I am suffering from rheumatic pain [frozen shoulder, elbow and cervical region] for over five years. Once severely injured lumber and torn ligament of left knee also shoot pain at times. My Age is 61.

Massage with your thumbs from the midpoints of your shoulder blade towards back of your head upto the lower edge of the ear on your either side. Use oil or waer. Move only upwards only. Afterwards do arm rotation forward and backward slowly acupressure and acupuncture are powerful therapies which gives relief from especially joint pains, back pains and lot of other ailments. I am suggesting you a method by which you can get instant relief and continue to do it. However you consult me privately to get permanent solution. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. These sensations can be due to ong standing neuropathy which diabetes may cause. Also this could be issues in low back region. As far as knee is concerned, I am certain that there must be some degenerative changes setting in the knee joint due to which she must be having pain. So we can get fresh knee joint x rays done for her, ask her to take medicine for neuropathic symptoms like gabapentin or pregabalin in small doses for her burning sensation at foot region. Continue with exercises and physical therapy for knee, daily walks for 2-3 km ion a day and adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per her age is also must. Meanwhile at all times, her blood sugar levels have to be kept under control. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Hi thanks for your query. Low back pain is usually not a result of delivery(whether normal or by a operation). It is due to weakness of back muscles, discogenic and sometimes deficiency of calcium/vitamin d levels. Dear, it is not your age for knee pain anyhow get it properly checked and consult a orthopedic surgeon who will guide you properly. You can take tendocare one tab tds for 15 days with calcium and d3 sachets and glucosamine tablet twice daily. And do morning walk regularly and knee exercises with yoga in routine, you will be fine.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Hii. Myself 14 weeks pregnant. I am suffering from lower pelvic stabbing from night after dinner. It will remain till the morning bowel movement. Therefore feeling uncomfortable at night when awaking for urination. And when I passed out wind I hot relief. The aches spread to back also. I have some constipation and loose motion problem also. If you are in stress - go for stress relief. Choose a place with more air circulation to sleep. Lie on your back - tighten every single muscle from your neck to toe (one by one) and allow it to relax - repeat it again. If possible go for swimming.

Take calc phos 6x 3 pills 3 times in a day for 2 weeks. Sleep with your legs raised up at the height of 2 pillows overnight. You will be relaxed after that. And if possible, keep wearing knee soaks.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

A scalp massage causes blood to flow to the scalp, and helps clear any blocked pores that may be interfering with sebum production. Sebum is the oil produced in the sebaceous glands of the scalp. Massaging the scalp also loosens excess dead skin and dandruff, making it easier to wash away. Give yourself a scalp massage before or during your shampoo, or even when you're relaxing in front of the tv. Putting olive oil on your fingertips before the massage gives your scalp added benefits. After the massage, continue with an olive oil treatment.

You are very young and should not be having shoulder pains, my advice for initial few weeks ( 1-2) will be to go for ice packs, anti inflammatory medications, physical therapy, avoidance of heavy exercises especially gymn till pain completely subsides, if you do not improve, then we will get some blood tests and x rays to see whats happening? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
