Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in reducing weight, need to attend the gym if possible, simple morning and evening walk may be effective. Strict observance of diet is important along with your mental determination and attitude.

Hi Frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which shoulder movements get progressively decreased, it is commonly associated with diabetes although association with other conditions is also known. Treatment includes intensive physical therapy, short course anti inflammatory medications according to one's suitability and maintanence of calcium/ vitamin d metabolism.

Make sure when you are not doing gym or any other exercise in those days do not overeat, and try to walk or do jogging for 30 minutes, once weak eat only fruits, try not to eat anything after sunset, if its not possible than do very light dinner before 8 pm.

Avoid extra salt oil & maida products. Avoid fruit juices. Avoid mango banana chickoo grapes custord apple. Avoid dates cashew kismis. You can have almonds. Daily 40 min walking is must. Frequent small snacking instead of large meals. Increase dietary fiber intake.

Mr. Lybrate-user, rat bite injury has to be properly cleaned, dressed regularly. Plus if needed some antibiotic may be taken for 5 to 7 days. Most importantly control of blood sugar (fasting near 100 g, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7), is absolutely essential. Because if sugar level remains high, then wound healing is badly affected, particularly in the lower limbs. So you have to take appropriate treatment to correct sugar levels. Thanks for the question.

I feel laziness whole day. Often I yawn and I dont feel fresh so what should I do?

Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. 1.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 2.Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning. 3. Do fasting once a week.

Fish oil contains Omega3 fatty acids which is good for heart and can help reduce cholesterol. Fish oil does not help in weight reduction.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

One of the fundamental principles of ayurveda is to treat a patient on a holistic level. Instead of just providing relief from symptoms, it identifies the root cause of the disease and aims to give you a permanent cure, wherever possible. Instead of a short-term cure and instant relief, ayurveda focuses on giving you long-term health and well-being, which is bound to take some time.

Similar to any type of treatment, the time taken for improvement or cure of your disease in ayurveda depends upon the severity and type of your disease. The stage at which you go for ayurveda treatment makes a huge difference. If you have been living it for the last 5-10 years, you can't expect to see improvements in a few weeks. The longer you wait to go for ayurveda treatment, the longer it will take to get relief and treat the condition. However, if you sincerely follow the diet and lifestyle advice given to you by your ayurveda doctor, and take your medicines regularly on time, ayurveda treatment is sure to show improvements in a relatively shorter period of time.

Hi thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

1200 Calorie Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). O A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + ½ cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10: 30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or ½ cup melon (50 calories). Lunch (1 pm): o 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha + 1 bowl vegetable salad (345 calories). Hi lybrate-user, I will recommend you for weight reduction dieting is not the right way to reduce weight rather than plan your diet properly. Some tips, a diet chat, and yoga for you. Tips: Avoid single large meals and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day. Avoid consuming food at late night. Take fiber rich diet like vegetables and fruits Avoid: Do not eat sugar sweets chocolates ice cream cold drinks sweet biscuits jam cake white bread cheese butter noodles milk and milk product. Diet Chart: You can also follow this chart (1200 calories) 1. Your symptoms seems to be of PCOD.so get check your fasting serum insulin and get sonography done. Take Ashwagandharisht twice a day...its very effective.or Take aloe vera juice without added sugar twice a day.

Salad is not only fat free but it also brushes the intestinal villii which contains fat thus helps in lowering the fat absorption. Salad must be added to the routine food. Regards

Dear lybrate-user, It is always better to do Free T3 and Free T4 rather than Total. The decision to increase or decrease Thyroid dosage depends not just on the lab report but on the status of symptoms. Other factors relate to status of other metabolic imbalances and the presence or absence of comorbidities. Management of Hypothyroodism should be comprehensive through an elaborate protocol. Prima facie I would say, if your energy leves are good, weight under control and moods quite positive, there is no need to change your present dose of Thyroxine.

If you want to get fit, look young, feel energetic then a healthy diet + Regular intensive exercise is the solution. Coffee/Tea whether black, brown or green is just a mild stimulant and has no effect on weight.
