I was panicked, because I never thought I will suffer from mood disorder like this. Due to this issue, I was suffering. I chose to consult Dr Sadique. I am suffering from swallowing issues since 3 months. I am on liquid diet. initially I swallowed unchewed food and got panic. After some days I felt that food was struck on throat. I have done endoscopy but no fruitful result was there. Now I have psychological problem of swallowing food mainly and unable to swallow food properly. please help me to get out from the problem.
I have anxiety and feel restless as soon as I am alone or in my room or there is silence or when I try to sleep. I feel like jerking my body and breaking something with my hands. Sometimes anxiety pill also does not finish my anxiety. I can’t live without wanting to break something. What do I do and why is this happening to me.

I am 33 years old. I used to smoke now I have left. My sperm count is 2 million. I took some ayurvedic medicine n the count was increased to 10 million as per report n progressive motility was 76.
