Can Pornography Improve a Sexual Relationship?

There are certain practices, that even though most of us enjoy doing, but are afraid to discuss in public, for the fear of being shunned by the society. But we fail to understand that these things have the potential to enhance our relationships with our partners. An active sexual life and appetite is one where the sexual interest, excitement and peaks all take place on a regular basis with the help of foreplay, intercourse, masturbation and even watching porn. That's right, watching porn can actually improve your sexual relationship. While it has been shunned traditionally as something that may lead to exaggerated expectations and too much inertia when it comes to real time stimulation, porn can actually work as a tool that improves your sexual experience. Here's how!

  1. Intimacy: It is now a well documented fact that emotional and sexual intimacy can be built when a couple masturbates and watches porn together. This creates the grounds for discussions as far as sexual preferences go. Intimacy can help people explore their sexual side in a more uninhibited manner, which makes for a more qualitative sex life.
  2. Foreplay: Watching porn can actually do most of the work that foreplay usually does. It can also save you time and add entertainment to your sexual routine even as it gives you ideas about what you can try. Foreplay becomes more intense and pleasurable when you are watching porn as a part of sexual excitement before reaching your peak!
  3. Women Centric Porn: Watching women centric pornography can help in increasing the excitement for the male partner and helping the female partner in associating with the movie that would be playing. This can help both partners get into the mind set with a more acceptable and realistic form of depiction. 
  4. Loyalty: Watching porn together builds a certain trust factor because both partners are exposing a side of themselves that no one else would have seen. And when the partners are open to trying out the things that each fantasises about, but could not express without the pornographic film, it also creates a basis for loyalty as the partners will not have the need to try those unfulfilled desires with anyone else outside the relationship. 
  5. Unique: Watching porn can keep things feeling new and fresh. It gives new ideas and helps the partners envision each other in new role play and with improved techniques that can titillate and stimulate both partners. This ensures that the excitement remains in the relationship also. 

It is a well known fact that sex is the glue that pretty much holds most relationships together. So keeping yourself attractive and creating a basis for your partner to be able to see you in varied and exciting scenarios can be helpful for your sexual health. So, it is important to use tools like porn in moderation for sexual satisfaction.

You may be into an anger related depression or in the early stages of it. Meet with a counselor and work out your emotions with that person and follow all the instructions. When you internalize your feelings you will experience a lot of health complications. If you know of any reason, developmental or genetic that has contributed to this condition, take that to your counselor. So go out and meet with people, exercise regularly, sleep well and eat healthily. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have.

I m giving you the Diet plan which is less in Carbs you can follow it. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs/ 1 Paratha (Brown X atta)+ curd/ Basil seeds Smoothie. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. C) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney/ veg soup with butter./ 1 chapati(BrownXatta)+ veg+ salad. d) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. Suggested supplements:- a) Lipolyzer Fat Burning Oil. b) BrownX atta Low Carb Atta. c) NutroActive Basil Seeds.

I had my last periods on 13 May. After that it did not occur. I consulted an Ayurvedic Dr. and she confirmed its normal and prescribed some medicine but I still have not got my periods. please suggest some remedies.

To clear your doubts I will suggest you to get your urine checked for pregnancy and follow up with reports for further guidance and we can take Tablet primolutN after clinical examination for initiation of withdrawal bleeding.

Hello doc, I am suffering from ibs since 3to 4 years, taking medicine librium 10mg but not permanently cure I want valuable suggestions for get rid from ibs, symptoms abdominal pain at morning time, stool mostly time semisolid, sometime I get relief nd having no symptoms nd sometimes exaggerated too much.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis and I was taking sulfasalazine 1gm two times daily. Now as my disease has progressed so the doctors have increased the dose to 1.5gm two times also they have prescribed ferrous ascorbate 100 mg two times daily. From the last fifteen days I have started taking the increased dose, I have stomach pain and sometimes it is very sharp. Please suggest whats the issue with me.

Stomach pain may be because of ferrous ascorbate, stop the medicine and see. If you received ok ,than ask your doctor to give intravenous form of iron.

Hye, you need to workout using the right techniques and follow a healthy diet. Diet is not the reason you can gain weight exclusively on chest. Also assess your workout routine.
