Excessive sweating 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, tuberculosis, gout, head injury 3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs (pregnancy, menopause) 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on.

You are just 22 years old and you can definitely achieve the fit body with good amount of muscle tissue. The healthy way of putting on weight is good diet and exercise. Now, you should focus on what you are eating. Increase your protein intake and good fats. Avoid fried foods and sweets. Take more protein rich foods such as eggs, fish, lean meat, soya chunks, paneer, curds. You should aim at increasing weight through proper diet rich in multiple sources of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. You should consult a health coach/nutritionist for getting a proper advise on how to increase your weight in the right way. The weight increasing supplements that are usually marketed on tv and media have lot of carbs and sugars, which increase your weight by the way of increasing your fat percentage, which is not the right thing to do. Hello, Glad that you have noticed the weight gain and have started working on it. Look at adding more protein rich foods such as eggs, chicken, nuts, pulses, sprouts, milk , curd and seeds. These will also help in weight loss as these increase the body metabolism and burns more calories. Include vitamins and minerals through fruits and vegetables everyday. Also, hair is about 40-50% moisture, therefore don forget to drink at least 2-3 liters of water everyday. All the best!

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection wth its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Hello, Flaxseeds have Omega 3 fats which are, now to be heart friendly. You can, simply sprinkle rated seeds on subjis, rotis, smoothies, juices etc or can, also, make chutney of it.

No dnt gve to much medications. Wet a cloth n place ovr her forehead. Wipe of her body with cloth containing water. Cn gve her crocin half tablet, vit tab one.

A healthy diet plays a major role to reduce your weight with combination of your excercise. You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. She has had menopause or is heading towards it, her cycle might be low or heavy due to hormonal changes. Do write details-low and delayed or heavy and erratic. Continue treatment for bp. Get ultrasound of abdomen done on empty stomach. Get basic tests for heart like- ecg, echo, stress test (if she can tolerate) blood for sugar and total lipids. Reduce weight the healthy way by giving up sugar and sweets, fats and oils. Do not reduce good fats like spoon of pure ghee/ butter and a katori of assorted nuts to get proteins and good fats ,every day her demand for calcium is more, she needs to take toned milk and curds. Walking is best exercise to reduce weight besides yoga and meditation.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Six pack is not a sign of fitness and it cannot happen overnight. You need to work on a good exercise routine and a very healthy diet. The type of exercise and the post pre workout meals and basic diet is very crucial. There is no short cut like a certain food or a certain abdominal workout that will help. It's a good combination of the required diet and exercise routine that will help.

The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

Hi there, greetings! in order to control weight you need to eat healthy and switch to a healthier lifestyle. Eat small and frequent meals drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day have minimum of 2 fruits in a day have foods which are high in fiber such as oats, fruits and vegetables. Your diet needs to be rich in proteins and fiber you can obtain proteins from the simplest and easily available sources like milk, curd, buttermilk, egg whites, chicken, fleshy fish and low fat paneer lastly stay motivated and work towards your goal of controling weight in a healthy way.

Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.
