Take high protein diet and fruit and juice. Do proper exercise and take same medicine shatavar churna+aswagandha churna 2-3gm twice a day with milk 3 month continue. You will feel physically fit very soon.

Hello start moving more. Physical activity for 45 min daily will help a lot. A balanced meal that includes whole grains, fruits or vegetables, and healthy sources of protein like sprouts eggs will keep you satisfied for longer and make you less likely to nibble. Never skip any meals. Keep sipping water include more of veggies.

SAFE WATER DRINKING- FACTS FOR HEALTHY LIVING

1. Lead in drinking water is absorbed more completely than lead in food

2. It account for more than 50 percent of the lead that is ingested by children

3. Municipal water supplies are controlled and regulated to prevent contamination at the source

4. However, once the water reaches the home, it is rarely regulated, tested, or treated.

5. EPA action level for lead in water is 15 parts per billion (ppb).

6. Most lead-contamination of household water is caused by copper plumbing that is joined with lead solder

7. Lead pipes may contribute to lead-contamination, but lead plumbing usually is old enough to have its inner surface coated with mineral deposits, which prevent leaching of lead into the water supply.

8. Other potential sources for lead contamination include storage cisterns, sources of water that are outside the municipal water districts, and aging water coolers and water heaters, particularly in areas where the water has a relatively low pH

9. Acidity and elevated temperature increase the ability of the water to leach lead from the solder or pipes, as does standing in the pipes for extended periods of time (eg, overnight).

10. The ability of home water filters or purifiers to remove lead depends upon the type of filter. Ion-exchange, reverse-osmosis filters, and distillation are effective in removing lead, but the most commonly available home filters (glass fiber and carbon) usually include packaging material that specifies that they do not efficiently remove heavy metals.Water to be used for cooking or drinking should come from the cold tap because hot water is more able to leach lead from the pipes. In addition, the water should be run for some time before it is collected; this flushes the water that has a higher lead content (caused by standing in the pipes) down the drain

Start your exercise plan through brisk walking daily in morning of half hour and after 2 weeks start. Jogging of half hour with surya namaskar mantra. Yoga, stretching you can do it at home and drink daily honey with luke lemon water. And start to drink green tea. Add more fibers in your diet and drink plenty of water, avoid sugary, fatty thing. And with this if you want to take homeopathic treatment for wt loss, hair fall you need to give full details.

Hi to increase weight you need to have calorie rich meals well placed throughout the day to form 4-5 meals a day. Foods like milk and milk products, nuts, eggs, ghee based home made sweets, pulses.

Eat 100 gms sprouted and steamed matar or moong with curd in dinner. Eat some dal in the lunch. Eat some tofu or soya badi in lunch. Do not eat maida, sugar or fried foods. These things add calories without supplying protein. Therefore they works against your objective of gaining muscle.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

dont take that if you want to increase then follow below regimen ... i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Drink lots of water about 3 lit/day.Do not skip meals.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Eat lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Add ghee,butter with foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Take nut,seeds as snacks.Take quality sleep.These are common things but for more details consult me privately on lybrate.

1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking,jogging,running,swimming,cycling etc) 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet a)Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal,rice, pasta b)avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food,. c)include more fiber like pulse,green leafy vegetable,cucumber, carrot, tomato,h legume. d)Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi, chickoo,sapota, seethaphal jack fruit,grape etc. can have fruits like guava, pineapple,papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato e)Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi,moong and chana Dal. f)Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. g)Avoid red meat.take fish/chicken. h)Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 5.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar 3 monthly and HbA1c six monthly 6.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment
