I am suffering from swallowing issues since 3 months. I am on liquid diet. initially I swallowed unchewed food and got panic. After some days I felt that food was struck on throat. I have done endoscopy but no fruitful result was there. Now I have psychological problem of swallowing food mainly and unable to swallow food properly. please help me to get out from the problem.

I have anxiety and feel restless as soon as I am alone or in my room or there is silence or when I try to sleep. I feel like jerking my body and breaking something with my hands. Dear Lybrate user Anxiety can have many many causes so once your case gets studied by the therapist the actual causes will be found. Also the duration and frequency of the anxiety is seen. Try to monitor your thoughts which come in your mind when you start getting arrested by anxiety. Also see if something is trigging or contributing. You need to challenge your thoughts with logical and rational thoughts. You can also follow your hobbies and do what you enjoy. Try to distract your mind from automatic thoughts. This will not be easy but gradually you will be able to do that. Get yourself exposed to situations or place where you will have less anxiety and try to get out of it and once you will be able to do that then you can do this in a more but manageable anxious situations. Dear Lybrate user. Through clinical hypnotherapy its possible to increase the height significantly in the 20s. I am 33 years old. I used to smoke now I have left. My sperm count is 2 million. I took some ayurvedic medicine n the count was increased to 10 million as per report n progressive motility was 76. After that I again started smoking n in the next test sperm count was again 2 million n motility was nil. At present I have completely quited smoking since last one month.

How To Maintain Your Weight Permanently?

Are you trying to lose weight?

Is losing weight difficult for you?

Does losing weight take a lot of time, money and energy?

Weight loss is the biggest epidemic in the world.

Unfortunately, traditional and most used methods of losing weight like dieting and exercise don’t work for almost everybody.

Even the weight that you lost by dieting and exercise is gained soon after you stop following the above-mentioned methods.

Why dieting and exercise don’t work?

By dieting you just reduce your intake and by exercising you just burn more calories. This is why when you stop following these two solutions, you automatically start gaining your weight back.

My daughter has one side love taught and dreaming deeply. She speaks, smile and cry herself and adherent in her taught, behavior. Otherwise she is quite normal. For past two years, she is treated with few psychiatrist with medications and counselling. When under medications, she is quiet normal due to drug depression and reverse as same after stopping drug. We feel drug induced addiction only. So kindly advice us for further treatment method avoiding medicines.

My friend Megha is currently suffering from anxiety and she is also unable to stop thinking on some topic. Around 2 year ago, She consulted a doctor and he told us that she was suffering from OCD and anxiety and her medication started. 6 month ago she again consulted with some other Dr. And he say that she don't have OCD but confirms anxiety. Now her condition is becoming worse she is unable to stop thinking about some topic. 2 months ago she have a thought that someone will change the books that she is studying so that she will fail Now a days she is thinking that her sister and boyfriend are in relation. The thought of books changing is now okay she manages it But her sister and boyfriend relationship thing she is unable to get of her mind (His boyfriend and sister both makes her understand that not truth but she says that she knows but unable to stop thinking) Please help.

Most of the time while driving vehicle I loose my confidence to drive I am having a BP issue but due to medication that does not count above 130 and 90 I have done all the test such as blood, urine,stress, ecg that say its normal I am a mid alcoholic but does not smoke kindly suggest.
