No you are not thin because you masturbate. Every boy/man who has reached sexual maturity will masturbate. The frequency of masturbation depends on the individuals needs and t certainly does not cause weakness/weight loss for weight gain there are two things that you need to follow 1. Have a protein rich diet - soya, milk products, eggs and sprouts are rich sources of proteins 2. Exercise - this is the best way for muscle improvement. You can go to gym or do yoga or get into cycling/jogging/badminton. But practice it regularly.

If you are mildly underweight but active, dont try wt. Gain. Still you want, don't try hormonal medicines. You have to correct metabolism, increase physical activity, diet with positive intake of calories. Start brunghanadi group of herbs or its preparations which are safe and economic. It may take 6-8 weeks to start showing results which will be permanent. Slow because these are herbs, not drugs. Good for health. If you agree, please write back details of ht, wt, hb, appetite and digestion condition.

If your parents are of less weight it can happen. Otherwise these will help you. Eat extra. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Use refined foods with unrefined. Take extra fish, egg, meat etc. Use healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Add high calorie foods with diet. Take sleep for 7-8 hours.

You need to gain healhty weight. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Hi, from your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

It depends on height. If you still looks slim, take 1 glass of hot milk and gee regularly at morning. If you are non vegetarian take mutton as mush as/ mutton soup. Dont miss the food timings, avoid spicy foods, bakery items. Take 1 tsp of ajamamsa rasayana with hot milk daily. For 2 month. Any question consult me again.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. Your proper weight is 78 kg according to height.Do exercise like weight lifting,yoga,other muscle building exercise.Take extra food than before.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Extra protein will help you to gain weight.Add healthy oil in cooking.Add butter,cream,ghee etc with foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take stress free rest.These are basic but for more quick result consult me on Lybrate.
