Hi Shalini There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately.

A nasal polyp is a growth within the nasal cavity, which may cause problems with your health. Smaller polyps don't tend to create any problem, but larger ones can cause breathing difficulty, sneezing problems, losing the sense of smell and a dampening of taste as well. Conventional medicine usually prescribes surgery, but homeopathy has effective cures to reduce the polyp and lessen the symptoms over time.

Cures for nasal polyps in Homeopathy:

1. Phosphorus: This medication is especially effective if you have nasal polyps that bleed. This is effective with people who have a tall and slender build and tend to develop a thirst for cold water as the polyp grows within them. The polyps may bleed regularly and also block the nostrils in such a way that they get a circular motion when breathing. 

2. Lemna Minor: This medicine is very effective when there is an intense level of nasal blockage and you are experiencing anosmia or a loss of the sense of smell. These kind of nasal polyps tend to worsen during the wet season and can even cause a thick white discharge from the nose which has a foul smell.

3. Calcarea Carbonica: Useful in the cases of people who are overweight, some homeopathic doctors tend to prescribe this medication in cases where a person may be quickly affected by seasonal changes, such as hot to cold or cold to hot weather. Other symptoms where this medication is applicable are:

  • Frequent sneezing
  • Profuse sweating during the night
  • Sore nose

4. Conium Maculatum: This medication is very effective if you have a dry nose, which seems to get sudden discharges irregularly. Instead of a loss of smell, you may develop a more acute sense of smell. 5. Sanguinaria Canadensis: This medicine is know be a great remedy primarily for polyps, which are right sided or occur within the right nostril of the nose. Some of the symptoms where Sanguinaria Canadensis is very effective are:

  1. Profuse amounts of nasal discharge
  2. Frequent sneezing
  3. Swollen nasal membrane
  4. Right sided headache along with right sided blockage of nostrils

Hello, Water is an excellent detoxifier and very important for survival. Water helps in maintain ideal body temperature, keeps body healthy by eliminating toxins, transportation of nutrients and to burn calories. Water consumption depends on various factors like height, weight, health problems, ethnicity, climatic conditions etc. On an average a person should drink nearly 2 to 2.5 lts per day.

Will vitamin D save my life? Should I really be taking four times the recommended daily dose?

Vitamin d suppliments are advised in case of the vitamin d deficiency. U need to take only the recommended dose of vitamin d. Excess vit D leads to toxicity. Consume vit d rich food eg , fatty fish, codliver oil, meat liver, egg yolk, mushrooms, cheese. Daily exposure to the sunlight for 30 min is essential. Hope this helps u.

Eat at regular intervals like in a gap of 2.3 hours. Eat home cooked food. Avoid all kind of packet food. And exercise for 3.4 days in a week to improve muscle mass. Get in touch for detailed diet chart and exercise routine.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 after lunch and dinner. Avoid fermented food. Spicy food. Junk food. Eat green vegetables. Fuits. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Sleep for 7 hrs minimum. Do pranayama early morning. And do exercises.

Yes you should take ayurveda supplements only because these are safe n harmless. May be slow but then sustains the effect for long. There are'brunghan' herbs too which are responsible to gain weight safely when used as directed. Selection of herbs is as per body nature and given conditions.

No it won't. Excessive intake of coffee will not harm you. Yaa but avoid strong ones and not more than one or two cup in a day.

You have fat deposit on tummy or belly this indicates that you may have insulin resistance. The food which helps in balancing insulin resistance will help you in losing weight faster.
