Hello and thank you for visiting my Lybrate profile! Only your mind has the right solution for your every problem.

The above line not only sounds good but it’s also 100% correct.

Many people in India are suffering from various problems of which they don’t have any solution. And this is why Bhati Mind Care is working for educating people about Physical, Emotional and Mental Health and helping people in not only solving their problems but also preventing them.

The current decade is witnessing abrupt changes in lifestyle, health, relationships, social and family spheres and people especially Indians are not used to adjust to such sudden changes.

In developed countries emotional disturbances are taken seriously but in India neither emotional disturbances nor their effects on general health and relationships considered as treatable problems.

Moreover the methods of treatment used in developed countries do not suit Indians in their original forms.

Hence we have developed many ground-breaking methods for dealing, curing, preventing such physical mental and emotional issues.

Can't get this girl out of my mind ,love her like hell ,she doesn't gives a damn making me addicted to drugs and all ...
Dear Lybrate user One sided love is painful. Drugs are not the solution. Your self esteem is hampered so that needs to be improved. Secondly your focus needs to be changed from that girl to your life career and other relationships that you have. Make a list of things that you enjoy and do them quite often. Identity the triggers that make you think of her and make you feel hopeless and upset and avoid those triggers. Think about the ones who love you unconditionally and spend quality time with them. Make a list of your goals both short term and long term and according to them make a list of things that you need to do. Break all your goals into sub goals and figure out which things you need to do right now and work hard on it. Make a list of your achievements and be happy that you have done it. Notice all the the achievements you have even the small ones and treat yourself for them. A healthy mind lives in a healthy body so eat healthy have a timely and a good quality sleep everyday do some physical exercise anything you would like to. Motivate yourself from these negative experiences instead for them making you feel low and hopeless. Contact me in private if you think you need any help. Good luck. Take care.

And you can do all this online just like many other people have done. When the psychological causes and reasons will get resolved you will automatically quit smoking and as well as the cravings. Chest pain irregular heartbeat and Anxiety trouble sleeping fear in public place.
Dear Lybrate user You seem to be an introvert and social anxiety. Anxiety may disturb your sleep and also cause physical stuff like you have mentioned chest pain and irregular heartbeats. Anxiety has become very common these days. Monitor your negative thoughts that you have which make you anxious and challange those thoughts. Like your fear in public places challenge this thing amd think what is fearful in this? Many people are easily living in society with no fear at all. If you are very much conscious about yourself then stop getting carried away for the same. Try to think rationally about things which make you anxious. Remember being an introvert is not bad and introverts have the strengths as well. Identify your strengths and work on them feel proud that you have them. Many people do not have it. Have a good and timely sleep. Feed your body with good nutritious food and that too on time. Do meditation or yoga or a brisk walk in the morning. Spend time with people you love people with whom you are happy amd comfortable. Make goals in your life if you have not already. Goals regarding health finance relationships etc. And work hard to achieve them. Following your goals is a pleasant and satisfactory feeling. You can also take Mind Training from us and that too online by staying at your home only just like many other people. Contact me for more information regarding this. Good luck. Take care.

By mind training it will be alright and you will be able to recover from such thing which happens suddenly. Your weight is 100+ and that is alarming. I would strongly recommend you to do something for it. By mind training you can also lose your weight and that also very easily and permanently because weight loss is more of a psychological process. Dear Lybrate user What kind of blackmailing? A therapist will need to know more about you and your case so that he can get to know about your case its causes and possibly solutions. It seems to be anxiety. You can challenge your thoughts and think rationally and logically for eliminating automatic negative thoughts. Do not be alone and idle doing nothing. Keep yourself engaged so that you do not get anxious. Talk to the people with whom you feel good. Do relaxation exercises or meditation. Take care of your body and be healthy and fit. Exercise and/or go for a walk. Have a good quality of sleep and that also on time. You can take psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy for this.

Dear consultant, my query is regarding the diagnosis and remedy for my friend who has been assisting his family business for many years and has earned consistently through this business to run the family. But in the past few years due to very negligible income through this business he has lost his interest but not willing to dispose this business to invest in new business because of the fear of loss and failure. He is not able to accept the reality and continues to ignore the ways to find new means of earning. However this is not easy also. All other family members are worried but he does not stress himself and is simply waiting for some bright solution to this. This behavior is normal or needs some treatment so as to enable him to run the family quite smoothly. He is married, aged 49 and has responsibility of two grown up children and very old parents. What should be the strategy he should follow from now onwards. Please advise accordingly.

Dear Lybrate user Anxiety and panic attacks are curable with psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy. Your situation seems to be serious and you should consult a therapist as soon as possible. Whenever you feel like getting anxious take deep breaths. Panic attacks cause due to anxiety and irrational fear so try to think rationally. Do not lose control. During the attack think like this "its ok its just a anxiety attack there is nothing harmful in it and it will go in few minutes after that I will be fine" Try to reduce the intensity and the duration if the attacks by doing what I have said above. Challenge your thoughts regarding your health. Regularly do health check ups. And the normal reports will keep you stress free. Eat healthy and exercise. Do meditation or yoga. Have a healthy and sound sleep. Take care of your body and health. Use your anxiety to keep yourself motivated for the betterment of your health. Soon you can notice your anxiety getting reduced. You can contact me for a free consultation. Many clients have successfully cured their panic attacks and phobias. And you can also do this. Best of luck. Take care.
