I am hoping your thyroid function tests, blood sugar and haemoglobin levels are normal. Please take multivitamin supplements like pregnacare once a day and health drinks like complan or mother horlicks to see if it helps. Also have iron and calcium supplementation as it is good for you and the baby.

Today as per your last period, is the 14th day and there is a possibility of an ovum developing in your ovary. If you are married and want to have children you can have sexual relations now for 2-3 days and see if your period misses, which is a sign of pregnancy so what you are experiencing, i. E white discharge and low backache at midcycle, are due to ovulation. And its natural. Do not worry, its not a disease. If you are unmarried, then you must just take some minor painkiller if pain is more.

Ideally coitus/sexual exposure should be avoided during pregnancy, as sperms contains prostaglandins which can induce labour/abortion, though chances are less. But usually any act which can raise intra-abdominal procedure should be avoided in the highrisk pregnancy. As u have completed 7 weeks, its better u confirm whether it is viable pregnancy or not after vising your doctor.

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you r suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid also.

In the gym, choose from weight machines or free weights.
