Instead of taking any medicine take protien rich diet and do regular excercise. Egg white soyabean wheat sprouting seeds and so on by doing gym and taking mass protein you can gain muscle mass you can get mass protein at any gym but should do more workout so that you can gain muscle mass.

Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Take 5 leaves of parizaad tree leaves also called as harsinghaar. Make a paste of those 5 leaves, put the paste in 150 ml water and put to boil. Boil for 20 minutes than drink that water and chew the leaves. Do this for 7 days early morning empty stomach, your problem will be cured permanently.

Taking 2 - 3 dates per day may be helpful to build good health. They are tasty, full of minerals and microminerals and good for immunity. But they are not good for Sugar patients as they push up the sugar level to heights. A borderline sugar person may become diabetic, as the sugar level raises much. Even the de-sugared and dry dates do the same harm. What is the best way out? Or is there any better way to reduce their sugar content or harmful effect?

well sir hav wet dates in place of dry dates.annd if you want you can also soak them in water for sometime.sugar patient can also take them if their sugar in control moderately.and for non-diabetic person they can have 4-5 dates every day as hav natural sugar which not adversely affects our body nd try to cut down artifical or extra sugar which we are using unnecessarily may hlp and individual to be health and diabetic free.hope you get the answer of your question sir.nd if need any other hlp feel free to ask.take care.hav a gud day!

Simple Carbohydrates Vs Complex Carbohydrates

You need carbohydrates as they are the body's main energy source. Still, weight loss enthusiasts will keep claiming that you should avoid them at all costs. However, the truth is, you need to eat carbs, but you need to find the right ones.

It is believed that consuming complex carbohydrates is better than simple carbohydrates. But the problem arises when you need to differentiate between them, because nutrition labels on food items do not inform you if the carb content is simple or complex.

What are Carbohydrates?
Carbohydrates are an essential component in various kinds of food. You may only relate carbs to bread and rice, but they are also found in dairy, seeds, sugary foods and sweets, fruits, legumes, vegetables, nuts and grains.

Carbohydrates are comprised of three elements that is starch, fibre and sugar. Sugar is a simple carb while starch and fibre are complex carbs.

Refined or Simple Carbohydrates
Simple carbs are easier to digest. Examples of simple carbs include:

  • natural sugar (desi gurh, desi khaand, desi mishri, desi kakvi)
  • high-fructose and corn syrups
  • brown sugar
  • sucrose, glucose and fructose
  • fruit juice concentrate

Simple carbs should be avoided as they lead to type 2 diabetes and other associated diseases. Here are some foods you must avoid:

  • soda
  • baked treats
  • packaged cookies
  • breakfast cereal

Complex Carbohydrates: Since they have higher contents of fiber and are slow to digest, complex carbs are the good kind of carbs. They are good for people who want to lose weight or are suffering from type 2 diabetes.
Fiber and starch make up the group of complex carbs. Fibers are good for your bowels and cholesterol. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans and whole grains are excellent sources of fiber.

If your food has fiber in it, it will also contain starch. The only difference is that certain foods are less fibrous and more on the starchy side, such as potatoes. Whole wheat bread, cereal, corn, peas, rice and oats are also high in starch.

Choosing the right carb for you will take patience and time. If you don't mind some research and pay close attention to nutrition labels, you can start making healthier, and better, choices that will keep you energised, and prevent you from any chronic disease. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Eat More. Eat more calories than your body burns. Eat More Meals. Small meals are easier to eat than big ones. Eat Caloric Dense Foods. Food high in carbs and/or fats has more calories per serving. Eat More Protein. Go Liquid. Track Calories. Lift Heavy. Be Consistent.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

AS per the reports al are normal and the pain can be due to Vit D deficiency or myalgia. You have to do simple exercises and fight off depression. Make up mind be active and do little things daily. As the albumin I shigh it connotes kidney disease and need check up.

