Dear the body weight is maintained 90%by diet and 10%by exercise. So, if you are not losing weight in spite of exercising, it means that 90%of your diet is faulty. I will let you know how you can lose weight and have a great body while eating the right kind of food. Till then, take care.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab triphala guggul twice a day with luke warm water 30 min after meals./ 30 days.. revert me back after 30 days.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Strict control of diabetes is a must. Premature ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety, sometimes however there may be problem with prostate gland and thyroid hormone. You can learn to control pe by doing this exercise- pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for few seconds then release repeat this several times daily. Another is stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, after sometime start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over few months you will gradually increase your ejaculation time. Most often it is a chronic problem, you have to take medicines in between and period off medicine. I cannot comment on malebooster because it is not listed in pharmacology.

You need proper cleaning & biopurification with the help of ayurvedic treatment & therapy like virechan & basti. You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well as to feel strong from with in. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Your diet be easily digestible without fried, spicy ,non irritant, junk food. Take proteinous food. Take salad before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Lybrate-user prakash, avoid sugar, sugary food, sugary drink and refined flour products. Start jogging or biking for 30-50 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. During weekend spend 60-90 minutes. Your fat will start melting slowly and you will nurture excellent health protection.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hye thanks for the query. Vitamin b-12 is mostly available only in animal foods: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. You can also get this important nutrient in some nutritional yeasts, as well as from fortified cereals and soy milk. Vegans need to take a vitamin-b supplement daily. You can add fermented foods like idli or dosa or sprouts to improve vitamin b12 in your diet too. Dairy like curd or buttermilk are helpful in improving the gut bacteria as they help too.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Yes you should drink 8-10 glasses of water per day, if you do not increase the amount of water then there are various problem you will suffer from like constipation, indigstion, you will loss glow from skin.

As per your height your weight should be 60 to 64 kg. Just 10 kg more. So you can reduce it by avoiding frequent non-veterinarian food, fast food, cold drinks. Banana, grapes. Start morning walk for minimum 45 minutes.
