Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 4 drops of aspen + 4 drops of Rock Rose + 3 drops of white chestnut + 3 drops of mimulus + 3 drops of Pine. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every night once before sleeping. If any problems consult me online.

HYPERTENSION AND HOMOEOPATHY
Hypertension, or abnormally high blood pressure, is often referred to as the “silent killer.” This is because it does not usually manifest any symptoms while causing damage to the heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes. Research indicates that about 62% of strokes and 49% of heart attacks are caused by hypertension. Homeopathy can help high blood pressure, determining its cause through a holistic approach that looks to cure the individual as a whole. Homeopaths simply use symptoms, and the sensation of experiencing those symptoms, to determine which homeopathic remedy will most effectively trigger the body’s healing response.

Homeopathic treatment is recommended because it not only can lower and stabilize blood pressure, it also has a positive effect on overall health. Consult for treatment - Dr Rushali Angchekar

One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter.

I delivered on 16th december 2016 via c section. My TSH was 5.95 and I was taking 25 mg eltroxin. But from the day of delivery till 3 days I missed my eltroxin dose. Now I am experiencing extreme puffiness and swelling in my feet and leg. Is it due to the same? What should I do now?

I am very ugly. I exercise daily and eat in moderation, no thyroid, BP, sugar, or any other condition. Still I am unable to lose weight. My Vit d levels are 12 and B12 is 180. I met with an accident in 2012 and broke many bones. Weight gain started after that. Before that I was okay.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details written. I understand your concern. As you have mentioned you exercise daily, then it should be possible for you to loose weight. You should aim at loosing about 2 kgs per month. That is possible if you reduce caloric intake on daily basis. Your ideal body weight has to be 60 kgs. Hence your food intake has to be based on that weight. Hence total calories per day should be 60 kgs X 20 cals = 1200 calories. In fact about 1000 calories per day should be the intake. Plus you will have to do workout for at least 1 hour, depending upon, which one you are capable of doing. Aim for loosing 1/2 kg per week. If you feel hungry take green leafy vegetables and fruits like orange or apple. Avoid all fatty foods, bakery items, foods made of maida, deep fried foods, colas, and alcohol or wine. Walk for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour. Also do strength training. This should help. Thanks.

Doctor. I want to reduce my belly fat. My body weight seems fine. Please give some steps where I can get a flat tummy...
Hi Lybrate user, According to your height your weight is ok. Your BMI is 23. 1 kg/m2 (Normal. There is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. But it depends how much you are physically active. So try to increase fiber in your diet like fruits, vegetables, salad and complex carbohydrate like oats, daliya ect. Take small & frequent meal. (2 major meals & 2-3 small meals/ snacks). More & more green leafy vegetables & salad. Avoid simple sugar & simple carbs. Do not take outside foods/ fried/ deep fried foods. Drink sufficient water 2-3 liter/day. Get at least 40-50 minutes of moderate exercise/day. You can increase crunches, side & twist crunches, Bicycle exercise etc specially for flat tummy. For personal diet chart you can contact me.

Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Know your limits with salt Skip sugary beverages Ignore the gimmicks/weight loss hypes Eat your H2O Munch on mineral-rich foods Resist the urge to skip a meal Take a hike or a walk Go to bed/ no sleep deprivation Eat spicy foods seriously cayenne peppers/jalapeños Buy a set of 5-pound weights, strength training builds lean muscle tissue which burns more calories. Take expert personalised advice for the same. Thanku.

Hi lybrate-user Either you have gained weight of a sudden or you are experiencing water retention. You need to get yourself checked. Start 30 mins daily walk and eat less carbohydrate rich food like chapati dosa idli after 8 and also reduce foods with lot of sugar and salt.
