Hi Lybrate-user, To gain weight you must consume simple foods for weight gain, which has enormous amount of calories & protein. Consuming lot of calories doesn’t mean that you have to over eat or over stuff yourself. You must always choose healthy sources of calorie dense foods. Eat foods with high amount of calories than your required metabolism. Never skip your meals and make sure you are including all varieties of foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals and foods with high protein in your diet. Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. If you are non-vegetarian then include Egg & meat Egg is a protein rich food with high amount of calories. Nuts are the most nutritious and protein rich food. Fruits are the best sources of carbohydrates, healthy sugars, vitamins and minerals.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hi Shalini There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately.

I am thin from birth.
Try to gain weight with natural means rather than any supplements. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with inrease in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Increase sleeping time 8 hours. Change food habites. Add in your food vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, dry fruites. Avoid fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpale veg foods. Take a cup of milk add one spoon prosup powder 1 spoon mix end take before going to sleep in night.

To loose weight change food habites Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions fast end junk food habites over eating spacy foods. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad. There is no steroid in rosutor A 10/75 cap and you can take steroids if prescribed by a doctor Rosutor-A 10mg/75mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Aspirin / Acetylsalicylic acid which prevent heart attack and stroke. Rosuvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Aspirin / Acetylsalicylic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-platelet action. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.

Hi, drink 6 to 8 glass of water in a day. Avoid salty water. Do urine r/m tests and reply soon. Till then take syp. Alkasol 15 ml thrice a day with in 1 glass of water.
