If you would have atrachrd blood reports depending on that I would have suggested. A few list to increase minerals are green leafy vegetables, nuts,seeds, milk,milk products, meat,fish, chicken,egg. Substitute this vit-c & D rich sources for proper benifits.

Do feed mothers milk every second hourly she will gain weight snd mother will also get lot of benefits like coming back to previous weight, utreus size will be normal. 5-6 time passing is normal.

Hi, My baby is 5 months old my milk supply has gone down I have used lactare tablets when my baby is 3 months old can I use lactare tablets again for improvement of my breast milk. Is there any side effects for baby by using those tables.

Hi doctor, I have started to work out with weights about 3 months ago. Since then I have been working out 5 times a day. One day I would do push ups about 100 then abs workout for 20 mins along with cardio and arms workout only 4 sets of barbell exercises. Then the next day I would only do abs and I repeat this for the whole week. I wanted to ask am I doing this right or wrong? Am I not letting my muscle recover?

15 mins pre workout some greentea or herbal tea or milk with 12 almonds. Post work out atleast after an hour you may eat healthy meals depending on timing.
