If parents are O+ whether there is any chance baby can be O-. Required suggestion.

General Physician,
If parents are O+ whether there is any chance baby can be O-. Required suggestion.
If your genetic type is ++ or +-, your blood type will be Rh positive. Only if your genetic type is — will you be Rh negative. This means that if both parents have Rh+ blood with the +- genes, they could have children who are ++, +-, or –. In other words, their children could be either Rh positive or Rh negative. Children who are Rh negative can have parents who are either Rh positive or Rh negative. In the very simplest terms, you inherit a positive or a negative Rh type from each parent. So, you could wind up with two positives, two negatives or a positive-negative mix. The positive gene dominates, so a positive-negative combination will result in a positive type as well as having two positives. Only two negatives will produce a child with a negative type.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called medicines, fad diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. No supplement will help if your diet is not good. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Here's what you can do: Eat healthy foods. Eat a healthy diet. Try the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet, which emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. A lower sodium level — 1,500 milligrams (mg) a day — is appropriate for people 51 years of age or older, and individuals of any age who are black or who have hypertension, diabetes or chronic kidney disease. Otherwise healthy people can aim for 2,300 mg a day or less. While you can reduce the amount of salt you eat by putting down the saltshaker, you generally should also pay attention to the amount of salt that's in the processed foods you eat, such as canned soups or frozen dinners. Maintain a healthy weight. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. If you're overweight, losing even 5 pounds (2.3 kilograms) can lower your blood pressure. Increase physical activity. Regular physical activity can help lower your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems and keep your weight under control. For most healthy adults, the Department of Health and Human Services recommends that you get at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination or moderate and vigorous activity. Aim to do muscle-strengthening exercises at least two days a week. Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. For healthy adults, that means up to one drink a day for women of all ages and men older than age 65, and up to two drinks a day for men age 65 and younger. One drink equals 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. If you smoke, ask your doctor to help you quit. Manage stress. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Home blood pressure monitoring can help you keep closer tabs on your blood pressure, show if medication is working, and even alert you and your doctor to potential complications. Home blood pressure monitoring isn't a substitute for visits to your doctor, and home blood pressure monitors may have some limitations. Even if you get normal readings, don't stop or change your medications or alter your diet without talking to your doctor first. If your blood pressure is under control, you may be able to make fewer visits to your doctor if you monitor your blood pressure at home. Practice relaxation or slow, deep breathing. Practice taking deep, slow breaths to help relax. There are some devices available that promote slow, deep breathing. However, it's questionable whether these devices have a significant effect on lowering your blood pressure.

Dear lybrate user...What I understand from your question is that you masturbate once a month but still you are having ejaculation early in the morning. As per the normal body physiology, formation of sperms and ejaculate in the body is a continuous process and there is a limit to storage in the body. Once the amount of semen exceeds the limit, it is ejaculated out and it happens whenever there is some erotic stimulation which can be by sight or smell or touch or by any of our senses. Masturbation once a month is just not enough to get rid of the amount that is formed in a month in the body and thus early in the morning when the REM sleep that is the shallow sleep is more, a person gets erection in dreams and may ejaculate. So my advice to you would be that either you get rid of it voluntarily or just take a chill pill and relax and let the body do it for you. You do not need to worry but just accept. Although still if you want than there are medications which may help you deal with your problem. Take care

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 2. Eat 6 small meals throughout the day 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Also you should understand weight loss is not mere dieting it's actually selection and adaptation of healthh foods and lifestyle. Once you reduce its very easy to maintain. You need not worry that you have to do dieting. Thank you
