What I do for muscle tightening I have been doing workout since 6 month but without any supplements, should I use supplement if yes than what kind of supplement creatin, whey protein, amino. Acid (bcaa), ect or combo of supplement my age 22, height 5.9, weight 67, I cant eat red meat but chicken yes I can eat.

It is tricky. Working out for two hours will bring awesome results but drain your energy. The workout has to be very balanced along with your diet. -give some time to cardio, some to weights and some to stretchung exercises. -divide the hours in two, like one hour in morning and the other in evening. -eat well. Take protein, protein shake, avoid carbs in night. Do not take empty calories. -do not starve yourself or treat yourself too often. -keep one day in a week where you can skip dieting. Getting an instructer for your work out will be a good idea.

A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. Homeopathy Treatment for Appendicitis

Appendicitis is a chronic or acute medical condition where the appendix gets inflamed and causes severe pain.  If left untreated, the condition can prove to be fatal. The appendix is a small tube shaped sac at the end of the large intestine. In humans, it is typically not known to have any functional value although some studies suggest that it helps digestion by creating a conducive environment for friendly bacteria. Surgical removal of the appendix is suggested as the most common treatment for the ailment.

One of the key causes of appendicitis is believed to be the partial or complete obstruction at the mouth of the appendix. The common causes of obstruction include accumulation of fecal matter, worms, enlarged lymphoid follicles, trauma or tumors. It is also possible that an infection in the stomach could have extended into the appendix.

Appendix is commonly detected because of its progressive worsening pain in the stomach which narrows down to the lower right side of the abdomen is called Mc Burney point. Half of the patients though do not have this typical symptom and instead come in with a complaint of gastroenteritis, urinary tract infection or even a kidney stone. Further blood tests, urine tests and MRIs or ultrasounds are used to pinpoint the area causing the pain.

In most cases of advance appendix, a surgical intervention is necessary. The type of surgery will vary on a case to case basis.

Homeopathy can be tried in early stages and is especially useful to treat chronic and recurrent cases. It works with the principle of 'like cures like', which means that the elements that cause the problem are a key to its solution too. It employs a holistic healing methodology getting rid of the signs and symptoms and restoring complete health. While other treatments focus on curing the 'problem', homeopathy also deals with the basic reason of the problem and the individual's susceptibility to it. Here are some of the remedies:

  1. Arsenicum album: This is used when the appendicitis has resulted in sepsis and the patient also suffers from diarrhea.
  2. Belladonna: This is an early stage remedy for cases where appendicitis is accompanied by headache, fever
  3. Bryonia alba: This is an effective remedy when the pain aggravates with movement. 
  4. Colocynthis: This is a recommended remedy when the patient experiences spasmodic or entwining pain, which worsens with indigestion. Applying warm pressure over the area helps in such cases
  5. Rhus Tox: This remedy is also called the 'homeopathic knife' to treat appendicitis. It is used when the pain is constant and the patient is never free from pain.

To customize the selection of the remedies according to your specific symptoms, it is best to consult with a practitioner.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.

Mr Srinivasa Rao, The very fact that sugar (blood glucose) level is going out of control, is a sign of ill health. Because persistent hyperglycemia affects every single vital organ in the body like eyes (retina), small & large blood vessels, kidney, heart, lower limbs, peripheral nerves and lipid metabolism etc. leading to serious long term complications. So my suggestion is please see that blood glucose level is brought under a strict control. There is no other option. Otherwise, suddenly some complication may come up without warning. Thanks.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

My daughter was born pre-term 33 weeks and her birth weight was 1.4 kg. Now she is 14 month old and weight is 7.5 kg. She is not putting on weight as required. Her diet includes. 1 chapati with milk or dal. Rice with vegetables. Ragu.cerelac. Oats.Cows milk 1 cup. Please let me know if I can give her some supplement to gain weight.

Hi You can give her similac for 12 month plus baby 3 scoops in 150 ml water once daily in place of regular milk. Also give her khichdi with more dal and made in ghee which will increase her protein and add veggies to it. If you eat eggs start with boiled egg's yolk thrice a week But first introduce egg slowly In normal milk add powder of almond.

1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, broccoli, cabbage,boiled/sprouted moong dal,whole grain bread, brown rice, cereals, pasta,, multi grain chapatti, oats, , fruits(take 2 banana per day) 2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish,chicken. 3.Eat on schedule 4.Drink plenty of water,8-10 glasses daily,.Avoid alcohol/caffeine 5.Take regular physical exercise 6. stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7.Take 2 tsf of softovac SF/Naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup Duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days

Firstly your weight of 54 is not in excess. The fact that you have managed to bring it down from 64 to 54 is appreciable. Sometimes people tend to be overcritical of their own weight and figure. You should avoid doing it. Of course, it is good to be conscious and take steps to be fit and trim. Now to resolve your issue:- 1. Be confident of yourself at all times. 2. There are no drinks or medicines to dissolve fat. Those are all fake promises. 3. You need to take some time off for exercise, maybe 20-30 mins. 4. You can put your baby in a body sling and go for a walk. It gives great benefits. Its cardio plus weight training combo. Very useful. After that you can do some crunches at home. 5. Or you can do 10 mins simple walk plus 10 mins yoga. Easiest to do is Surya Namaskar. Just little time and space required. 6. Control your diet and make sure minimal sugars/oils/salts/ maida stuff. 7. You can watch Youtube videos of 'Popsugar fitness' or 'Fitness Blender' and do the beginners exercises at home. 8. Diet helps to reduce flab and exercise helps to tone and shape the body. 9. Try both. All the best.

Hello, increase wt. small frequent meal. increase protein diet regula shakes like banana shakes , mango shakes, chiku shakes Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. • Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates, and other junk foods
