Dear lybrate user, your blood pressure seems to be on the higher side, but one reading is not sufficient to make a conclusive diagnosis of hypertension. Additional details like history, weight, height, lifestyle, etc are also important. It is important you consult a physician privately, which will enable the particular doctor to prescribe you specific treatment after checking your blood pressure. Meanwhile, you could observe the following to help improve your blood pressure: - Sleep well at least 6-7 hrs everyday. Do not get stressed about issues. - Drink less coffee and tea, quit smoking - Eat less salt, less processed foods (papad, pickles, noodles, etc.) - Eat small meals (preferably home-cooked) at regular timings everyday Get well soon!

Dar. It is important that you treat your condition to strengthen and balance your immunity. By strengthening the digestion, blood quality and circulation, the allergic reactions and feeling of cold (a form of weakness sometimes) can be easily overcome. Regards.

I am suffering from weakness and sleeplessness problem from last few months. I had extra pulmonary tuberculosis 3 years ago. What should I do?

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful... 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day....take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid spicy food...junk food...fermented food.....tea...coffee...do pranayama early in the morning....

My grand daughter 6, in US, when affected by bronchial attack, gets very bad with plain making it uneasy. What are your preventive steps and medications after attack.

BLS Curse, PG Diploma In Accupuncture, BHMS
Homeopath, Ernakulam
Bronchial asthma as well as recurrent bronchitis in children can be treated n prevented with classical homoeopathic medication. First expectation is to bring down the frequency n intensity of the attack later the disease tendency will be uprooted. Detailed case taking n proper follow up is required in this type of cases to eradicate the issue. All the best.
