Why do feet stink?

Smelly feet can be a cause of great embarrassment and discomfort for anyone. Also known as bromodosis, the primary cause of smelly feet is the sweat glands in your feet. This part of the human body has more sweat glands than anywhere else in the body. Additionally, compared to sweat glands in the other parts of the body that secrete to control your body temperature when exposed to hot weather or while exercising, the sweat glands in your feet produce perspiration all the time.

When this happens, bacteria living on your skin break down the perspiration that oozes from your skin pores and a cheese-like smell is produced as the sweat gets broken down by the bacteria.

Apart from the explanation of the origin of this kind of smell, the causes that lead to you having smelly feet are:

- wearing the same footwear on a daily basis and not letting them dry

- poor hygiene habits like not washing your feet and drying them thoroughly

- changes in the body's hormones level especially during pregnancy and puberty

- too much stress

- hyperhidrosis (a condition wherein you sweat excessively)

- athlete's foot (infection of the soles of the feet and between the toes)

Its good to take lemon water in a day, bt should not be taken wth empty stomach. Better to add honey some times instead of adding salt always. Should give gap before& after for 20 minutes to take any food.

Very soon, depends on your health condition also. You much immunity your body has. Add vitamin-c into your diet, via supplements. Smoking released trillions of free-radicals in your body with will damage more than an alcohol, vitamin-c will work as an anti-oxidant. Best you go with vic supplement. Hi If you take insulin, you are not eligible to donate. The rationale is that donating blood could interrupt your blood glucose control, and potentially lead to a hypoglycemic reaction in the clinic or on the way home. If you manage your diabetes with lifestyle or diabetes pills, you may be eligible, depending on your overall health and if you meet the eligibility criteria listed below. Many people who have type 2 diabetes have blood pressure and heart problems, which would prevent them from donating. So, if you are on OHAs and on good control, you should be able to donate blood, suggest not unless you are very keen and should be done under close monitoring.

My friend got sugar tested this year it was 111/141. Again after 1 week he got checked it is 82/101 and same period hba1c 6.4 one doctor told him he is diabetic and should start janumet medicine once in a day. And when he took second opinion other doctor told he is normal and do not need any medication only exercise. Pls suggest me should he start medicine for this report.

Mr. Lybrate-user, following are the criteria for deciding normal, pre-diabetes or diabetes. 1) normal: fbs 70 to 110 mg / 100 ml, pp <140 mg, hba1c% <5.9. 2) pre - diabetes fbs 108 to 125 mg, pp 141 to 199 mg, hba1c% 5.9 to 6.4 3) diabetes: fbs 126 mg and above, pp 200 mg and above, hba1c% 6.5 and above. I hope things are clear. For pre diabetes exercise and diet is enough to control or prevent developing of diabetes. Thanks.

For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals. Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5.
