Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 years of age. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. Hello, First day of bleeding is Day 1 of the menstrual cycle. You need to calculate the ovulation date form that day. Sexual intercourse on day 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 will help in getting pregnant since that is your fertile period. I hope this helps.

एवोकाडो का नाम सुनकर ही ऐसा लगता है. जैसे यह कोई विदेशी पौधा हो दरअसल इसे अमेरिका में उगाया जाता है. एवोकाडो एक सदाबहार पेड़ है. जोकि हमारे लिए कई तरह के स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्रदान करने वाला है. यदि हम एवोकाडो में पाए जाने वाले पोषक तत्व और अन्य पदार्थों की बात करें तो इसमें फैटी एसिड से भरपूर मात्रा में पाई जाती है.

इसमें कैल्शियम, पोटेशियम, फास्फोरस, लोहा, मैग्नीशियम, मैग्नीशियम और तांबा आदि खनिजों के साथ-साथ विटामिन बी-6, विटामिन ए, विटामिन डी, विटामिन सी, विटामिन के और विटामिन ए भी पाया जाता है. इसके अलावा एवोकाडो, फाइबर का भी एक अच्छा स्रोत माना जाता है. एवोकाडो के सेवन से शरीर में होने वाली कई परेशानियों से बच सकते हैं. कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर कम करने में भी इसकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है. तो आइए एवोकाडो के फायदे और नुकसान को निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं के द्वारा समझने की कोशिश करें.

2. आंखों की सेहत के लिए

7. हृदय के विकारों को दूर करने में
एवोकाडो में मौजूद बीटा-सीटेस्टेरोल स्वस्थ कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर बनाए रखने में सहायक साबित होता है. कई शोधों में पता चलता है कि यह एच डी एल कोलेस्ट्रोल के एंटीथोजेनिक गुणों को बढ़ाने का काम करता है. जिससे कि धमनियां नरम होती हैं और खतरा कम होता है. इसके अलावा यह उच्च रक्तचाप में भी उपयोगी है.
8. लीवर के लिए एवोकाडो में
मौजूद कुछ ऑर्गेनिक यौगिक हमारे लिवर के स्वास्थ्य को सुधारने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं. लीवर में होने वाली क्षति को कम करने में भी एवोकाडो में पाए जाने वाले तत्व काफी उपयोगी होते हैं.

एवोकाडो का सेवन माउथ फ्रेशनर के रूप में भी किया जा सकता है. कई बार हमारे मुंह से आने वाली बदबू का कारण अपच या खराब पेट भी हो सकता है. इस दुर्गंध को दूर करने में इसमें पाए जाने वाले जीवाणुरोधी और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट फ्लैनेनोइड्स भी मददगार होते हैं. एवोकाडो का इस्तेमाल मुंह की बदबू रोकने के साथ-साथ माउथ कैंसर को भी दूर करने के लिए किया जा सकता है.
10. गठिया के उपचार में
एवोकाडो का इस्तेमाल गठिया जैसी बीमारियों को भी खत्म करने के लिए किया जाता है. इसमें पाए जाने वाले फाइटोकेमिकल्स, फैटी अल्कोहल, ओमेगा-3, कैरोटिनोइड्स, फैटी एसिड, फ्लेवोनोइड्स और फिटोस्टरोल आदि गठिया को कम करने के लिए सबसे अच्छे खाद्य पदार्थों में से एक है. यह मांसपेशियों की सूजन को कम करने में भी सहायक होते हैं.

As I am suffering with pcod I did not get my period from last two months and had a negative pregnancy result I consulted a gynecologist and she asked me to use Meprate 10 mg for 5 days 3 tablets per day. And she told me that once I stop using them I will get my period. But I stopped them 1 week back and I did not get my period still. I am not able to understand the reason behind this.

Obesity is the condition wherein a person has an excessive body weight as a result of genetic or lifestyle related factors. Hence it is crucial to undergo weight reduction.

Calculate the weight you need to lose
Before you begin to practice effective steps for losing weight consider the amount of weight you need to shed. You should first measure your current weight and then calculate your body mass index (BMI) to find the amount of deviation from the recommended range. Then consider the difference between your current and ideal weight as your target weight.

Tips For Losing Weight

1. Eat Right

  • Consult a nutritional expert- It all starts with the right diet. An Individual’s eating habits contribute significantly to his weight. If you are obese or overweight, then you should consult a health expert and have him prepare the appropriate diet based on your weight and body type.

