Vit D is important for strong bone,teeth.It helps to absorb calcium,phophorus and help to mineralization of bone.Deficiency of it cause rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults.Small amount of food contains vit D like sardine,mackerel,fish oi,dairy products,fortified cereal,fortified orange juice,egg etc.

Am a swimmer and am facing an issue from a past 3-4years. Am having lot of fat accumulation on my stomach and my tummy is growing big. I don't find the same on other parts of the body. From past 3-4years my workouts have become irregular due to my professional corporate life and am losing on my sport abilities mainly due to fat on tummy. The fat is not rigid n tight as well. Hello. Instead of going for man-made medications as well as un-natural sources of calcium which carry a lot of side effects with them, use a natural calcium which can be obtained from limestone as commonly known as chunna. Hello, None of them are effective, apart from causing harm to rhe body they are also expensive. Fat burners have 100 percent guaranteed side effects ,so ultimately after spending money ,all what you get are some irreversible damages. Stay away from such hyped products, there is no shortcut for anything in this world.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hi Damini A combination of both is the best option for you to be fit and healthy. Don't go for heavy exercises or weight lifting kind of thing at all. Aerobics, tread mill, stretching exercises are very good. Weight lifting and heavy exercises may harm you so totally avoid them. Morning walk is a lifetime thing so keep doing it. Enjoy Life. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Your blood sugar is high. Along with medicine you have to do regular exercise for one hour daily, reduce weight if you are overweight. Stick to Diabetic diet of 2000 calories per day after consulting Dietician. Monitor your blood sugar Fasting and PP every three months and consult Diabetologist for proper treatment and advice

I very often get clients in their twenties who report of memory problems which typically affect their studies or work. Many of them have already got several tests done such as vitamin b12 levels, thyroid hormone levels, hemoglobin and so on which are all normal. So what is this condition? as perplexing as it may sound, they do not have true memory issue. What they actually have is what is known as a registration deficit. Let us clarify this further using an example. Consider these two scenarios: scenario 1: 10 names are written on a blackboard and then accidentally erased. Those names are now lost and cannot be retrieved. Scenario 2: 10 names were about to be written but for some reason were not written at all on the blackboard. There is no question of retrieving those names. In both the above scenarios, the names are lost and not retrievable. A true memory problem is like scenario 1 where names are entered into the brain and then lost. This is commonly seen in old age conditions such as dementia. The registration deficit is like the scenario 2 where the names were not entered into the brain in the first place. This happens in youngsters due to concentration difficulties. But just as the final outcome of unable to retrieve names is common to both scenarios, so too, the registration deficit gives the impression of a poor memory. So what are the common causes of this registration deficit? well they include anxiety or depression usually. So the good news that automatically follows is that it can be easily treated!

Hello less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Hello do not worry you just need to focus a bit on your diet and some workout is required for 20-25 min atleast 5 days a week have 3 main meals and 2 side light meals like roasted makhane include green tea, cinnamon, buttermilk, fruits, sprouts and vegetables take chamomile tea before going to bed thank you.
