Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Every pregnancy begins at fertilisation which happens in fallopian tubes (ft), after fertilisation the ba of cells goes to the uterine cavity and stays there for 8m. So after ectopic when one tube is removed, the chances of ectopic happenning in 2nd tube are high but its not the fonality of all pregnancies. If the fertilised egg makes it to the uterine cavity you can skip having tubal pregnancy but whether this will happen or not will be decided when next fertilisation happens in the remaining tube. You can seek help of local gynec to asses your case. The gynec may ask for hsg to find out patency in remaoning tube. If patent, and caliber is good ectopic may not happen. But if caliber is small ectopic may occur again the only way to avoid it is by doing ivf (test tube baby)

lybrate-user eat small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal like stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water avoid smoking or drinking if any manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly, do not take any medication for weight gain. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts.

I had cabg in 2003. I have become diabetic for last 8 yrs. I do light exercise including forward bending like paschimotanasana. I have been keeping fine but for last 3 weeks, I am experiencing pain in the chest. Kindly advice if it is due to exercise. My ECG shows LBBB. intake medication regularly.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user Paschimtosana doesn't involve compression over chest. Also, remember to exhale out breathe while bending forwards to touch feet. LBBB may involve heart decompensation, and resulting chest pain. Go to cardiologist for checkup. Thank u.

There is no scientific study that has proved go mutra is effective in weight loss. You can do daily exercise, brisk walk and eat plain, simple food to loose weight.

Your bmi at 23 is quite good for your age. Therefore frankly do not worry about your face. If you still want to reduce fat from your face reduce fat in your diet. I am giving you a recipe for breakfast food. Follow it. Take 100 gms of moong or peas and sprout them, steam them so that these are soft. Eat it with home made curd. Do that three days a week. That will increase your protein level and reduce face fat if you reduce other part of your diet. Eat a lot of salad and fruits whenever you feel hungry.

Aim for long term weight loss. Aim to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Hello lybrate-user, You need to reduce your calorie intake. Restrict rice, potato, sweets, junk foods in your meals. Have a healthy breakfast and have light & early dinners. Have a protein & fiber -rich diet with lots of fruits, salads & vegetables in your daily meals. Drink atleast 3 lts water daily. Exercise / brisk walk for atleast 30 minutes daily is a must.

Dear sir, I am diabetic in April I check my HbA1c was 7.5, I was taking 750 mg of glyciphage so my Doctor advised to take 500 mg glyciphage 2 times after half hour taking food (ie, 1000 mg), after exactly in July last month my HbA1c showing 9.0, what will be the reason, is any thing went wrong with the laboratory where I am testing , is this possible to shoot from 7.5 to 9.0 in a matter of 3 months. Kindly advise. I am on a tour for a month in Gulf, once I back will check again, I am very careful about my diet , never take sugar or sugar items, will go for gym for half hour without fail every day, thanks

Mr. Lybrate-user, it appears that only metformin is not enough in controlling your diabetes, that is the reason hba1c has gone up. You need to add some more drugs to the treatment for better control of blood glucose. Another aspect your weight is high and bmi is 27.77 kgs/m2, (normal <23 kgs/m2). That also contributes to increased blood blood glucose level. There is an urgent need to add a new drug. If you are willing to do that, then please come in a private conversation with current blood sugar details (fasting and pp). Then I can advise. Or else if you want to weight till your return then my suggestion is exercise more vigorously daily, increase dose of metformin to 1500 mg to 2000 mg daily, tisll you return. Thanks.

Do regular exercise. For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals.
