1) Yes Cilnidipine causes increased frequency of micturition, so you can consult your treating doctor for an alternative medication. 2) Your painful neuropathy could be secondary to diabetes or due to vitamin B12, folic acid or calcium deficiency or due to some nerve compression and it would be best for you to consult an orthopedician or neurosurgeon for evaluation, they may ask you to get an MRI done to confirm the diagnosis and advice further treatment accordingly. 3) for reducing UTI you should drink lot of water and pass urine frequently also it would be good if you consult a urologist again to see if they can offer you some treatment suggestions.

I'm a 33 years old working woman. I've migraine from past 2 years. I get sudden shooting pains that lasts for 2-3 days. Usually pain will be more on right side of head. I feel numbness on right side of face and arm. With consulting from a GP, I took sibelium for over a month but that didn't help. The same GP referred me to a Neurologist who prescribed eliwel 10 mg tablets for 3 months. Its side effects disturb my routine. In the past 8 months I've taken 2 courses of eliwel 10 mg. Please suggest me a best way out.

Is there any medicine for brain tumor? One of my friend is suffering from brain tumor.

MCh, MBBS, MRCS (UK)

It depends upon what kind of brain tumor he has, tumour is a abnormal growth in brain and if possible it should be removed. Some tumors will respond to medications and kindly send me further details about his tumour. Then only I can guide you in a proper way.
