My left upper lid of my eye is twitching more than a week I am feeling a little bit of "ainthen" their. It is not consistent it occur once or twice in every 2 min. It is quiet disturbing now. Please suggest a solution.

Anu taila nasya mng two drops and night two drops koflet syrup one tbl spoon 3 times a day after food take steam for nasal congestion home remedies: for nasal congestion chew 3 cloves of garlic for cough: one glass of warm milk with a pinch of black pepper powder and a pinch of turmeric gargle warm water with a pinch of salt.

Take mahalakshmi vilasa ras 2 tablets three times a day haridrakanda 1spoon with warm milk once is a day whenever you feel difficulty in breathing sit on a chair and bend your head downwards and take rest or else sleep downwards ie prone position.

Eat healthy, sleep good, go early to bed and wake up early in the morning. Do meditation atleast 15 to 20 mins twice a day practice vrikshasana, paschimotasana and practice trataka kriya daily.
