What should I do to become healthy?
You have to take healthy diet to become healthy. Stop taking junk food like chips, cold drinks, chocolates, pizza, burgers & noodles, momos etc. Switch on to dals, vegetables, chapatis, rice, milk, curd, rajma, choley, fruits etc. You can take some ghee, butter& dry fruits also. Do some regular exercise like cycling or swimming to increase your appetite.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Take 10-12 pieces of dates. Proper sleep is very important. Threptin biscuits will be help ful. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Hi, I'm 34 years old. I got married on 31 years. After my pregnancy I gained lot of weight. I was 50kg 4 years back. And my baby is 2 years 5 months now. I had c section. Then in 2 months I went for another sugary which gallbladder. After that I started putting on weight. I was very thin. I'm trying my best to reduce but nothing working out. I do lot of work at home. Please help me.

Wieght is a result of direct input /output ratio. Reduce intake of food and increase metabolism is the only way. Consult a dietician for food control.

You should fallow this diets breakfast milk cornflakes, n midmorning take fruits in lunch curd, chapati, vegetables, salad in evening green tea with roasted channa in dinner take oats or dalia fallow this diets for one months.

Follow these guidelines. Do regular exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and other muscle building. Eat extra. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Use refined foods extra. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use whole cream milk. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use more healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

Lybrate-user, if you have hashimoto' s (thyroiditis ht) leading to hypothyroidism, then only treatment is to supplement thyroxine hormone by taking adequate amount daily. Unless hypothyroidism is completely controlled, efforts to reduce weight will not succeeded. Dosage will depend upon body weight and t4 levels. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high fiber prescribed diet which includes soluble fibre like apple, isabgol etc. Get more physical activity. eat a balanced diet which includes whole grains and excludes all refined products like maida as prescribed. if you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss.
