Hello faheem. Use Nuforce Shampoo twice a week for dandruff. Do not apply hair oil excessively. Eat healthy diet . Avoid oily foods.

Hello. Acne is a very common condition and is treatable. So you need not worry. Secondly there are many factors that can aggravate acne like oily foods, fried foods, sweets, stress, improper sleep etc. You gave to make sure that you control these things. Hair fall is a very natural process. It happens to anyone and almost everyone. On an average we lose about 50-100 strands of hair a day. Losing this amount of hair is considered normal. However, losing a bunch of hair every time you run your hands through your hair is a cause of concern. Both men and women face this problem in varying degrees because of different reasons. Some common causes of hair fall are: 1. Genetics Hereditary hair loss is one of the most common causes of hair fall and is something which cannot be completely controlled. Also referred to as androgenic alopecia or common baldness, the exact cause of the balding pattern which is present in both men and women is not known. 2. Environment Constant changes in the weather and increasing levels of air and water pollution, including particulate matter, smoke, dust and other harmful substances can cause irritation, itching and oily scalp, thus damaging hair and in turn causing hair fall. 3. Excessive Styling  Heat and chemicals make your hair week. Straightening, blow-drying, and perming or any kind of artificial heat can cause irreparable damage and hair fall in the long run. 4. Poor Nutrition Diet plays an important role in our overall physical wellbeing, hair included. Hair is made up of a protein called Keratin. The lack of protein rich foods in diet deprives your hair of the nutrition it needs making it brittle, giving rise to premature hair fall. 5. Medications Diabetes, scalp related infections and dandruff can cause hair fall too. Also, medication used to treat these ailments often have side effects the most common being hair loss. 6. Hormonal Changes Pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, thyroid problems, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) all can cause hormonal imbalances and can lead to significant hair loss.  Birth Control Pills are also known to cause hair loss as a side effect. 7. Stress Stress not only affects our mental health but also affects our physical well-being.  Stressed individuals often suffer from insomnia, loss of appetite and hair fall. SIMPLE WAYS TO PREVENT HAIR FALL Preventing hair loss is better than having to treat it later. So, don’t wait till you lose all of it. These simple hair care tips and home remedies will help you avoid hair loss and maintain your beautiful tresses. Choose Wisely – Use a shampoo that suites your hair type making sure it is not too harsh. -Avoid shampoos with a high concentration of sulphates, alcohol and perfume. -Massaging your scalp can work wonders as it increases the blood flow to scalp. Use coconut or almond oil  while massaging the scalp. Eat Right -The most important factor to be considered is Diet. Feed your scalp with nourishing foods. -A balanced diet is must and should be rich in protein, iron, vitamins C, E and zinc. -Drink 1-2 liters of water throughout the day -Have lots of  green leafy vegetables which are loaded with iron -Add dairy products, like milk, curd, cheese and soya to get proteins essential for hair health -Opt for  foods packed with vitamin E, like almonds, walnuts and raspberries or strawberries which  promote scalp circulation, as well as  vitamin C-rich foods like broccoli, tomatoes and other citrus fruits. -Nuts also contain omega 3 fatty acids that are excellent for hair growth. -Walnuts are a great source of zinc and zinc deficiency is linked to hair fall. Handle Your Hair With Care – Use styling tools with caution. Invest in good quality products and restrict their use to once  a week -Avoid brushing your hair when wet. -Do not dry your hair vigorously. Instead of wiping your hair dry, it is better to partially dry your hair until damp and then let it dry naturally. -Bleach and hair dyes should be kept to the minimum or completely avoided. Stay Active Stay active. Go for regular walks or opt for an exercise regimen or join yoga classes  to improve your overall well-being including hair health Manage Stress – Stress triggers hormonal imbalances thus interfering with bodily cycles and hair growth cycles. -Meditation, deep breathing exercises and power naps  can help to both reduce stress.

Hello, (1) have a healthy diet. (2) have your" hb" levels checked. (3) low hb levels can cause hair fall. (4) eat beet, date palms, jaggery & nuts, green leafy vegetables. (5) have a good sleep approx 7 hours. (6) if there is a problem of dandruff, use a good anti dandruff shampoo. (7) have your thyroid levels checked.