Bring on some spices (8 months old) And softly mashed, or chopped into fine pieces, fruits, vegetables, meats, pasta and dairy such as yogurt and cheeses. Pasta, veggies, and fruit should all be soft cooked and possibly mashed with a fork or masher. (Bananas need only be mashed.) Meats and proteins such as egg yolk, should be cooked and pureed or chopped into small soft bits. If offering Tofu, you need not cook it first. Remember, your baby will not have molars until sometime around the 12-18 month age range so all foods should be easily mashed between the gums. How much will your 8 month – 10 month old baby eat? Your 8 to 10 month old baby may seem to be starving herself at some point. Because you are likely offering her more finger food selections or thicker/chunkier foods, the amount of food eaten appears smaller. At this stage, your baby may be eating 3 “meals” a day and possibly enjoying a snack or 2 in between. There are some babies in this age range who will still be eating only 1 “meal” of solids so don’t feel pressured to have your baby eat 3 solid food meals per day. The important thing is to watch your baby’s hunger cues and and try to begin setting a schedule for 3 meals a day. Offer him a balanced array of foods – fruits, veggies, a protein & a grain if possible and ensure his nursing or formula feedings are adequate. Visit the Baby Menu to see an idea of some meals for this age range. What to Eat at 8 to 10 Months of Age? AGE/STAGE – 8 months – 10 months old The AAP recommends that an infant not be started on solid foods until after 6 months of age. Many pediatricians still start babies on solids around 4 months of age. This chart accommodates all ages and stages up to 12 months. CEREALS Try mixing together the grains that your baby has had without any reaction (s). Begin offering breads and muffins when baby has mastered mashing more textured foods. Pasta makes for great finger foods. FRUITS Begin making your own fruit combinations once baby has had several fruits without any reaction (s). Venture into Papaya and Melon Swirl. After 8 months old – you may wish to try offering raw ripe fruits. Soft cooked fruits make for great beginner Baby Finger Foods. VEGGIES Soft cooked veggies make for great beginner Baby Finger Foods. Try mixing up a veggie medley now. Add some grated cheese for extra temptation & yumminess. Saute or roast some onions or peppers to add to baby’s food or serve as finger foods. Make a Leek and Chicken Potato Mash. PROTEIN Once your baby has reached 8 months old, try an Egg Yolk Omelet – the perfect chance to slip in some veggies. DAIRY Get adventurous with Cheeses and Yogurts now. Soft Cheeses such as Brie pose health risks so hold off on those. Avocado mashed with a bit of cream cheese – YUM. Breakfast ¼ – ½ cup cereal or mashed egg ¼ – ½ cup fruit, diced (if your child is self- feeding) 4–6 oz. Formula or breastmilk Snack​ 4–6 oz. Breastmilk or formula or water ¼ cup diced cheese or cooked vegetables Lunch ¼ – ½ cup yogurt or cottage cheese or meat ¼ – ½ cup yellow or orange vegetables 4–6 oz. Formula or breastmilk Snack 1 teething biscuit or cracker ¼ cup yogurt or diced (if child is self-feeding) fruit Water Dinner ¼ cup diced poultry, meat, or tofu ¼ – ½ cup green vegetables ¼ cup noodles, pasta, rice, or potato ¼ cup fruit 4–6 oz. Formula or breastmilk Before Bedtime 6–8 oz. Formula or breastmilk or water (If formula or breastmilk, follow with water or brush teeth afterward).

I think you are very over conscious about your looks and so cant handle this you wan to get fit sooner but their is no shortcut. Start with small goals and shed 1kg per week. So that you can stick to your regime but you are breaking your schedule just getting irritated as it is not shedding as you want be patient.

start doing surya namaskar daily in morning after that do Prithvi mudra for 20 minutes to gain weight, these 2 activities will give you amazing results, start eating cows milk with your every meal. keep your intestine clean by drinking atleast 3 to 4 liters water everyday, but make sure you dont drink water with your meals or after your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes and eat jaggery after your meals. eat 2 bananas with hot cows milk and put shakkar and 1 table spoon cow ghee in it, if you eat this for 3 months continuous you will gain weight upto 10 kgs naturally.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly

Actually, its the fat that are depleting in your body during gym just continue taking more proteins while doing gym and slowly your cheeks will be normal but now without any fats storage but only muscles due to protein intake and gym.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.
