These are the causes of premature graying hair includes-" a hormonal imbalance, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age" *first of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating, that is reflecting on our body, so we should take foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. You should take lycopodium 200, 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi hair oil (sbl) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with montana herbal shampoo (sbl). 5. Take amla powder +seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily.

Dirty hair causes more hair fall, and shampooing hair daily reduces falling of hair. Fixed amounts of hair fall every day. If hair are washed after a long gap, then also those hair will fall. It is possible that most of the hair fall happens during the massage before shampooing and while shampooing you find less hair fall.

Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause. Normally pain is due to decay or abrasion of teeth leading to exposure of nerve endings. Rct n cap will solve your problem. Other causes can be teeth sensitivity. Start using desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne twice daily for brushing. Apply it with finger on teeth n leave for 2 minutes then brush normally. The result will be seen within a month.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Alcohol is a source of empty calories. (100 Kcal/30 ml). Along with alcohol, one consumes lots of junk foods as well. Beer is consumed in high amounts. So ultimately total calorie consumption at one meal is very high. Since the body cannot utilise this, remaining is converted to fats. Men, due to their body composition, have lower tendency to store fat in arms/legs/ thighs/hips. Most of the fat is stored in their belly & blood vessels thus increasing the risk of diabetes mellitus type 2, heart disease & hypertension. Also, alcohol causes liver damage leading to cirrhosis & death. Alcohol also causes malnutrition. Smoking also increases susceptibility to heart disease, hypertension & stroke. He might be already suffering from these problems. I strongly recommend liver function test, lipid profile, blood glucose (fasting, PP), BP, ECG. Diet & lifestyle modification, regular physical exercise needs to be started immediately. He needs to stop taking beer & cigarettes. Red wine (1 -2 glass max at a time) & NRT (nicotine replacement therapy) are better options to replace beer & cigarettes.

Hello, We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

Snoring can be due to obstruction in the nose, throat or the voice box. An ENT examination will be needed to ascertain the same. If there is a history of recent weight gain,you need to get her thyroid function tests. Weight reduction will help if the patient is obese. Also, sleeping on the sides instead of the back will help reduce the snoring to some extent.

Hi lybrate-user, its not about weak nervous system. You have social anxiety. Try to identify the things you do in social situations to feel safer (and make a list). Then try to reduce engaging in some of these behaviours when facing feared situations. Few people think of worrying as self-programming, but it is. Intense worry about upcoming social situations repeatedly links anxiety to the events. No wonder when you actually go into the social situation itself you feel anxious you've programmed yourself to feel this way. You can start to reverse this trend by taking time to think about the future gathering whilst relaxed – maybe in a warm bath or in a comfortable chair. Imagine seeing yourself looking relaxed and confident. Do this repeatedly so that your body and mind forge a new and better automatic association to these times. Social phobia has us worrying what other people think of us, so instead focus on other people. Cultivate curiosity. Ask people open questions which require more than just a "yes" or "no" answer. Make a point of remembering what they tell you and referring back to it later to demonstrate you were interested enough to take it in. Again, this forces your focus of attention from inward to outward. It's also nice for other people, which means you might accidentally make more friends as a 'by-product' of this strategy. Now, overcoming social phobia is as much about stopping doing stuff as it is about doing new things, so. TIP: People with social anxiety tend to focus on themselves during social situations, which tends to make them feel even more anxious. Its best to consult a psychologist for treatment of social phobia. You can consult with me too. All the best.
