Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

It may be a simple muscular pain or due pulmonary infection resulting in abscess formation. Treatment differs. Consult for evaluation.

Rice by it self can not make you fat. If you manage the potion size it should be fine. Prefer brown rice or parboiled rice over white milled rice. You have to also eat the right kind of other foods like. Whole grains- jowar, bajra, oats, whole pulse loke moong, rajma, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, healthy oils nuts and seeds. Avoid sweets and sugar completely. No refined foods like maida noodles pasta bread. No junk food. Drink a lot of water. Exercise 5 times a week.

Commercial milk is also usually homogenized—a mechanical process that breaks the fat globules into smaller droplets so that they stay suspended in the milk rather than separating out and floating to the top of the jug. Before milk is homogenized, some of the fat may be skimmed off to reduce the amount of fat in the end-product. Food processing is something that reduces the nutritive value of foods. And it is suggested that homogenization might have a negative impact on how the milk affects your body. When you homogenize milk, you not only change the size of the fat globules, you also rearrange the fat and protein molecules—which could alter how they act in the human body. Homogenization increases the digestibility of milk-- particularly in people with diseases that impair their ability to digest fats. Because the protein and fats are broken down into smaller particles, there is more surface area for enzymes to work on and this leads to more efficient digestion. If, however, you are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, homogenization isn’t going to make milk any more or less tolerable for you. After workout you don't need milk. You just need whey protein in water for a fast recovery. Other times please drink full fat milk but the portion size needs to be correct.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. You can consult me privately for your doubts and more detailed treatment.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

For gaining body weight you should increase your eating.Take more food more frequently.Take bigger plate.Use whole cream milk.Add butter,cream,cheese,jam,jelly with food.Use weight gainer supplement.Eat more dense vegetables,fruits,unrefined foods.Eat more protein in diet.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Take more banana,chikoo,dates,mango,almond,walnut,seeds.No water before or during meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol,Regular free hand exercise for healthy body and proper sleep

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

I am type 1 diabetic patient. I am taking insulin 26 in morning and 16 at night. Today morning at 6.30 I checked my sugar it was 47 and after some time at 10 again I checked my sugar it was 155 without eating anything. How it is increased.

lybrate-user, When glucose level goes too low (hypoglycemia), then there is counter regulatory mechanism activated in the body. This leads to release of a hormone Glucagon from alpha cells in the pancreas. That hormone causes breakdown of glycogen in the liver, producing glucose, which in turn increases blood glucose. Body can not tolerate low glucose state for long time. Hence, this counter regulatory mechanism is activated. Thanks.

For reducing belly fat, 1. Practice kapalbhati daily for 1 hr along with toe touching, push ups, waist rotation 2. take stairs instead of lift 3.Walk/cycle instead of hiring a transport 4. Avoid sitting continuously for an hr 5. Avoid sleeping within an hr of a meal 6. Avoid heavy meals. instead have small frequent meals at 3 hrs interval 7. Avoid junk/ processed/ refined/ fried/sugary foods & drinks, alcohol 8. Get involved in outdoor sports activities (cricket/ badminton/ tennis/ squash/ golf/ swimming/ boxing/karate/wrestling) 9. Day to day activities like gardening/ car washing/ cooking/ ironing clothes may also be included.

Cut Your Extra Deposited Fat with Honey
Any person who has extra fat deposited over tummy and another part of body, can use the following tips with exercise and diet restriction for better result without any side effects.
Mix 20-25 grams honey with plain water at night and keep it till morning. ( Do not use warm water or do not add lemon juice) In the morning drink with empty stomach after brushing your teeth. Same thing do in the morning and drink this mixture at bed time.
In market most of branded honey made by synthetic process. It’s not effective for this way, although sometimes it may gain weight too, so take care about it. Also never make honey on hot stove and never mix it in hot water or hot food.
There is no need to mix lemon juice in honey, it not useful to cut fat, although it will make joint pain in bonus after several months trying.
Honey is very energetic and also it cuts fat sharply, thus whenever using this therapy of honey, you will never get weakness after cutting in food intake also. (Pure Honey is available at our center)

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
