Heat stroke and heat exhaustion.Avoid going outside during day. Take lot of fluid.Enhance your morning walk time to early time. Avoid vigorous exercise. Cover your head with hat/cloth if going outside.Going into ac room from hot climate may increase chances of heat exhaustion. Travelling in car which was parked in sun far long tine increases chances of heat exhaustion. Nausea/vomiting/giddiness after exposure to sun can be due to heat exhaustion.
In heat stroke,body temperature can rise to very high level and person may become unconscious.

Getting in sync with your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle—your circadian rhythm—is one of the most important strategies for achieving good sleep. If you keep a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, you will feel much more refreshed and energized than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times. This holds true even if you alter your sleep schedule by only an hour or two. Consistency is vitally important. Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night. Choose a time when you normally feel tired, so that you don’t toss and turn. Try not to break this routine on weekends when it may be tempting to stay up late. If you want to change your bedtime, help your body adjust by making the change in small daily increments, such as 15 minutes earlier or later each day. Wake up at the same time every day. If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm. If you need an alarm clock to wake up on time, you may need to set an earlier bedtime. As with your bedtime, try to maintain your regular wake-time even on weekends.

Follow these methods to treat pcod - * get up early in morning and fo meditation regularly. You can do long breaths while closing your eyes in a peaceful environment. You can also do anulom - vilom pranayam at least for 5-8 minutes. It can make your hormone level balanced for regular periods. * avoid taking too much stress. Take a walk for atleast 8-10 minutes daily to calm down stress. * take a balanced nutritious deit with vegetables, fats, protiens and carbs. * avoid high calories food like sweets, fast food, excess milk products. As they make you overweight and make your disease more severe. * you can take dashmoolarisht 2 teaspoons mixed in a glass of water once a day for 2 months atleast. It make your periods regular definitely.

Masturbation twice per week is healthy. Masturbation should be done when there is no time limit and there is no fear that someone while doing so will catch them. Use start and stop technique in masturbation.

No doctors around here no how to diagnose anything. Is the cfs coming from chronic pain or is it separate or is it the fibre or is it the cmps or is it just from all around pain. Dr's do not take the time with patients anymore so you find yourself going from Dr. to Dr. because they all rush you and their question is always the same" so what brings you hear today sickening.

I will advise you to go to your Dr. And tell him only your symptoms and not your own diagnosis and just tell him I want to get better with the right line of treatment and you can enquire about the line of treatment. And I feel that you will have a different personal opinion now regarding that Dr. Remember many times your half knowledge is dangerous and if you have full knowledge than you can treat yourself. Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. The Ash Gourd belongs to the family of Cucurbitaceae and Benincasa hispida is its binomial name. In Ayurveda it is also known as कुष्माण्ड. It is recognized for its medicinal properies in Ayurveda System of Medicine. It is also commonly known as Wax Gourd, Winter Melon, Green Pumpkin or पेठा. It is not just the fruit, which is useful, but its seeds and seed oilis equally useful. Ash gourd is easily available throughout India.

G. stomach ct scan ultrasound endoscopy liver test all are normal I have taken pentaacid and other gastric acid medicine but yet I have not relief. Its a good thing that all the reports are normal and now we need to concentrate on what we are eating daily. I will advise you to not eat spicy, nonveg, masalas, fried - food items atleast for a month. And for one week eat only curd rice or khichdi and high fibre diet for a quick recovery.

I have hyperhidrosis. I sweat a lot even in normal weather conditions. My face remains oily always. Sweating on face and neck has been causing so much embarrassment for me since long. Can you suggest something concrete and practical which I can do on daily basis to get rid of hyperhidrosis? Because of hyperhidrosis, my confidence level has gone down and I have become less social.

hi,The easiest way to tackle excessive sweating is with an antiperspirant, which most people already use on a daily basis. Most antiperspirants contain aluminum salts. When you roll them onto your skin, antiperspirants form a plug that blocks perspiration. You can buy an antiperspirant over the counter at your local supermarket or drug store, or your doctor can prescribe one for you. Over-the-counter antiperspirants may be less irritating than prescription antiperspirants. Start with an over-the-counter brand, and if that doesn't work, ask your doctor about a prescription. Many antiperspirants are sold combined with a deodorant, which won't stop you from sweating but will help control the odor from your sweat. Antiperspirants aren't only for your underarms. You can also apply some of them to other areas where you sweat, like your hands and feet. Some may even be applied to the hairline. Don't just roll or spray on your antiperspirant/deodorant in the morning and forget about it. Also apply it at night before you go to bed -- it will help keep you drier. take cold water bath daily

1.Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with Karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2.Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily. 3.Take one tablet of Levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time. 4.
