If you have a fast metabolism and you want to bulk up, changing the way you eat and exercise can help you gain weight more quickly. While you can always gain weight by eating junk food and getting little exercise, the healthier way to do it is by eating plenty of nutrient-rich food and weight training to build up your muscle mass. Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Egg and meat both has calories and protein. But yolk of the egg one should avoid be cause it is rich in calories and cholesterol. Have it in moderation same with red meat instead you have lean meat like chicken, fish. Etc.
