Dear I think you have cervical spine problem and need detailed evaluation and imaging to come to a diagnosis. Meanwhile you can apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly. Do not do any exercise but give rest.

I am 51 years old. One month back when I was playing cricket and try to push the ball with bat but I could not touch the ball and my shoulder get jerks. Till that time I am getting pain in my vein from below the shoulder to wrist and the pain is very severe in a particular movement of hand. I wish to inform you that I am a heart patient and two stents put during operation. Kindly advice how to relief from the pain.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

You are getting pain because of your sitting position for long hours. You need to strengthen your back muscles by doing regular exercise and yoga. Avoid eating chilled and sour food items. Medication. Dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water. Mahayograaj guggul 2-2-2 trayodashaang guggul 2-2-2. All for 6months.

Hello rakesh the problem you are facing is from my point of view is because of poor posture. I think it is because of some abnormality in your thoracic spine and lumbar spine. Hello lybrate user massage with mahanarayana oil daily morning to control the pain and restricted movement of knee. 2 tab of yogaraja gugggulu 2tms a day. Apply dashang lepa once in a day. Practice muscle stretching exercises regularly.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Good morning everyone my name is Dr. Pratik Bhoite and today we are going to discuss Joint disorders and its remedies by Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the science of life it is a non side effective treatment which is there from ancient times. Ayurveda is known to cure chronic diseases and joint problems from the past many decades. Now what exactly is joint disorders any problem happening to your joint in which there is pain stiffness swelling is called joint disorders. The most common form of joint disorders is arthritis. Arthritis today affects more than fifteen percent of the Indian population. it is a serious problem basically a problem which was occurring in the age of 60s today is knocking those when you are at the age of 30s. So it is a great concern for everyone. How does Ayurveda help in the joint problems.

Joint disorders have been or to immune in nature. Rheumatoid arthritis, alkalizing spondylitis, gout these diseases have grabbed people of today. So in Ayurveda basically the ayurvedic formulations along with panchakarma therapy has been found very effective in the joint diseases. Ayurveda is known to give a specific disease wise a dietary regime which when followed by the patient is really helpful and is found to be effective. Ayurveda has do's and don't which when followed in the right manner helps the patient to reduce the symptoms. Joint disorders basically include the main symptom pain. Patient are really worried regarding the pain when they are walking or when it is paining continuously and if their pain subsides they find joint disorders to be cured but actually the joint disorders is not cured.

So Ayurveda believes in removing the disease from the root cause. Hence it is very important to get rid of the diseases causing elements and eliminate the cause which is causing the disease. Thus by having prepared formulations and following a dietary regime along with a specific exercise really helps in joint disorders. Now let us move on to panchakarma today the pancha karma treatment is known to all now what exactly is this panchakarma treatment.

Panchakarma treatment is nothing but a natural way in which the diseases causing elements are removed out of the body. For joint disorders basti that is medicated anima is found to be the most effective treatment of all. Thus when these Ayurvedic formulations are taken it reduces that increased vata dosha in the body which causes decrease in the vitiation of pitta and cough and ultimately the defective asti and mojada to which are the integral part of the joint are cured thus, in the long run, the joint remains healthy. So you can imagine at the age of 60 someone saying hey I am consuming Ayurvedic medicines and am healthy. It reduces the degeneration which is happening in the body and keeps you healthy thus the Ayurvedic medicine is found to be very effective in joint disorders even though the treatment takes time but having a longer duration treatment helps you to make sure that the healing of the body and the diseases causing elements are removed from the body.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports consult privately

Although you have provided a limited information regarding your leg pain in your age but I will try to figure out few important reasons for leg pains ------------------------- 2. Mr. Lybrate-user, please avoid pain movement. Initially give some time to body just for heeling take hot thermal effect and rest and make muscles relax. Don't go for forward bending if required then only with knee movement to avoid over stress on the spine.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi, I attached here MRI reports. Please advise how could I come out from back pain without surgery. MRI - LUMBAR spine 19,10.2016: Findings: loss of normal lumbar lordosis seen? Due to muscle spasm. Lumbar vertebrae appears normal in alignment .No listhesis. Small Schmorl's nodes noted involving the endplates of multiple lumbar vertebra. Degeneration ofL1-L2, L2-L3 and L4-L5 lumbar intervertebral disc Posterior annular tear noted at L1-L2, L2-L3 and L4-LSlevels. At Ll-L2 level there is right paramidline protrusion, No foramina narrowing. At L2-L3, L3-L4 diffuse posterior disc bulge noted ,causing effacement of ventral thecal sac and inferior recess of bilateral neural foramina narrowing at L3-L4 level. At L4-L5 level, posterocentral and left forminal protrusion causing, significant canal stenosis and left neural foramina narrowing ,resulting in compression of exiting L4 and traversing LS nerve roots at this level. At LS-Sllevel, no disc bulge or herniation. Conus medullaris appear unremarkable. Impression: - Lumbar spondylosis degenerative changes as mentioned ,predominant at L4-L5 level. - At L4-LSlevel, posterocentral and left forminal protrusion causing, significant canal stenosis and left neural foramina narrowing ,resulting in compression of exiting left L4 and traversing Left LSnerve roots at this level. The shoulder is the most movable joint in the human body. Swelling, damage, or bone changes around the rotator cuff can cause shoulder pain. *here are some tips for helping shoulder pain get better: 1> put ice on the shoulder area for 15 minutes, then leave it off for 15 minutes. Do this 3 to 4 times a day for 2 to 3 days. Wrap the ice in cloth. Do not put ice directly on the skin because this can result in frostbite. 2> rest your shoulder for the next few days. Do not perform any movement which causes pain in the shoulder. 3> slowly return to your regular activities. 4> learn exercises to stretch and strengthen your rotator cuff tendons and shoulder muscles from physiotherapist.