2. Exercise
An obese person needs to exercise regularly. If you find it difficult to do exercise, take baby steps. Start with easy sitting and lying exercises. Go out into the open such as a garden and perform these exercises early in the morning for just 10 minutes. As you build your stamina, increase the intensity gradually.

3. Manage stress

  • We often come across few spell of stressful night due to lack of sleep.

करौंदा की फली हमारे मस्तिष्क के लिए भी काफी उपयोगी तत्व मानी जाती है. इसमें पाया जाने वाला एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स सूजन को तो कम करता ही है. हमारे स्मृति और समन्वय की क्षमता में भी सुधार लाता है. यानी इसका इस्तेमाल हम अपनी यादाश्त को बढ़ाने के लिए भी कर सकते हैं.
6. कैंसर के उपचार में
करौंदा का इस्तेमाल हम कैंसर के उपचार में भी करते हैं. विशेष रुप से प्रोस्टेट कैंसर, लीवर कैंसर, स्तन कैंसर और ओवेरियन कैंसर में इसके इस्तेमाल का प्रभाव काफी सकारात्मक देखा गया है. करौंदा ट्यूमर के बढ़ने की प्रक्रिया को भी धीमा करने का काम करता है.
7. पेशाब इन्फेक्शन को दूर करने के लिए
करौंदा का इस्तेमाल मूत्रमार्ग की दीवारों से बैक्टीरिया को कम करने में भी किया जा सकता है. इसका कारण करौंदा में पाया जाने वाला प्रोएथोकेनिडिन नामक तत्व है. इसके आलावा करौंदा के सेवन से मूत्र में होने वाले संक्रमण को दूर कर सकते हैं.
8. दिल को स्वस्थ रखने में
दिल को स्वस्थ रखने में भी करौंदा का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. दरअसल करौंदा का रस एचडीएल कोलेस्ट्रॉल के स्तर को बढ़ाने का काम करता है. जिसे कि अच्छा कोलेस्ट्रॉल भी कहा जाता है. इसके अलावा करौंदा में पॉलीफेनाल्स भी पाया जाता है. जोकि रक्तचाप को कम करने में महत्वपूर्ण होता है.

करौंदा के नुकसान

  • गर्भवती महिलाएं और स्तनपान कराने वाली माताएं इसके इस्तेमाल से बचें.
  • जिन लोगों को एस्पिरिन से एलर्जी है उन्हें भी इसके इस्तेमाल से बचना चाहिए.

I have severe digestion issues since my marriage it has been 1 n half years since my marriage in indore and I am not able to adjust digestion wise in this place. Food habits have changed .i have started eating non veg quite often. I have gained 7 to 8 kgs after marriage and also my thyroid levels increased. It was 6.3 tsh.

You are obese as well as hypothyroid, first divide your food portions like 3 major and 3minor feeds with avoiding oily and fatty items. Go for regular walking atleast once a day 45_60mts, relieve the stress by doing some meditation and if possible yoga. If you are on thyroid medication 25 Mcg of thyroxine will help, take on empty stomach in the morning. All the best.

  1. Maternal age: As a woman reaches 35 and a man reaches 40, the fertility rates drop significantly. The chances that a woman at 35 will conceive is about 20%, which goes down to 5% if the woman is 40. However, this rate can be significantly increased by using IVF. The quality of the egg would gradually deteriorate, and so if a woman is nearing 40, it is better to consider IVF as the ovarian reserve would be optimal with IVF.
  2. Failed intrauterine insemination: In couples who have problems with the sperm reaching the uterus, intrauterine insemination (IUI) is first attempted. However, if 3 or more attempts of fail, it is time to consider IVF.
  3. Duration of inability to conceive: While some couples conceive quite promptly in a month or two, most take about 6 to 8 months of unprotected sex to conceive. Therefore, IVF can be an option if you are failing to conceive even after a year. Less than a year, don’t fret. Take it easy and it might just do the trick.
  4. Medical health: Both the partner’s medical health should be taken into account. Lifestyle changes like smoking, alcohol abuse, drug abuse should be considered, which can account for poor sexual performance and therefore lead to an inability to conceive. Health conditions like diabetes and heart disease can also lead to infertility. Hypothyroidism in women is another thing that must be ruled out, as it often leads to an inability to conceive.
  5. Sexual problems with the partner: One of the first things to do before going for IVF is to check that the male does not have any issues. Be it erection issues or ejaculation issues or sperm issues, they need to be ruled out. Sperm quality, quantity, and motility have to be analysed, and if they are optimal, IVF can be considered.
