I have a desk job under in the years my weight has gone up from 60 kgs to 85 kgs I want to lose weight please help me.
Eat home cooked meal. Avoid oily n spicy. Don't use fine flour/ maida. Don't take water soon after meal but after 40 min at least. Use lot of salad. Avoid nonveg preparations. Eat timely, sleep timely, avoid stress do jogging for 20 min n stretch exercises. Sleep at least 8 hr. Avoid cold drinks n all junk food. Never eat soon after meal even small snack soon after is to be avoid ed.

Eat 4 meal a day at least. Meal shd be balanced including whole grain pulse, salad, dairy products like curd. Eat some nuts daily. Exercise for about 15 min daily morning. Take 8-9 hr sleep on time. Mango shake/ banana shake with ayurvedic ashwagandha churna 3gm will be effective.

Don't give her limca or eno. Try 4 tea spoon digene/gelusil antacids. Give paracetamol for headache, avoid spicy meal give cold milk to drink by sipping.

Are you having proper sleep lybrate-user if not take 8-9 hr sleep daily. Second don't develop stress due to hair fall, it will aggravate the problem further. Are you avoiding to oil hair regularly, or changing hair oils frequently? stop doing so stick to one oil type n brand. I advise to use pure coconut oil or pure almond oil (baadam rogan). Add lot of green in your diet. Use whole grain pulses whole wheat bread. Take low fat diet. Avoid any constipation if it is there. You may take trifala churna 5gm at night with milk. All will be fine within 3 months erick. Stay happy:)

Hi I am asthma patient. My doctor advice me don't take any pain killer medicine its harmful. It is true that asthma patient have not take any pain killer. Please guide me. Thanks.

Ya its very right, not only for asthma but also for kidney health avoid frequent n regular pain killer. Use only when its must. Ginger n turmeric are having good pain killer property try these herbs. For frequent headache almonds also do good. Have green tea one cup daily which contains natural antioxidant s n will alleviate if symptoms of arthritis are there.

1/. We gulp anything served to us or available
When hungry
2/. We eat in hurry
3/. We work till late night / party late night
4/. We don't meditate don't exercise
5/. We seek health in multivitamins tabs/

What we need to do ---->
Here is ours suggested plan
1. Sleep timely at least till 10 pm. Take 7-8 hr
Sleep
2). After morning routine do exercise for 15-20
Min meditate for 15-20 min
(mind it this will make your day)
3). Never skip breakfast
Have milk / fruit juice along with boiled whole
Grain
4. When have to eat outside don't rush to items
Compare options available in nutrients term then
Decide
5). Eat home cooked meal organic one n rich in
Fibers
6). Use stairs n take a walk to home / office
Whenever possible
7. On night before sleep pray to almighty for
Your day and say sorry for faults you made
8). Whenever feel stress/ anger take 10 deep

M job karta hu aur meri night shift chalti h. M kuch medicine or food supplement or protein powder Lena chahta hu taki m strong ban saku lekin kuch expert kahte h ki ye harmful hote h. To muje apki advise ki jarurat h.

You should have adequate rest / sleep 8-9 hr. Use short meals 4-5 after 2-3 hrs. For weight gain use aswagandha churna 3 gm twice a day with milk this will remove weakness problem too. Use more of dairy product specially cheese / paneer. Include whole grain pulses in diet. 15-30 min push ups n pull ups / exercises. Don't panic /stress it will be all right.
