Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight. If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts, only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating, only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. I would rather change his medications to a long acting gliclazide metformin combating together with a Dpp4 inhibitor also. The reason is a poor HBAIC of 7.5 with the present drug .diet and regular excercise goes without saying in all diabetics and a dietician advise is recommmended.

How I have improve my personality because we are very thin so pls give me the answer immediately.
Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to lowfat options. Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of fullcream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chinups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily 1⁄2 an hour before meals for a month and reply back again.

Emotional Eating and Stress.

Hello friends! Myself, Dr. Shahazad. I’m a Psychologist by profession. I have deal with so many clients in my life like I have more than thousand satisfied customers even through, phone, email, or they are doing it with chat. We have clinics where clients are coming in the clinic also and we are taking care of the clients. I have sixteen years of experience as a psychologist, as a counselling psychologist. I have deal with so many problems like depression, anxiety, stress, even food addiction, addiction of alcohol, cigarettes, or any kind of addiction which is coming to your mind that we are covering. We are also dealing with the stress related to eating habits like mostly the people are having emotional eating these days and they are not aware of why they are gaining weight. They are gaining weight because of their emotional eating.

I will just give you an example like people do take care of, when they are stressed out, they tend to eat more. Why they tend to eat more because when they are stressed out they burn more energy that’s why they need more energy. When they need more energy then, for that they need to eat more food and the rich sources of energy is carbohydrate, or things which is like sugar, or carbohydrate or things which is made up of maida. So, mostly people tend to eat more those kind of foods. When people tend to eat those kinds of foods, they feel guilt also.

After eating so much of junk food, they feel guilt and that guilt leads to stress and that stress again make the person eat, so this is the basic cycle which is going through. So, we are dealing with emotional eating, food addiction, alcohol addictions, stress, anxiety, depression, even any kind of stress or as we know in our lives, there are so many ups and downs because of many reasons, related to health, related to personal problems, personal life, even, family lives.

If you are finding anything which is not smooth or not going along with your life in a proper manner then, you need a counselling and for that you can opt, you can call us on Lybrate or even you can do live chat on Lybrate or you can go for a video chat through the Lybrate.

It's good to replace white rice by brown rice if you want weight loss .avoiding food after 6 pm doesn't make sense you can take light dinner and protein foods till night and high fiber foods as well.In fact you need to take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs for weight loss.

Combining a high calorie intake with heavy strength training are the two most important factors to gain weight. That being said, here are tips to gain weight faster: Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. If you follow these you will surely put on 2 kgs in 10 days. There are a number of homeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. There are the best weight gain homeopathic medicines that will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost: like alfalfa, ars ,aloe soc, chin ars, lyco, calc phos, etc to select correct medicine for you I need few details. If you would like to consult with me privately, please click on 'Consult'  recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

You must go for check of thyroid test and also check your blood pressure. If you are feeling tired one reason can be that you are not sleeping properly. For that you have to enhance your nutritional status by having balanced diet and adequate sleep regularly. Drink more water in a day. Be relaxed and don't take tension. Take small meals in frequent intervals.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Eating rice at night bad for health when it comes to loosing weight? What is the best meal for dinner?
Obviously having rice at dinner is bad for losing weight. In case you cannot change your food habit then try to go to bed at least 1 hour after dinner. Just don't eat as much as you can. Always keep your stomach a little less than full after every meal.
