diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. I am 21 year old female with hypothyroidism with 80kg weight with a height of 155 cm. I have taken thyronorm 50 mg for tsh level 4.5 and it is increased to thyronorm 62.5 and my tsh is 3.2. Hello, weight reduction is a tough task. Following things need to be concentrated: 1) your caloric intake has to be strictly planned based on your ideal body weight (ibw) which should be 50 kg and level of physical exercise. 2) avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries, 3) daily exercise schedule should be for more than 1 hour, should include aerobic activity for 20 minutes, stretching and brisk walking 4) set a target of loosing 2 - 3 kgs per month. By reducing 550 k calories per day you can cut 1/2 a kg weight per week, along with above mentioned physical activity. 5) there is no need to increase the dose of thyronorm now, but a periodic tsh levels check should be done.

1. Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. Achilles Tendon - How To Deal With It

Achilles Tendon pain is an orthopedic condition that can originate from tears and ruptures to the AchillesTendon, which is known as one of the strongest and also the longest tendon in the human body. It is a band of tissues that decides the quality of your movements and motions to a great extent, as it connects the heel with the calf. Therefore, any injury to this tendon can decrease the strength and support to the muscles and create a painful situation. So how can you deal with this pain? Read on to know more.

  • Rice Therapy: Rice is a commonly used term by orthopedic specialist. It refers to Rest, Ice, Compression with a bandage, and finally Elevation. The patient must take lots of rest as well as use ice packs to deal with the injury and acute pain. Finally, the area must be compressed with a bandage and kept elevated on cushions.
  • Surgery: For very severe cases, the orthopedic specialist can recommend surgery as well. This kind of surgery aims at reattaching the displaced or ruptured tendon which may have reached such a fate through a sports or any other kind of injury. The doctor may also place your leg in a cast for a few weeks to keep it at complete rest. 
  • Pain Medication: The doctor can also prescribe pain relievers that contain Ibuprofen as well as acetaminophen or even naproxen. These medicines should be taken in moderation as per the doctor's prescription. Usually, this kind of medication is taken only when unbearable pain is experienced by the patient.
  • Thermotherapy or Heat Treatment: The use of heat for chronic pain or even pain that has been ailing for over 48 hours is known as thermotherapy. This therapy uses heating pads and hot water bottles to help relieve the pain. One must be careful while applying anything hot to the site of the injury. Use a towel to wrap the hot water bottle or heating pad so that there is no scalding or leaking on to the skin.
  • Footwear: It is important to prevent continuous injury and pain to the already injured Achilles tendon. To do this, you must wear supportive and comfortable footwear that has heel lifts and other customized orthotics built into the shoes. 

Taking care of Achilles Tendon pain is a matter of taking various precautions and supportive actions that lead to better healing.

Here are some tips for weight loss. You can lose 8 Kg in 3 months. 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4. Replace simple carbs (sugar, jaggery, honey, maida, sago, cornflour, arrowroot flour, potato, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grains-atta, dalia, suji, oats, millets, barley, brown rice, atta bread, quinoa, whole legumes-sprouts, soyabean, pseudo cereals-rajgira, makhana, & nuts, oilseeds). 5. Avoid skipping meals 6. Have early & light dinner. 7. Sleep & wake up early. Have a sound sleep 8. Brisk walk daily for 1/2-1 hr. 9. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport, take stairs instead of lift/ escalator.

1. Put 1 tablespoon of thin ginger slices in a cup of hot water. Cover and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Strain, add a little honey and lemon juice, and drink it 2 or 3 times a day. 2. Peppermint is another natural remedy to treat burping. Its antispasmodic property helps relax the digestive tract, which reduces the formation of gas in the stomach. It even improves the flow of bile and promotes overall digestion. Put 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint leaves in a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain it. Drink this tea 2 or 3 times a day. 3. Chew a few whole pods of cardamom 2 or 3 times a day to relieve stomach gas. Also, add 1 teaspoon of crushed cardamom pods to 1 cup of boiling water. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain, add some honey and drink it after eating a meal. 4. Chew ½ to 1 teaspoon of dry-roasted fennel seeds after eating a meal to reduce belching and expel gas through your intestinal tract. Also, add 1 teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain it. Drink this tea twice daily.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Hello, 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Phytolacca drops, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Dear User, CT angiography is used to examine blood vessels and the organs supplied by them in various body parts, including brain, heart, chest etc. Physicians use this test to diagnose and evaluate many diseases of blood vessels and related conditions such as any injury, blockage, birth defects etc. Procedure - In many ways CT scanning works very much like other x-ray examinations. X-rays are a form of radiation—like light or radio waves—that can be directed at the body. Different body parts absorb the x-rays in varying degrees. With CT scanning, numerous x-ray beams and a set of electronic x-ray detectors rotate around you, measuring the amount of radiation being absorbed throughout your body Pre-test - Before the procedure, a nurse or technologist will insert an intravenous (IV) catheter into a vein, usually in your arm or hand. Rarely, a small amount of blood may be withdrawn through the catheter or finger stick to test your kidney function. CT exams are generally painless, fast and easy. The amount of time depends on the condition and diagnosis needed from the patient.
