Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form.

Erectile dysfunction refers to the situation when a man has difficulty in getting a firm erection or an erection, which is required to achieve sexual penetration. Several cases of erectile dysfunction can cause impotency in a man.

Causes:

  1. A problem in the blood flow, proper hormone secretion and nervous supply in the body may cause erectile dysfunction.

  1. High cholesterol and obesity
  2. Parkinson's disease and multiple cases of sclerosis
  3. Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and substance abuse
  4. Disorder in anatomy or structure of the penis
  5. Surgical complications
  6. Several prescribed medicines may also lead to erectile dysfunction because of reactions and side effects.

Erectile dysfunction may also result due to several psychological causes:

  1. Depression makes a person uninterested in sex due to lower libido and may cause erectile dysfunction.
  2. A large amount of stress, fear, tension or anxiety may also lead to erectile dysfunction.
  3. Many men suffer from performance anxiety and feelings of sexual failure. This may result in erectile dysfunction.
  4. Poor communication with a partner or pressure from partner regarding sex may also cause erectile dysfunction.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Dear lybrateuser, -you have to eat proper meals to keep physically & mentally fit -do regular exercises like walking, cycling, swimming regularly to increase your appetite -have whatever you like for meals, have meals regularly, do not skip a meal, also have a snack like fruit, sandwich, salad in between if you feel hungary -have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion -avoid fried, processed & junk food.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Hello mam. Good to know that your diabetes is well controlled. But it would had been great if you could had provided us with the values. Regarding bananas and coconut oil there is no as such contraindication if you can keep the rest of your calories under control. Hope this solves your query. Anything more then feel free to revert.

As a nutrition major I recommend to eat 5 meals daily which include snacking. For example: breakfast (8: 30 am)- consider having a breakfast of 250-300 calories, mid-morning snack (10: 30)- almonds (any other nut) and a plain greek yogurt, lunch (12: 45 pm)- eating a salad sounds cliche but it really helps be sure to add feta, or goat cheese. Add veggies such as broccoli, asparagus, carrots, cucumbers, etc. Mix in some fruits like strawberries, tomatoes, peaches, oranges, or tangerines. Snack (2pm)- apple with reduced fat peanut butter or carrot sticks and hummus. Dinner (5pm)- eat a cup of vegetables before beginning your meal, drink water also, have 4 oz of meat, a cup of rice/potato. Avoid snacking while cooking the food because this can cause you to gain weight. At first sugar cravings will be tough (you won't be able to stop thinking about candy and junk food) but time yourself (15 minutes) and drink lemon water, if you still want your craving indulge in a tiny piece. Be confident in yourself never let anything get in the way of your health, and remember that we are our biggest enemy!

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Your BMI is 24.6 which means you are in 'Normal' range as for your weight and height ratio is concerned. You should aim for fitness by walk/jog/yoga or any other regular exercise. Depending on your body frame/fat% you can reduce about 2-3 kgs at maximum. So you must do regular exercise, eat healthy, stay fit and stay happy. You are doing fine.

Your ideal body weight should 72 kg. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk atleast 10 to 15 minutes exercise. And follow diet. Early in the morning take a luke warm water, and half spoon methidana powder. And tea/ coffee with marrygold ya digestive marrie biscuits and then breakfast -take a vegetable daliya, upma, poha, oats, corn flakes etc. In lunch-2- 3 roti, 1katori rice, any vegetable, dal raita/curd, use salad before meals. Evening sncks - any fruits, tea/coffee/sandwich/chana/ sprouts/murmure/buttermilk. Dinner same as lunch bed time 1 cup milk without fat (cream) you will be follow these diet plane so you can definitely loose your weight.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly, superdr old is no longer available. If you do get it its not the real one. Secondly, it's an anabolic steroid abused by many ie it's a synthetic versions of methyldrostanolone mostly touted to boost protein synthesis. But, as far as gains from this steroid is concerned, it does not give as much gain as you expect in terms of increasing lean body mass also as for gain, it's totally dependent actually on the intake through your foods. So, from that point of view, it's not really what you want to risk your health for. Thirdly, like all hormones/steroids -- which regulate the body's most basic functions -- throwing one hormone out of balance can have wide-ranging consequences. Anabolic steroids have many side effects. The long list if side effects from anabolic steroids include: shrinking of testicles, low sperm count, increased hair growth, deeper voice, male pattern baldness, acne, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, high bad cholesterol and reduced good cholesterol, rage, violence and aggression. Since, it does not contain testosterone, you may have to look into your levels or add it to balance out the loss. Lastly, like any steroid, the use of it totally has to be under supervision. It needs you to keep a track of your liver health, monitor your cholesterol and blood pressure levels, testosterone levels etc. Even the dosage, time limit has to be monitored. All said and done, most countries this is a banned steroid, so you definitely want to look into this as well.
