You don't need to remove the yolk. It has concentrated nutrients in them and will be beneficial if you have gain free breakfast. But I would recommend you to have a mixture of carbs and proteins in the breakfast and keep grain free at dinner.

Hello, * go for a walk in d morning/evening for an hr. * take, plenty of water. * go for swimming, gardening, * opt, staircase instead of lift or escalator. * take, salad, sprouts, fruits, in lunch with less no of breads or less qty of rice. * consume fruits, whenever u, feel hungry. * take proteins rich food maintaing 1200-1600-caroreis. **home-care*8 @ fucus vas q 10 drops, thrice with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, before meal. Report, fortnightly along with your wt-chart. All the best.

Sir according your height you should have 67 kg. So you should maintain a balanced diet.(2) take proper food. Drink 3-4 lit water/day.(2) avoid fast foods (3) take plenty of vegetables.(4) take yogurt everyday.(5) do free hand exercise, yoga, swimming, etc.

After taking Fenofibrate for longer period say 6 months my creatinine level is going up in every check up. to 1.3 from 0.06. Is this side effect? Whether to discouninue Fenofibrate? Please answer. Best Regards

You have type 1 DM. I do not know your age and the duration of your diabetes. The s. creatinine of 0.06 mg is abnormally low. Is the report right? The s. creatinine of 1.3 is not necessarily high. One needs to take the age and body weight into consideration and then calculate the creatinine clearance. That gives a more accurate picture of the kidney function. Fenofibrate is unlikely to be the cause for the rising s. creatinine.

7 Ways To Treat Heel Spurs

For some people, the simple act of walking can be very uncomfortable. This is because they may be suffering from a heel spur. Heel spurs are calcium deposits that cause a bony protrusion on the underside of the heel bone. Heel spurs themselves may be painless but walking or jogging can make the person like a knife or pin is sticking into his or her sole. This may also be felt while standing up after being seated for a long time. Heel spurs do not heal on resting and usually need medical attention. Some ways of treating a heel spur are-

  1. Stretching Exercises: Heel spur exercises help strengthen the tissue in the heel and increases the fascia and Achilles tendon flexibility. This, in turn, helps reduce the pain and prevents a recurrence of the condition. Try standing with both feet apart and flex your knees while squatting. Keep your heels on the ground for as long as possible.

  2. Wearing The Right Shoes: Wearing shoes that do not fit well is one of the leading causes for heel spurs. When buying shoes look for a firm heel counter, a ¾-1 1/2 inch heel, a long vamp, semi-rigid or rigid shank and a toe box that is wide enough to accommodate your toes without pinching them.

  3. Taping or Strapping to Rest Stressed Muscles and Tendons: Taping or strapping your foot tightly can help protect the fascia and allow the spur to heal. It also rests the muscles and tendons and distributes the pressure being put on them.

  4. Shoe Inserts or Orthotic Devices: Using an insole can help cushion the heel and reduce the pain of a heel spur. It also reduces the impact felt while walking or standing.

  5. Physical Therapy: Physiotherapy for heel spurs aims at strengthening the foot and calf muscles. Your doctor will try and gradually increase the possible range of motion and restore muscle control in the foot arch. You will also be taught how to improve your running and landing techniques.

  6. Medication: Over the counter medication like ibuprofen may help temporarily ease the pain caused by heel spurs. In some cases, corticosteroid injections may also be prescribed to reduce the inflammation and pain.

  7. Surgery: If there is no improvement in a heel spur within 9 to 12 months, surgery may be considered to remove the spur or release the plantar fascia. However, this is rare and most heel spurs do not need surgery. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an orthopedist.

Tips to lose weight faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. The right way to reduce weight is making a balance in your diet and exercises both. Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Hello. If you want, you can. But doing it with a rope makes it more rhythmic and you jump at fixed regular interval! Anyways, you yourself can differentiate between the two.

My Uncle is a boozer from past 10 years. In the recent days, his stomach is extremely bulged. His both foot also bulged. Even though he is consuming alcohol on the daily basis. His food intake is very less so he is becoming very weak day by day. Bumps on tongue forming regularly which causing fluctuations in intake of food. We have consulted MBBS doctor he conducted & checked the blood test and says that my uncle is suffering from jaundice with 6.5. He also referred a Gastroenterologist. I would like to know why he is infected with jaundice? How dangerous jaundice with 6.5 is?

I have somewhat dark skin tone. But compared to my skin colour lips are too dark which is easily noticeable by people. It was not this much dark in some years before. But when I grew older it became darker. How can I solve this problem. Want to know if it is due to any vitamin deficiency? And kindly prescribe any medicine which I can get on any medical stores.

For lip lightening use sebamed spf 30 lip balm before sun exposure. Biluma cream at night. Lactic peels once in a month 5-6 sessions to lighten lip color.

1) EPSOM salt---

Warm water bath of epsom salt, which is rich in magnesium, is a good pain reliever. This is very helpful for arthritis patients and also relieves leg pain. 

Good balance of work and rest is very necessary. Take enough rest as it relieves leg pain.

2) rubbing lobelia paste also provides relief in leg pain. This is one of the best home remedies for leg pains.

3) vinegar is also great for relieving leg pain, controlling weight, chest burns, injuries of joints, and bad breath.
A cloth pad thoroughly wet in vinegar solution when applied firmly to joints, foot or other part of leg relieves leg pain and discomfort.

 4) eating hard shell nuts also relief leg pain.

5) gently massage you leg using hot pads as it provide physical relief to leg pain.
Massaging with oils like mustard oil, coconut oil gives fast relief from severe leg pain.
Regular warm oil massage in downward direction relieves leg pains. Stretch your leg gently and massage the strained muscles using warm oil, it gives relief from pain in joints, knees, leg palm, calf muscles, and hips.

6) you can also take one tablespoon methi, which is a very effective vegetable and helps in curing various diseases. Dry methi leaves under sun for 4-5 days. Mix it in a glass of water. Take this mixture in early morning.

7) warm water bath relaxes overall body and mind, so whenever you feel tiredness and pain in leg, go for warm water bath, this will unstrain the tired muscles.
Avoid taking alcohol, excess sugar, smoking, and chewing tobacco.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Do regular morning walk say for 30 to 40 min everyday. Eat plenty of leafy vegetables and lot of water by mouth. For piles apply locally no piles ointment to be externally.
