Also have starchy vegetables such as corn, green peas, beans, carrots and yams. Avoid potatoes as they are pure starch.
  2. Fresh Fruits: You should include fresh fruits in your regular diet. Have apples, bananas, berries, papaya, cherries, grapes, melons, oranges, peaches, pineapples and raisins. Have whole fruits regularly, which do not contain added chemical sweeteners.
  3. Grains: Include grains in your diet and consume whole grains more. Whole grains are not processed and consist of the whole-grain kernel. Grains contain starch, which is a source of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are bad for blood sugar. Hence, whole grains, which are rich in fiber are recommended. Fiber controls the blood-sugar level from shooting up. Fiber should be included in the form of bran of oat and wheat.
  4. Proteins: Coming to protein food items, you should consume fish and poultry items often. Always remove the skin from chicken or turkey properly before cooking. Buy lean meat and trim all the fat from meat. Avoid frying and use methods such as baking, roasting, grilling or boiling. Also use healthy oils for frying purpose.
  5. Dairy Products: In case of type 2 diabetes, always use dairy products, which are low in fat. Do not add sugar to milkcurd or yoghurt as they contain natural sugar. Do not consume more than three cups of milk a day.
  6. Oils and Fats: Cut down the intake of excessive oily and fatty foods. Avoid food items that contain high saturated fats such as bacon, hams, sausages and butter. Go for renal function test. In combination with that reports, asses the eGFR. If serum creatinine is elevated then contact some doctor. Avoid freezed food& water. Take boiled water (warm water). Avoid sweets.

Use black Piper (kali mirchi) + honey at night. Avoid excess drinking of water. Start drinking look warm water. Take food before 2 hrs of sleep. Avoid day time sleep.

Since last 25 years I consulted more than 30 skin specialist for the treatment of my skin problems. They have prescribed me different type of medicine. Temp relief but no permanent solution. I am not diabetic. I take daily ecosprin 150 mg, prasugrel 10 mg, Thairoxin for hypo thyroid which I developed after 35 course of throat radiation to manage CA Epiglottis in 2012-13. I was given chemo therapy 7 courses. I also take pantoprazole. In addition to take anti allergic tablets and apply ointments. I am 66 years old. My height is 175 CMS & weight 88 kgs. I generally takes veg food plus eggs. Regularly walking for 10 to 15 KM's every day. Have eye allergy also. Vision 6/6. Use eye drops two_three times a day. For 12-18 months few painful boils appearing on buttock, thai,nose, hands. Treated with antibiotics & ointment. No permanent solution. Take minimum two times bath with suitable bathing soap & warm water. Never apply any oil for last 45 years. Suggest any method to get permanent relief from allergy/skin itching, growing painful boils (tested pus samples by skin specialist). All types of blood tests have been carried out several times by skin specialist. Nothing abnormal found.

Please. Do the things. 1. Avoid excess water, take 1/2 glass of water when ever you feel thirsty. 2. Avoid uncooked food. 3. Avoid freezed, preserved food. 4.Don't walk after diets. 5. Avoid vegerous walking. 6.Avoid chemical bath soaps. Use Panchagvya bath soap. 7. Take Giloy Ghana with turmeric kwath for 4wks.

Jatamansi is useful in the hypertension due to stress. Dose depends on Prakruti & Vyadhibala. Range of BP is alsoto be considered. Abana from Himalaya is one of the Good products. Many medicines are available.
