Hi Their is no spot reduction possible through diet or exercise, weight always goes from overall body. Definately it goes more from abdomen in case of boys. I would suggest you to follow our 2 months weight loss program wherein we can help you reduce 6-8 kgs surely if you ll follow the diet chart very seriously. It will be very easy, simple and balanced diet. And also ill ensure that I give you such food items to eat which gives more promising results on your belly. But still if you want I can suggest you some changes in diet which ll lead to weight loss and belly reduction:- 1) Please have 1 Table spoon Chia seeds soaked overnight in 1 small glass water empty stomach everyday. 2) Start having 1 spoon jeera boiled in 1 glass water fr 5 mins- Every morning empty stomach 15 minutes after having chia seeds. 3) Start Green tea with pinch of cinnamon powder post lunch and dinner. 4) Stroll 20 minutes both after lunch and dinner 5) Have early dinner around 7: 30-8 pm maximum. Finally if you really want permanent results, do give us a chance to help you and you do not need to spend much, our packages are quite reasonable. Aim for long term weight loss. Don't look for short term solutions..>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. .>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim..>> Reduce outside food. Few days ago I had pain in my abdomen. Ultrasonic report shows that I have infection in right ovary. So doctor prescribed me the tablets drotaverine hydrochloride and mefenamic acid tab. So my problem is that now my period has been delayed so please tell me that this is because of that tablets or I got pregnant.

That tablets never cause delayed period. Period may be delayed due to pregnancy or other reasons (hormonal problems, problems in thyroid, uterus etc). So, first get urine pregnancy test done and then consult doctor.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Looking young or staying fit is not about eating a particular food or fruit, it's about an overall lifestyle approach. To stay fit and healthy you need to eat as per what your body needs. Try to avoid long gaps in between meals. Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal. If you want to adopt a healthy diet includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean protein including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats. Include foods you can find in your local grocery store  — rather than specialty non local foods. Local and seasonal foods always give us the right nutrients. Do consider your health risks if you have any when choosing foods. Stay away from calorie-laden, fatty and salty convenience and highly processed and junk foods.  Experiment with quick and healthy cooking techniques, such as baking, grilling and sauteing. Learn important food safety tips. Avoid unwanted stress. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.

Lybrate-user, in diabetes chance of getting repeated urinary tract infection is quite common. So strict blood glucose control is very essential. Fasting glucose should be closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% <7. Plus there has to be appropriate antibiotic treatment of each episode of infection. It may be necessary to get a sensitivity test to see which antibiotic is most effective. But still if hyperglycemia is not controlled urinary tract infection can continue to occur. Thanks.

Protein 2 scoop+daily and exercise for an hour hour and drinks lots of water. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To gain weight start eating right and exercising right. This means eating lots of calories, protein and nutrients and weight-training at least four times a week.Every few weeks, try your exercises with a different grip or slightly modulated position. This will engage different muscle groups you may have neglected. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and Eat protein-filled snacks before or after a work out, such as Milkshakes, yogurts, or fish. A good diet is essential to healthy weight gain.

Hello doctor. I am from silchar. One of my aunt was suffering from some uterus problem and appendix too. For which it was removed a month ago. Bt still she's so weak. Even she can not walk. Her hemoglobin is 9.5 and her potassium level is also low which is something at 2.4 approx. Please suggest.

Please provide her medication details and exact kind of surgery she underwent. And her age, height and weight. Grossly for potassium rich foods, please provide her banana, coconut water, dal liberally. And to raise hemoglobin please give her iron and folic acid rich foods. Provide her citrus fruits like mausambi, orange, guava, lemon. And for iron dates would be helpful.

There are a number of reasons that can affect the growth of facial hair, one of these are; low testosterone levels which is usually and directly responsible for low growth of facial hair. It is also seen that certain races or people in certain part of the world generally have less facial hair growth. Other reasons like delayed puberty, stress and hormonal imbalances could also have a significant impact on facial hair growth.All human hair grows at the same rate. (Which is about half an inch or 1,25 cm per month).


Here are some tips and home remedies that help to growth beard :

1. Hydrate your body and skin well by drinking at least 6 to 8 glasses of water and fresh fruit juices.

2. Wash your skin with warm water using a mild cleanser twice a day. Clean skin accelerates hair growth.

3. Add Protein and Saturated Fat into Diet.

4.  Coconut oil is excellent for beards. It's not greasy just like other oils and due to lauric acid, it's able to penetrate your skin more effectively. The conditioning properties of coconut oilmake the roots of your facial hair healthier and softer.

5. You should eat nutritious food that is high in protein. Do not forget to include green vegetables, bananas in your daily diet as these are known to help promote hair growth. Stay away from fried and fatty foods.

