Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Also you need to do planking exercise for your tummy. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Don’t skip breakfast. Thank you.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

I am 41 years of age. Recently I am getting blood glucose. Initially it was 130 to 140 fasting but now it is in the range of 200 to 300. I do not want to start medicine because I can not swallow them. I am on a heavier side about 100 kgs. But i am doing regular exercise. Somebody suggested me to use BGR-34. Last two days I am using that. Should I continue this? What else should I do naturally to control my diabetes?

Your fasting blood sugar is very high. You need medicine or insulin injection. In addition follow the advice given below 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly 6. Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment.

For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products,non veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday after this if your weight remain same it means there is some hormonal imbalance I.E thyroid

Ur bmi is in normal range. R you working? Have sedentary life style. Your calorie requirement will depend on it. For good balanced diet you require 40 percent calorie from protein, 35-40 percnt carbohydrate, 20 to 25 percnt oil. Daily 1200--1500 calories.
