I am a 36 yr old male. I am non vegeterian. My height is 5ft 7 inch and weight is around 68 kgs which comes under ideal bmi. I exercise regularly and have no bad habits like drinking, smoking. I am quite diet conscious and do not binge on fatty products / cold drinks / snacks etc. However, I do like to eat out and try good dishes preferably non veg. I am tyring to reduce my belly but it is not happening. Can you suggest what should I do. Thanks.

Hi select lean cuts of meat prefer grilled, barbequed or baked meats. To reduce fat on belly:- avoid dinner after 8 pm don't hv rice for dinner you can take soup n grilled chicken/fish for dinner. Let me know your progress.

Eat more proteins like chicken, daal, eggs etc. Also eat rice roti and sweet. Do some exercise. But eat eat and eat to increase weight.

Hello, * go, for a walk in the morning, for an hr. * go, for meditation, for 30 mnts, * take, plenty of water. * cut your meal by 20% * consume plenty of salad, fruits, sprouts, with your meal. * take oats and green tea as breakfast. * take proteinous, food. Homoeo-care** @ fucus vasq-20 drops with 1/4 cup of luke warm water, just 1/2 an hr before of each meal @ cal carb 30-4 drops thrice a day. Report your progress, fortnightly. Take care.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Hello you don't have to eat so much food or quantity to gain weight. The portion and quality or eating dense nutritious food is important you don't have to eat 5 dosa, 10 idli with ghee to gain weight instead drink a glass a milkshake with fruit dry-fruit and milk once a day. Include foods like eggs, yogurt, cheese etc.

The skinny person does not shy away from food. Gradually weight gain is always advisable. You r only 24 years. Exercise is must for you. Participate in a balanced mix of cardip, weight training and flexibility exercises. You may take dietary supplement but balanced diet is must you must take protein, carbs and fats, nuts and dairy products. Protein is the key of muscles.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

To decrease stomach fat, you have to reduce an overall fat. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too.
