Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. For further assistance concern me privately.

Toxic Shock Syndrome - Know How it Happens?

Toxic shock syndrome is a severe condition resulting from a bacterial infection. This infection is caused by the bacteria, Staphylococcus Aureus, which enter the bloodstream. Once into the bloodstream, the bacteria start producing toxins in the body. This is common among menstruating women who have a habit of using super-absorbent tampons. It can, however, also affect men and children.

Symptoms
In case of toxic shock syndrome, one might experience symptoms of low blood pressure and fever. Dryness of the eyes and the mouth, muscle pain and diarrhea are also common symptoms of this disorder. Your blood pressure may drop suddenly, making you prone to fatigue and nausea.

Causes
This type of infection occurs when the bacteria enter the body through a cut or sore on the skin. Women who use tampons during their menstrual cycles are vulnerable as tampons happen to be thriving spots for bacteria if aren’t changed frequently. Fibers present in the tampons may also create friction against the vagina, thus creating an opening for the bacteria to enter the bloodstream.

In addition to the causes, there are certain risk factors for toxic shock syndrome:

  1. Presence of an open wound on the skin
  2. Giving birth to a child
  3. Using vaginal sponge or diaphragm as contraceptives

Treatments
This disorder is considered to be a medical emergency. To combat the bacterial infection, antibiotics are administered into the body via intravenous means. The course of the antibiotic treatment lasts for about 7-8 weeks. There are other treatments for this disorder, which mainly depend on the causes. If the cause of the disorder is a tampon or a vaginal sponge, then it will need to be removed from the body. In case of a wound being the cause, the pus from the wound will need to be drained. Blood pressure medications are also possible treatment modes for toxic shock syndrome.

You can also follow these preventive measures:
1. Replace your tampon regularly
2. Avoid using super absorbent tampons
3. Use sanitary napkins when the volume of bleeding is low
4. In case of wounds, keep the area clean and dry

Mr. Lybrate-user, in this communication I do not see any churna being mentioned. Anyway, as I notice you are having a morbid obesity with bmi of 41.68 kg/m2 (normal <23 kgs). This can be one of the reasons for your problems apart from diabetes itself. If blood sugar levels are not in adequate control, then erectile dysfunction and other related problems do develop. So primary need for you is to have a very strict blood sugar control and work on weight reduction. I do not think any of those chrnas will help. Only strict blood sugar control (fasting closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c%<6.8), dietary restriction and regular exercise to reduce weight are needed. Or you may have to look at bariatric surgery as an ideal option. Thanks for the question.

Hi, please take homeopathic medicine natrum mur 200, lyco 200 5 drops on few luke water once a day, apply arnica hair oil and report back after with feed back. Balanced protein diet helps in hair growth, body growth.

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. Take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.

1. Take adequate rest, night sleep of 7 hrs. 2. Do light exercise daily 3. Take all meals on time, don't skip meals or fasting etc 4. Add plenty of fruits & salad to your diet 5. Diet should be protein rich 6. Avoid fried foods 7. Be cheerful & happy as your mood plays a vital role in your health.

Hello You need not worry. Take an onion grate it and then squeeze to get the juice. Add hair oil to it and then apply on your scalp and all over hair. Shampoo your hair after 20-25 min. Do it twice a week you can see changes in a month. Also take protein sources like milk and milk products, soya and soya products, whole pulses. Thank you.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

You may not have deep frown lines or crow's feet, but if you feel like you're ageing, chances are it's thanks to uneven skin tone. Now, we're not talking a sweet smattering of freckles, but bigger, uneven brown patches on not only the face but hands, décolletage and shoulder areas. It's these ageing dark spots of bother that is known as pigmentation, caused by sun exposure and specifically the UVA rays which penetrate deep into your skin and cause ageing.

UVA stimulates your pigment cells called Melanocytes to manufacture the pigment called Melanin. This is responsible for your tan and also your unwanted dark patches. These sun spots may take up to 10-20 years to develop, so if you notice some showing now it could have been caused when you were a child.

You do exercise regularly like yoga, plank, push ups etc to reduce. Eat small amount of foods. But do not skip meals. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use unrefined foods but not much. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits. Extra protein will help you to reduce fat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Take quality sleep.

Your proper weight is 78 kg according to height.Do exercise like weight lifting,yoga,other muscle building exercise.Take extra food than before.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Extra protein will help you to gain weight.Add healthy oil in cooking.Add butter,cream,ghee etc with foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take stress free rest.These are basic but for more quick result consult me on Lybrate.

Avoid extra salt oil & maida products. Avoid fruit juices. Avoid mango banana chickoo grapes custord apple. Avoid dates cashew kismis. You can have almonds. Daily 40 min walking is must. Frequent small snacking instead of large meals. Increase dietary fiber.
