Hello lybrate-user, some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Sir, my problem is over weight. I am taking 2 slice Brown bread with some namkeen, after 1-2 one cup tea, in lunch I am taking 2 roti with one bowl dal and any seasonal vegetable. And I am taking dinner at 8-8: 30p. M in which there is 2 roti with vegetable and salad. I am not eating so much then why my weight is gaining too much.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals.

Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Take high calorie food: The dairy foods like milk, eggs, fish, and meat all are having the high calories. Go for the starch food like potatoes are helpful in gaining the weight. Eat the vegetables like beans, spinach etc. Not to take too many these foods. Chocolates and sweets are high calories food add this foods in your diet plan. One banana is said to provide the body with 100 calories which also provides the body with necessary carbohydrates.

You can start doing exercises. You must do it under proper trained trainer and with good healthy diet. It would be good idea to do cross training which can improve stamina and power.

*do daily exercise regularly or walking 3-4 km or yoga daily. *engage yourself in pleasurable exercise like fast walking or jogging, cycling, swimming, aerobic exercises, dancing, any outdoor games, as per physician advise. *eat low calorie diet, low fat. *avoid junk food. *don't eat two big meals. I've been working out since 2 years and now I'm healthy enough to look good. But not satisfied as I'm looking for more gains bulky or lean doesn't matter to me. I belong to ectomorph category. Ive used supplements as gainers and whey proteins and creatine. But as Ive grown for 49 kgs to 70 kgs I don't see a growth any further. It's a plateau condition. I've changed the whole workout and diet regimen and still no results. Hence looking for athletic anabolic such as deca durabolin, and Danabol. I've read about these drugs in deep about the side effects but no one's sure about it. There is a professional certified practitioner trainer who would assist me on the drug cycles. Any suggestions? As I cannot look back or wait at this level.

Any certified trainer who is sensible will not sell any artificial bulking supplements to you. I think nature has the best answers and people who keep taking supplements and steroids suffer a lot once they cross 30s. Basically its mental conditioning the bulking is better. Other wise you can see thin and fit people in Badminton or Running or Archery win Gold Medals at Olympics or People like Roger Federer or Ronaldo are most sought after athletes earining millions of dollars. None of them are bulky models. They are all fit and slim. What ever you choose, always think of long term impact on your body.
