I am a obese. I want to eat that food that reduce obesity. What should I do this?
First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Hello! you can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. It can help you to solve your problem. But it is always better to visit a dietitian for a personalise diet plan.

Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash do not use hard water.

Hello,Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. **Thrice in a week you should wash the hair.** Revert me after 1 month.

Hi lybrate-user! You are uderweight with BMI of 16.97. Nutritious food and regular exercise helps in safe weight gain. I am suggesting you few wait gain tips- 1. Eat regularly. 3meals and 2 or 3 snacks will help instead of standard 3. 2. Include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grain cereals, pulses (lean meat, if you are non vegetarian) and dairy products in your diet. 3. Snacking on nuts and dry fruits, avocados between meal times can be good way to gain weight. 4. Including milk, curds, butter, panner and cheese will be beneficial. 5. Try not drinking water immediately before meal and during meal as it can affect your appetite. Drink water 30 min before and 30 min after meal. 6.Exercise helps to improve your appetite. Try strength training. Stay happy! Stay healthly!
