I am starting ketogenic diet. I will be mainly eating eggs, vegetables, yogurt on this diet. I have read that on this diet our body gets deficient of a few vitamins and minerals: magnesium, potassium, sodium and we need to take them to prevent unpleasant symptoms like headache, muscle cramps and fatigue. On websites the dosage recommended is: - Potassium:  consume ~3,000 mg of potassium a day. We also get it from veggies. - Magnesium: Take 3 slow-release magnesium tablets like Slow-Mag or Mag 64 a day for 20 days, then continue taking 1 tablet a day afterwards. The recommended daily average for people on the ketogenic diet is ~400 mg of magnesium a day. - Sodium requirements can be fulfilled thru Salt probably. In what form should I take magnesium and potassium? Thank you.

Typhoid is usually transmitted by water or food, in much the same way as cholera. People who are infected excrete live bacteria in their feces and urine.
