Dandruff is the one of the hair chronic. When we face the dandruff our hair scalp is itching and flaking. It is the worst hair problem faced many people. The dandruff leads to the itching, irritation, hair loss and hair thinning. The regular usage of the shampoos can’t clear the dandruff completely. I have small pimple like thing after sometime they became black spots on my shoulder. And in somebody parts. please suggest how to remove these dark marks?

Sir, My age 23y suffering from persistent headache and cough with minor fever due to sinus problem from almost 8+ years. I was treated by lots of antibiotics, decongestant, nasal spray but all gone in vain. My CT PNS showed blockage of bilateral infundibulum and maxillary antrum due to large bilateral haller cells And mild polypoidal mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinuses. Which I think allergic and fungal. In addition there is thickening of both inferior nasal turbinates. I lost somewhat food taste and severe allergy to foods. I feel like some solid in my sinuses and severe tightness below nose which make my breathing difficult and painful. I want sinus surgery done for this please help me and also tell the cost. Thank You.

Weather change and anatomical variation of the nose leads to change in the aerodynamics of the nose hence leads to watery nose this most of the time is over snsitivity on nose to outer environment, and we consider this as allergy all the time. Sinus is a normal roomy structure around nasal cavity its infection called sinusitis, if a person suffering from nasal obstruction along with sinusits and mild to moderate nasal allergies it means most probably he is suffering from dns (deviated nasal septum. Nasal obstruction is because of the deviated portion of the nasal septum (this is the bony partition of the nose cavity. Allergies are because of the hampered muco-ciliary mechanism (normally mucus is produced in the nose to moisten our nose cavity, oral cavity, and help food bolus to move downward, this mucus is basically moves on the cilia of the nasal mucosa) this mechanism gets hampered and mucus start accumulating in the nose and sinus cavity which is why thick mucus comes from nose in patients of nose obstruction and person develops sinusiits. When a surgeon removes the nasal septum deviation has not been removed properly the symptoms persists, and patient thinks that the nose bone has again regrown. It is not because of regrowth but because of half surgery done or due to the non removal of the deviation (reason can be many) nowadays nasal septal deviation can be removed endoscopically. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. I am a 40 years old male. I am suffering from a stress at back side of my knee in my right leg. While sitting at ground I feel stress and pain also in vains. And when I get up I cant put full weight at ground by right leg. When I walk at least 10 steps then it is getting normal. While walking there is no problem at all. But sitting time and getting up time it is pain full. Kindly note that when I perform namaaz (prayer) and when I sit first time it is more pain full and stress, but after repeating I mean second third time, the stress is getting less. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Then extend your legs to the front, keeping your feet close to each other. From the waist, bend and stretch your hands out to touch the toes of your feet. Do not hunch.

Swelling in the face could be due to compromised kidney functions or low protein levels or even hypothyroidism so get your kidney and liver function tests and with hemogram and thyroid profile. Get her Blood pressure checked as well.
