen if a patient takes the type of diet mentioned. DIet does look good, but how a person accepts (his system), is difficult to predict. You may try for a few days. Thanks.

Thanks for the query. Getting flat wash board abs is all about eating right. Plan a routine keeping the following points in mind. Calories should not be so less that your metabolism goes low. Your needs will increase or decrease depending on your work out. Since you are going to work out at least 5 days a week your protein needs are going to be high to help prevent muscle loss. Eggs, chiken ,nuts, airy, pulses,soy, dry fruits etc. Are all protein sources. To include complex carbohydrate through whole grains vegetables and pulses. Don't go too low on carbs as they are energy sources for our body especially on hard work out days. Include healthy fats in your main meals through nuts, fatty fish coconut oil or ghee or olive oil Limit it to about 15% of your daily calorie needs. Avoid salty junk foods. Drink about 3 liters of water per day. Sleep well.

Sir you meet your Diabetologist / Consultant who is treating you and report your problem. You shall have to exclude any Neuropathy or Myopathy which is a complication of Diabetes. Please do not ignore.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.
