Warm water for drinking, proper diet, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, regular exercise, do yoga ,pranayam daily, avoid foods kept in friedge, avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, avoid sleeping after food, avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, avoid overeating, Take dinner in half quantity of lunch.

You should drinks lots of water and take small meals. Don't take oily and spicy food and use soaked methi and sauf in equal amt in morning and evening it reduce your gas problem and you can use aloevera juice its very beneficial in gastric problem.

Hye. Thanks for the query. You are underweight by 10 kgs for your height. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, paneer, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. If you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity and diet is good.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. The anabolic steroids abused by many are synthetic versions of testosterone, a male hormone. Both men and women naturally produce testosterone. But like all hormones -- which regulate the body's most basic functions -- throwing one's testosterone out of balance can have wide-ranging consequences. Anabolic steroids have many side effects because testosterone, which they mimic, has many effects in the body. The long list if side effects from anabolic steroids include: shrinking of testicles, breast enlargement (gynecomastia), low sperm count, increased hair growth, deeper voice and reduced breast size in women, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, high cholesterol, rage, violence and aggression.

Weight loss you can take methi seeds water. (overnght saoked 1tsp methi seeds in 1 glass of water and take it nxt morning) * take more of veggies in your diets and fruits which are low in sugar are- apple, papaya, gauva, jamun. * take plenty of water (2.5-3 litres per day) * avoid skipping of meals. * choose whole grain like - jowar, bajra, oats, barley, ragi, wheat. * take 3-4 almonds and walnut (1/2) (overnght saoked)

For loosing weight I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Pimples may come due to various reason. May come due to dandruff over scalp, or oily skin, or due to hormonal changes. So 1st rule out what is the exact cause of your problem. Then treatment will done accordingly. For making your body, there are several factors are there. Take healthy diet, not only healthy diet, balanced diet, plenty of water, doing regular exercise, and to reduce the stress, Yoga is required, if there is any stress. Long Pepper (Pippali) Benefits and Side Effects in Hindi - पिप्पली के फायदे और नुकसान

छोटा पीपल के उपनाम से मशहूर पिप्पली के फायदे औषधीय रूप से बहुत ज्यादा है. इसके अलावा इसे मसाले के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल करते हैं. लगभग शहतूत के फल के आकार वाले पिप्पली के नुकसान भी हैं. गहरे हरे रंग और ह्रदय के आकार वाले चौड़े पत्तों व कोमल लताओं वाले पिप्पली के कच्चे फलों का रंग गहरा हरा और पकने के बाद काला हो जाता है.

पहले जानते हैं पिप्पली के फायदों को

1. दिल के मामलों में
दिल की बीमारियों में भी पिप्पली के फायदे दिखाते हैं. इसका चूर्ण बनाकर शहद में मिलाकर सुबह खाने से कोलेस्ट्राल नियंत्रित होता है. इसके अलावा पिप्पली और छोटी हरड़ की समान मात्रा पीसकर एक चम्मच सुबह-शाम गुनगुने पानी के साथ लेने से पेट दर्द, मरोड़ और दुर्गन्धयुक्त अतिसार में राहत मिलती है.
2. साँसों की बीमारी में
यदि आपको साँसों की बिमारी है तो इसमें भी आप पिप्पली के फायदे से राहत पा सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपको 2 ग्राम पिप्पली का चूर्ण बनाकर 4 कप पानी में उबाल लें. जब यह 2 कप रह जाए तो इसे छान लें. इसे 2-3 घंटे के अंतर पर थोड़ा-थोड़ा दिन भर पीते रहने से कुछ ही दिनों में सांस फूलने की समस्या से राहत मिलेगी.
3. सर दर्द में
इसे पानी में पीसकर माथे पर लेप लगाने से सिर दर्द में फायदा मिलता है. इसके लिए पिप्पली और वच चूर्ण को बराबर मात्रा में मिला लें. फिर इसकी 3 ग्राम नियमित रूप से दो बार दूध या गर्म पानी के साथ लेने से सर दर्द में राहत मिलती है.
4. मोटापा से भी राहत
मोटापे में पिप्पली के फायदे लेने के लिए आपको इसका चूर्ण लगभग आधा ग्राम की मात्रा में सुबह-शाम शहद के साथ रोजाना 1 महीने तक सेवन करने से मोटापा कम होता है. इसके अलावा पिप्पली के 1 से 2 दाने दूध में देर तक उबालकर उसमें से पिप्पली निकालकर खा लें और ऊपर से दूध पिने से भी मोटापे से राहत मिलती है.
5. छुआ-छूत के रोगों में
इसमें पाए जाने वाले प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने के गुण से टी.बी. एवं अन्य संक्रामक रोगों में पिप्पली फायदेमंद है. इसके अलावा पिप्पली अनेक आयुर्वेदीय एंव आधुनिक दवाओं की कार्यक्षमता को बढ़ाने में मदद करती है.
पिप्पली के कई फायदों में से एक ये भी है कि इसके 1-2  ग्राम चूर्ण में सेंधानमक, हल्दी और सरसों का तेल मिलाकर दांतों पर लगाने से दांत के दर्द से राहत मिलती है. 
6. वात से उत्पन्न रोगों में
इसके लिए आपको 5-6 पुरानी पिप्पली के पौधे का जड़ सुखाकर उसका चूर्ण बनाना होगा. आपको बता दें कि इस चूर्ण की 1-3 ग्राम मात्रा को गर्म पानी या गर्म दूध के साथ पिलाने से शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से में होने वाले दर्द से 1-2 घंटे में ही राहत मिल जाती है. बुढ़ापे में इससे विशेष रूप से राहत मिलती है.
7. सर्दी जुकाम में
सर्दी जुकाम में पिप्पली का फायदा उठाने के लिए इसका मूल, काली मिर्च और सौंठ की बराबर मात्रा में चूर्ण लेकर इसकी 2 ग्राम की मात्रा शहद के साथ चाटने से जुकाम में राहत मिलती है. इसके अलावा आधा चम्मच पिप्पली चूर्ण में समान मात्रा में भुना जीरा तथा थोड़ा सा सेंधा नमक मिलाकर छाछ के साथ सुबह खाली पेट लेने से बवासीर में भी लाभ होता है.

