If your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. That might be due to knee pain or it might be due to ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Have plenty of milk and diary product which contains lot of calcium and alsonyou should have sandoz calcium tablet onendaily as a suplimentarybdiet lac of calcium causes osteoarthritis osteoporosis of bones. Have balanced diet of fat protein and carbohydrates. Have plenty of water by mouth.

Yes surely take dinner. Take plenty of fluids. Take coconut water. Take normal home made dinner. Don't take market foods and juices.

Hi. Your symptom reveals that you are having muscles originated pain. Use ice pack over the same and stretch your calf muscles regularly. Check your foot wear. Consult physiotherapist for proper investigation and treatment.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I do cycling every day to improve my fitness and I am worried about my physique and feel to get 6 abs and get good health does cycling give me that shape and fitness I am doing cycling every day for 1 hour does it work out.

Lybrate-user. Cycling is good exercise for weight loss. It will surely give good shape to your thighs and hip. But I am afraid it may not be able to give you 6 abs. For 6 abs you have to do lot more tgen cycling. You have to control your diet. Restric fat consumption and increase proteins. Exercise should be very very specific for abs. All thing should be done under proper guidance. Exercise and diet without planning will not take you anywhere.
