Hi Before you start your diet plan, do some basic hormonal check to know whether you have PCOS, Thyroid problem. In the meantime try to avoid refined and processed food. Include legumes, nuts and seeds in your diet.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

No need to take any medication even if it is a supplement when you don't have any problem. Ourbody has capacity to heal itself if we have sufficient immunity.

To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals. In between snacks can be cookies, ice-creams, juices, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, peanuts, dhoklas, idlis, bhelpuri, aloo chaat etc. You can consult us via a private chat on Lybrate, as we need to understand your food habits, lifestyle and blood group, and medical history (If any)

No further investigation needed if you know that sugar is under control. After all more investigations will not have corrective properties. It will only analyze the damage. Neuropathy, retinopathy etc progress even when sugar is under control by allopathic drugs. I recommend support of herbal combos for strengthening nerves and combating general weakness in sugar patients. Initially your current medicine shouldn't be interrupted.

For body building and weight loss you should do exercise like swimming,skipping,push up,sit ups,weight lifting and muscle build up exercise.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Take lots of fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Theses will help in weight loss.Eat fish,egg,pulses,soy products,skimmed milk.Use healthy fat.Take nuts,seeds.Drink lots of water specially before meals, You can use whey protein supplement or ENSURE or B-Protein.These are nutritional supplement without side effect.
