In your height minimum small frame 165 cm height, weight is 53-59 medium 57-63 and large frame 62-70 large frame. Do this diet chart dieting plans. Early morning when you wake up at that time for are 2 glass of water, and in the breakfast you take easy digest the food for like idly. R dosa are upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bawl vegetable. And 2 rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5 pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks you start for one month and morning walk also important and do some exercise or yoga.

Okay take frequent meals .in small interval. Drink adequate amount of water. At least 12 glasses per day. Take almonds and safron soaked milk .daily.

Hi welcome - for weight reduction you can use green tea to drink, garcinia cambogia a herb, sour curd, fibre rich all foods, green vegetables, fruits soft skins like papaya, guava. Very less rice, fried rice or similar foods like biriyani etc. Sleep at night only 7 hrs. Mostly hard work or separately two times exercises mainly aerobic, cardio can help you best.

Do not use extra salt in your food as higher values of sodium (from salt) than the recommended daily value can lead to hair loss. Also, always use iodized salt. Iodine is an important nutrient for hair growth. Sea food is also a good and natural source of iodine.

Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts, cheese are good source of protein. Green leafy vegetables are excellent as iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Use conditioner and hair repair to keep the hair soft. But if the hair is thinning then it might be initial sign of thinning which is progressive disorder. Consult trichologist.

Eosinophils are a type of white blood cells which involved in our body immune responses to infections caused by parasites and allergic reactions. If the eosinophil count must be lowered the corticosteroid like prednisone may be used.

My father getting numbness on rt. Please get a diabetic profile, lipid profile as well as cbc. Look at hba1c%. If that is high and if lipid profile also shows abnormalities then treatment needs to be upgraded. Plus his bmi is 27.85kg/m2, which suggests he is overweight. Hence needs to control weight through exercise and restricted diet. His ideal body weight should be about 61 kgs. So diet has to be planned at this weight and also dependinhg on his daily physical activity. Present dosage of anti diabetic treatment is too less.

As your weight is 34 kg, then your bmi is 17 which is way below limit of normal range of 18-25. This is called as anorexia nervosa and in this case your hormones are not secreted in enough amount to bring menses in good quantity. You can take syrup aristozyme 1 tsf 1 hour before each meal to increase hunger and thereby weight and will solve many of your hormonal issues.

First of all, sleep on time if you want to get up on time and feel energetic. Sleeping post 11 p.m starts lowering your metabolic rate due to which you feel lethargic in the morning. As soon as you wake up, have a apple or juice. Start exercising daily and have healthy meals throughout the day.

It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. • Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. • You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.

eat lots of simple proteins like milk, curd, cheese , eggs if you eat, clear soups , assorted nuts for good fats and proteins,lots of water ,ors, chapati ,rice, daal subji of your choice plus calcium ,iron and folic acid supplements.

Hello, Take, simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, •Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) ●Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, ●Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, ●Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. ●Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. ●Iron- pomegranate to increase haemoglobin level  ●  go for cycling, jogging,skipping, gardening,swimming, either ●  Under noted Foods  be avoided. Yes, type 2 diabetes is definitely a curable disease, especially in the early stages. Ie, during the first 2-3 years. In fact, it can be fully reversed without any surgery. All that the patient needs to do is meticulously control both the body weight & diet. Easy to say, but difficult to do. But definitely possible. However, after 20 years, as in your case, it might be very difficult.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
