Dear doctors, over thinking and confusion are also called stress? Is Over thinking or confusion also called stress?
As per my age my health is very weak I am a skinny and want to gain weight. I don't have any disease and I eat average but still I am not gaining weight. So how can I gain weight specially without using any medicine?
