Hello, Exercise is just not about speed, you need to gradually develop endurance and comfort before increasing speed. Every individual is unique and different. Don't compare your speed with someones elses. Gradually work on your speed for better results.

Do not worry. It's normal. The size and shape does not matter much if rest of the things are normal. Please read about the normal physiology about human body and sexual health from the internet. You have to overcome​ lots of misinformation or myths propagated everywhere. Also invest time in healthy habits. Avoid all types of stimulants like alcohol or tobacco. Avoid junk and outside food. Have more of natural food (with daily 2 servings of fruits and vegetables ). Drink enough water (8-10 glasses ). Exercise everyday as that can give strength and stamina to you with good sleep as an added benefit. Relax your mind by doing Yoga (meditation and pranayam ). Please do check you BP and blood sugar, and some more basic tests at least once a year. Revert if you have any other doubts.

Hello lybrate-user, so you want vascularity, it simply means decreas your body fat or water retention so veins can be visible. But how. So, do your workout as you do, after workout do 15 min. Cardio session eat raw vegies atleast 3 times in a day eat more protien and less carbs and very very less fat. Or if uwant to know about supplements then go for l-carnitine or nitrix. But if you can do naturally then its best.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. I am eating a lot of food but my body is not building well. What to do sir? Please advise.
I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight management, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts.