6. Stress is also one of the popular reasons for poor facial hair growth. So it is advisable to diffuse your stress levels by exercising regularly. Practice deep breathing exercises, yoga and other facial exercises that improve blood circulation and increase the oxygen intake.

7. Amla oil is one of the natural remedies to increase facial hair. Massage with amla oil and leave for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and then clean the face.

8. Keep Your Face Moist And Clean. Dead skin, oil and dirt can make a thick barricade for the hair follicles in order to break through. You may grow facial hair much quicker if your face is consistently maintained clean.

9. Gently apply yet even pressure along the parts of the face over which you would like to stimulate hair growth. Just need to rub in small circular motions, and then massage the face consistently for around 10 to 15 minutes two times every day.

10. Fish and beans are powerful sources of protein, and taking more of these foods will stimulate bushier, faster hair growth.

11. Avoid sugary foods : Sugar may actually make hair weaker. Consuming too many foods rich in sugar may make it harder in order to grow facial hair.

12. Vitamins B3 and B5 improve the circulation and may be found in beef, fish, egg yolk, chicken, milk, avocado and many whole grains. Folic acid or vitamin B9 directly impacts the ability to grow thicker facial hair and may be found in nuts, cereals and leafy green vegetables.

13. Trim your facial hair regularly so that any dry hair that blocks new hair growth can be eliminated. Keep the pores clean by taking steam once in a while. Avoid using strong fragrant products like shampoos, after shaves, colognes and so on the face directly that may burn or damage facial hair. Use milder shampoos and shower gels instead.

14. Mix 1/4 cup (60 ml) of Amla oil with mustard leaves (3 tablespoons), blending till a paste forms. Then apply this paste to the face and allow it sit for about 20 minutes before rinsing it off. Any remaining solution can be saved in your refrigerator for 2-3 days.

15. Finally you could also try using a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana. You need one teaspoon of this mixed in half a cup of water. Once it is mixed well apply the mixture on the beard and moustache area using a cotton swab. Leave it on for a while and then move the razor over the beard and moustache area. Repeat this process after every three days and you should see some results in a month or two.

नशा एक ऐसी बीमारी है जो हमें और हमारे अपनों को जीवन भर रुलाने की वजह बन सकती है। समाज का हर तबक़ा, हर उम्र के लोग नशे की चपेट में आते जा रहे हैं। आज बच्चे, बूढ़े, महिलाएं, पुरुष सभी नशे की लत घिरे हुए हैं और यह स्थिति दिन ब दिन भयावह रूप लेती जा रही है।
यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ सिडनी के रिसर्चर्स का कहना है कि तम्बाकू का सेवन धूम्रपान के रूप में करने से आपके गले की नली जहा से आप सांस लेते है उसमें ऐसा नुकसान पहुँचा सकता है कि धूम्रपान छोड़ने के बाद भी वह नुकसान की भरपाई नही की जा सकती, इसलिए स्मोकर्स अगर खुद को यह दिलासा देते हैं कि वह आज तो सिगरेट पी रहे है पर कल छोड़ देंगे, तो वह खुद को ही नुक्सान पहुंचा रहे होते हैं। एक आंकड़े के अनुसार, साल 2020 तक मौत के तीन मुख्य कारणों में से एक स्मोकिंग द्वारा होने वाले रोग बन जाएंगे।

कई कारणों से लोग तम्बाकू का सेवन करना शुरू करते है। कभी स्ट्रेस कम करने के लिए तो कभी गुस्से में, कभी टाइम पास करने और अक्सर शौक समझकर तम्बाकू का सेवन करते हैं, पर अंदाजा नहीं लगा सकते कि आप जिस तरह से तम्बाकू को सहजता से खा रहे हैं उसका उतना ही दयनीय परिणाम भी होता है। खैनी, सिगरेट, बीड़ी, गुटखा वगैरा तम्बाकू को जिस भी रूप में लिया जाए इसके नुकसान निश्चित हैं। तम्बाकू का नशा कोई एक समस्या ना होकर कई समस्याओं की जड़ है और यह शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से नुकसान तो करता ही है साथ ही मौत को जल्दी बुला देता है।
उन सभी लोग का जो तम्बाकू का सेवन करते है यह जानना जरूरी है कि तम्बाकू से बनने वाले अलग अलग नशेड़ी चिजों का कितना घातक असर आपके शरीर पर अलग-अलग तरह से पड़ता है। तो चलिए आज हम आपको बताएंगे तम्बाकू से होने वाले नुकसान के बारे में।

