I have pain and swelling in my knees even after my delivery.
Its almost 40days I gave birth a baby girl and I had c section. I spoke to my doctor she said it will go by its own slowly and steadily after few days of baby birth but I have not seen any relief in my knees I feel pain when sit down and get up and swelling on my knees.
Is it normal and sign of any deficiency.
Please advise some fast remedy.
