Sir/Mam im having pain in my back doctor told me to go for mri in report doctor told me that in spinal cord the liquid in layer are not there in 2or 3 layer and your nerve is touched by the spinal cord in base after that they gave me injection n medicine for some days im having no problem but again now im facing problems in back in nerve it goes from back to leg please help me all day im facing this problem.

HELO lybrate-user, You need to have physiotherapy sessions along with medicines which your doctor prescribed for your back pain. Physiotherapy for min 30 days, or more which depends on your recovery along with proper exercises for back and leg under supervision at a well known physiotherapy centre if available near by your place. Along with physiotherapy you need to loose 8 kgs weight ,as your height weight scale is showing overweight. Loosing weight will add on to your back pain recovery.

Helo lybrate-user, your symptoms are quite normal. Breast tenderness and during early pregnancy and periods are normal symptoms of body hormonal changes. There is nothing to worry.

Hello, to increase your weight you need to do proper diet along with exercise. Regular diet should include- fruits, dryfruits, salads, fish, meat, 2 eggs, different lentils (dal-rajma, chole, moung,channe etc), banana milk shake. Or else you can consult you dietitian. Workout schedule should includes- stretching, cardio, weight training.

Workout myths for males.

Is that guys should only do weights. 

It's totally wrong. Being humans males also need good cardio, stretching, endurance workouts. Not only weights.

  • Cardio, is good for proper body functions. It also helps to maintain proper weigh
  • Stretching, is good for good flexibility. 
  • Endurance workouts, need for stamina.
  • Weights training for, strength and muscle building.
  • So, we need to do all forms of exercises.