पिप्पली के नुकसान
1. बिना किसी सावधानी के, पंचकर्म और रसायन प्रक्रिया के बिना, पिप्पली को अधिक मात्रा या लंबे समय के लिए इस्तेमाल नुकसानदेह साबित हो सकता है. इससे काफ में वृद्धि होती है. पिप्पली की अन्दुरुनी गरमी के कारण पित्त दोष बढ़ता है. इसकी कम चिकनाई (Alpasneha) के कारण, यह वात संतुलन के लिए जिम्मेदार मानी जाती है.
2. छोटे बच्चों को शिशुओं को इसके सेवन से बचाना चाहिए.
3. दूध और घी के साथ, यह प्रति दिन 250 मिलीग्राम की एक छोटी खुराक में बच्चों को दिया जा सकता है.
4. जो महिलाएं स्तनपान कराती हैं वैसी माताओं को भी यह कम मात्रा में इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए.
5. जो महिलाएं गर्भावस्था में हैं उन्हें इसके उपयोग के लिए, अपने चिकित्सक की सलाह ज़रूर लेना चाहिए.

One may never know when he or she might need to use a public toilet. And whenever it comes to using a toilet that is used by so many different people, the question regarding the presence of germs on the toilet seat is bound to arise. Often, the toilet seats in a public toilet are associated with being the biggest source of germs in the restrooms. Read on to know the actual relevance of germs being on the toilet seats and whether they can affect one’s health or not.

Common germs on the toilet seats
The chance of having sexually transmitted viruses such as genital herpes or bacteria such as chlamydia from the toilet seats is really low, as these microbes tend to die just as they come in contact with a cold surface, such as the toilet seats. However, there are few other bacteria present, that one can pick up from a toilet seat easily. To name some of the common germs that one can get affected with from toilet seats are, the fecal borne E. Coli bacteria, Shigella bacteria, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, and influenza.

The serious health threats that germs pose
Though the chances of developing serious health conditions as a result of using toilet seats are lesser, it doesn't mean that there is no risk of illnesses. For example, while the majority influenza virus can live for only 2 or 3 days on a non-porous surface, such as the toilet seats, some virus strains can actually survive longer and may affect one with common cold or flu.

  • Escherichia coli is another very common bacteria found on the toilet seats that can make you suffer from diarrhea and other types of stomach distress when transmitted.
  • Bacteria like Staphylococcus can contaminate non-porous surfaces for more than two months. Spending 3 minutes on a toilet seat contaminated with this bacterium can lead to skin rash or skin infections. Also, bacteria like Shigella can affect one by causing shigellosis infections with abdominal pain, dysentery, etc.

The best way to deal with toilet seat germs
The chances of being affected by bacteria are certainly lesser when using a cleaner toilet seat than that of a dirty one. Plus, after using the toilet seat, one needs to wash their hands properly to avoid the chance of bacterial infection as much as possible. Unless one washes his hands, it is advised to not to touch the mouth, eyes, nose, or other sensitive areas and any food items with the hands. Carrying antibacterial alcohol wipes can be helpful too.

Prevention is always better than cure. Thus, one needs to be alert when using a toilet. After all, even the cleanest looking toilet seat may be a home to various illness causing bacteria invisible to normal eyes. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a General Physician.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion. Remember not to drink too soon before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.

1. Eat protein to gain muscle. If your goal is to put on muscle mass, then you need to be eating protein-rich foods on a regular basis. It's especially good to eat protein after a workout. Lean meats (such as chicken, lean pork, and fish), eggs, beans, and lentils are all great sources of protein, as well as yogurt and nuts, chocolate milk is a good way to get in your protein, although be mindful that most chocolate milks contain a lot of sugar, which isn't good for you in large quantities. Also try to eat protein right before going to bed. Drink some milk or eat some yogurt to fuel you through the night. This may also help you recover if you work out frequently.
