To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

How to lose weight by using natural remedies and method and also medicines or surgery.
Weight loss needs determination and hard work. Work out and healthy diet are the key to loosing weight in a healthy way without side-effects. Never go for short-cuts, just set your target and start running/jogging/brisk walking. Having hot water in the morning with lemon, citrus fruits, juices, salads and fruits in place of snacks or packaged food like chips and biscuit can solve half of your diet problem. People who are obese and need to loose weight can go for bariatric weight loss. Liposuction is another option which is not recommended to people who are obese. Note: surgical methods have to be taken well care of, the process does not just finish with the surgery, it needs a lot of care afterwards.

Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and moderate exercise. 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkand churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu- jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record weight before treatment and after every month.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Take high fibre low calorie food like greenleafy vegetables, fruits, vegetable salad, whole grain cereals, and pulses can be included in diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Don't take stress about weight, take proper sleep, avoid late night dinner, overeating. Take small and frequent meals.

Fresh Fruits vs. Dehydrated Fruits - What’s Better?

It is said that dehydrated fruits offer same health benefits as that of fresh fruits, but differ slightly in mineral and vitamin content. Both fresh and dried fruits will provide you with fiber and antioxidants, which are beneficial for your health; however dried fruits usually lose a small percentage of their vitamins during the process of dehydration.

When you compare fresh and dried fruits, it’s great to make use of the standard serving sizes, which are 1 cup of fresh fruit and ¼ cup of dried fruit.

But when fruits lose their water content and eventually volume during the drying process, their sugar, calorie and nutrient content become concentrated. So when you consume a handful of dried fruits, there is an in-take of more calories than you would if you consumed that same quantity of fresh fruits.

Besides giving you a variety in taste and health benefits, both fresh fruits and dehydrated fruits have their own significance.

For instance, whereas dry fruits can offer you portability and a longer shelf life; fresh fruit as opposed to dry fruits contain higher amount of minerals and hence is a more nutritious choice than dried fruits.

If you are keeping a close watch on your weight, then dried fruits should not be eaten much as they contain considerably more calories in each serving than the fresh fruits. Dried fruits that contain sugar additives are high in calorie content, but the ones with low calorie content offer numerous health rewards:

- Antioxidants

There are some dried fruits which are a rich source of antioxidants, the Journal of the American College of Nutrition revealed. For instance, Phenol an antioxidant-type is found more in dried fruits such as figs and dates than in fresh fruits.

- High Fiber

Dried fruits are usually high in fiber content than the equal-sized serving of the fresh fruits. Fiber helps in running our digestive system smoothly and prevents obesity as well as cancer and heart disease.

Because I have a type1 diabetes on insulin since 21years. And my sugar level are getting more less about fbs 20-30 I had decreased my night dose of insulin to 10u. If hypoglycemic condition occurs continuously is it effect for my mental ill.

Hi, in t1 diabetes, unless blood sugar is properly monitored and insulin dosage is correctly adjusted, hypoglycemic episodes can occur. You may talk to your physician and see how effectively sugar levels are maintained. This is not a situation which can be addressed by online consultation. It needs a close monitoring between you and your physician. Also you may think of using insulins like glargine or degludec which are peakless.

Yes, please eat lot of fruits and vegetables. Eat daliya, poha, oatmeal that are full in fibre. Always cook fresh food when you want to eat.

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) nutrition. E) high calorie fruits like banana.

kindly take amrutottaram kshayam, 20 ml, twice a day, before meals, twice a day. Take liquid diet like daliya, khichdi, moong daal in your diet regularly. Avoid cold eatables like cold water, curd, spicy food in your diet. Take small meals in regular intervals. Drink warm water at times, one to two glasses at least a day. Take agnitundi vati, 1 tabs, twice a day, after meals with warm water. Continue the regime for 1 month. Good luck.