1. सिगरेट
हो सकता है सिगरेट का एक कश लगाकर आप दिन भर कामकाज के तनाव को भले ही कुछ पल भूल जाएं पर धूम्रपान की आपकी आदत शरीर के कई हिस्सों के लिए खतरे की घंटी है। इसमें मौजूद बेनजीन, टार, फोर्मलडीहाइड, आर्सेनिक, निकोटिन जैसे तत्व शरीर के लिए कई रोगों का आमंत्रण हो सकते हैं।
कई शोधों में यह प्रमाणित हो चुका है कि धूम्रपान से फेफड़ों का कैंसर, गले का कैंसर, मुंह, किडनी, ब्लैडर, पैंक्रियाज और पेट में कैंसर का रिस्क अधिक होता है। इसके अलावा अधिक धूम्रपान करने वालों को दिल के रोगों और स्ट्रोक का खतरा अधिक होता है। कार्बन और निकोटिन का मिश्रण शरीर में हार्ट रेट और ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ाता है। सिगरेट में पाया जाने वाला टार फेफड़ों के कैंसर की बड़ी वजह है। धुएं से निकलने वाली कार्बन मोनोऑक्साइड गैस मांसपेशियों, दिमाग और कोशिकाओं में पहुंचने वाली ऑक्सीजन को रोकती है जिससे हृदय, फेफड़ों और मस्तिष्क के काम करने में दिक्कत हो सकती है। गर्भावस्था में धूम्रपान या पैसिव स्मोकिंग (धूम्रपान करने वालों की संगत) गर्भपात, समय से पहले डिलिवरी, बच्चे का कम वजन आदि का कारण हो सकता है।

2. तम्बाकू, खैनी, गुटखा
जर्दा, सुर्ती और पान मसाले के नाम पर तंबाकू खाना अगर आपकी आदत का हिस्सा हो चुका है तो आपकी इस आदत को बदलने की कुछ बेहद जरूरी वजहें हो सकती हैं। तंबाकू में 28 किस्म के कार्सिनोजेनिक तत्व होते हैं जिनसे कैंसर हो सकता है। 
तंबाकू से ल्यूकोप्लाकिया का रिस्क अधिक रहता है जिसमें दांत और मसूड़े तेजी से सड़ते हैं। मुंह के कैंसर का यह बहुत बड़ा कारण है। गले का कैंसर का रिस्क अधिक रहता है। तंबाकू में मौजूद निकोटिन हार्ट रेट और ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ा देता है जिससे दिल के रोगों की आशंका अधिक रहती है। भोजन करने की इच्छा खत्म कर देता है।

3. हुक्का
आज हुक्का न सिर्फ गांवों तक सीमित है बल्कि तमाम पब, होटलों और रेस्तरां में हुक्के (तंबाकू युक्त हुक्के) का चलन बढ़ा है। अगर आप इसे सिगरेट के विकल्प के रूप में देखते हैं तो सेहत पर इसका प्रभाव जानना जरूरी है।
हुक्का में सिगरेट की तरह ही टार, कार्बन मोनोऑक्साइड, हेवी मेटल्स और कार्सिनोजेनिक तत्व हैं जो कैंसर का रिस्क बढ़ाते हैं। इससे मुंह का कैंसर, दिल के रोग और फेफड़ों के कैंसर की आशंका सबसे अधिक होती है। सिगरेट की तरह ही हुक्के का निकोटिन भी हार्ट रेट और ब्लड प्रेशर को बढ़ाता है। गर्भावस्था के दौरान हुक्का पीने या हुक्का पीने वालों के दौरान मौजूद रहने से गर्भवती महिलाओं के गर्भ को नुकसान हो सकता है। हुक्का के पाइप से कई प्रकार के संक्रमणों का रिस्क अधिक रहता है। 

4. सिगार
हालांकि सिगार का प्रचलन हमारे यहां अपेक्षाकृत कम है पर कुछ लोग सिगार को सिगरेट की अपेक्षा बेहतर विकल्प मानते हैं। अगर आप भी ऐसा सोचते हैं तो जान लें कि तंबाकू का सेवन हर रूप में सेहत के लिए नुकसानदायक ही है। 
सिगार में मौजूद निकोटिन भले ही फेफड़ों में कम जाए लेकिन यह मुंह को सीधा प्रभावित करता है जिससे मुंह और गले के कैंसर का रिस्क बढ़ जाता है। इसमें बहुत अधिक मात्रा में कार्सिनोजेनिक तत्व होते हैं। शोधों की मानें तो सिगार में 60 से भी अधिक कार्सिनोजेनिक तत्व पाए जाते हैं। दिल के रोगों का खतरा इससे अधिक होता है। इसके सेवन से धमनियों के ब्लॉकेज और दिल के दौरे का रिस्क बढ़ जाता है। कम समय में ही दांत गिरने लगते हैं।

जैसा कि आपने जाना कि तंबाकू का सेवन किसी भी हाल में खतरनाक है इसलिए अगर चाह हो जिंदगी और अपनों से तो तम्बाकू से किनारा कर लें। वरना तम्बाकू आपकी जिंदगी को किनारे लगा देगा।
