I am 32 years old male, I was sick from pas 6 month taken lots of medicine then finally done a ct scan it showing segmental bronchiectasis changes are seen in lingula. Mild dilatation of bronchiole is also seen in right middle lobe. Small calcified nodule is seen in posterior segment of left upper lobe. Doctor given the medicine little relief but still paining sometime in front left chest and back chest side. And I want to know is there is any serious issue and it is curable by medicine. You can have your oats at an earlier time if you feel hungry. There is no need to delay having them till 10 am. Oats has high fiber content and is low in fats and calories. It promotes weight loss. That must be the reason for your week feeling.

Runner's Knee - 4 Most Important Exercises for it

Runner’s knee is a very common problem with athletes. It is definitely not something one needs to worry about. In fact, with certain exercises, it can be prevented and if you do develop a runner’s knee, it can be treated with some exercises as well.

There are special sports medical practitioners who prescribe not only regular physiotherapy, but also specific exercises to deal with specific sports injuries. To fight with runner’s knee pain, there are a few exercises.

But the four most important ones are described in detail below.

  1. Quads: For performing proper quads, all you need is a back wall for additional support. You need to hold yourself against the wall and keep your legs apart from each other. The legs should be folded in the knees. In this position, you have to move up till the knee position with a minimum of one minute hold time in the knee position. You can repeat this exercise 10 times at a stretch before moving on to the next exercise.
  2. Hamstring: This is a fairly easier exercise than the previous one. You have to stand straight with your legs apart. Bend downwards from your hips. Relax your neck and back. Ease your head downwards as well. Keep your hands behind. Join both your hands and give it a stretch. If you think that this position is straining your neck or back a little too much, then you can simply stretch your hands without joining them.
  3. Calves: Calves is a standard exercise that is prescribed by medical practitioners and physiotherapists for easing out the pain caused by runner’s knee. You have to stand with your hand against the wall. Put your left leg forward and bend it at the knees. Stand on your right heel. Hold yourself in this position for 20 to 30 seconds before changing the legs and doing the same.
  4. Lateral: Lateral is also one of the easiest and common forms of exercises. You have to stand with your legs directly below your hips. Then stretch your right leg apart. Without bending your knees, try to touch the toes of your right leg with the fingers of your left hand. Hold this position for 20 to 30 seconds before changing the position and performing the lateral with your left leg.

Thus, these are some of the very fundamental exercises that one should follow in order to get quick relief from the pains of a runner’s knee. These exercises are very easy and help in reducing pain. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a orthopedist.

Any time when heat is tolerable is fine. Use something as simple as organic coconut oil to moisturize your skin as this will also benefit you metabolically. Evidence suggests that the most effective time of day for vitamin D production is between 11am and 3pm.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

The belly fat never comes easily and neither goes easily. Along with diet you have to make sure that you are constipation free. Detoxify urself with drinks plain lemon water or cumin water or ginger water.

Your dad has been an athlete in his early life. That is really commendable. What was his reason to stop body building. At any age one can do body building. It is extremely beneficial for older people because as one ages they lose their muscles (it is a natural process called sarcopenia) so it is all the more necessary for older people to weight train to prevent muscle loss. More the muscles, stronger you are and fitter you are. Body fat also lowers as muscles are the most metabolically active tissues in your body. If there has been a gap, then your dad needs to start from the beginners level and gradually move towards advanced levels. Along with weight lifting he needs to follow a clean nutrition program to perform better in all aspects of life.

Khana time pe khaiye. Chawal bhi khaa sakte hai. Ap butter ghee wali cheezein bhi khaa sakte hai. Meetha khane se bhi weight bardta hai. Khane ka amount agar bahut kamm ho to thoda increase kare. But healthy rahein.

A single elevated ESR, without any symptoms of a specific disease, will usually not give enough information to make a medical decision. Furthermore, a normal result does not rule out inflammation or disease. Moderately elevated ESR occurs with inflammation but also with anemia, infection, pregnancy, and with aging. A very high ESR usually has an obvious cause, such as a severe infection, marked by an increase in globulins, polymyalgia rheumatica or temporal arteritis. A health practitioner will typically use other follow-up tests, such as blood cultures, depending on the person's symptoms. People with multiple myeloma or Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (tumors that make large amounts of immunoglobulins) typically have very high ESRs even if they don't have inflammation. When monitoring a condition over time, rising ESRs may indicate increasing inflammation or a poor response to a therapy; normal or decreasing ESRs may indicate an appropriate response to treatment.

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Hi. Blood pressure of 120/80 mm hg is considered normal. Anything less than that is considered optimal (even better than normal). So you do not have to do anything to increase your bp. Drink lot of fruit juices, soups etc, eat well so that you do not feel weak. Feeling weak has nothing to do with your bp. Take care.

I would not recommend sweetners. They are artificial in nature and can play havoc with your hormones. Try to sweeten beverages with natural sweetners like cardamom mint other herbs. If taken in moderation and if your diet is balanced and planned well then as a snack (as a mid meal) any fruit is allowed.

Dear, take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds), 1 teaspoon of saunf (fennel) and add some leaves of mint in one glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Give the cat, one teaspoon two times in a day. Give two teaspoons of this drink daily for 7 days. This will improve her digestion & appetite.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis.
