Add sinnamon, black berry seeds powder and sweet potato. These are all natural sugar reducing agents. But you may add some more allopathic or ayurvedic drugs if natural drugs are not sufficient to control it. Also control diet of carbohydrates and fats and walk for an hour daily.

Mr. lybrate-user, Long standing diabetes invariably causes ED. Particularly if there's persistent hyperglycemia. Therefore, primary need is strict glycemic control, with FBS around 100 mg, PP150 to 160 mg & HbA1c < 6.8℅ . However, damage caused is hardly repaired. Apart from achieving strict control, you may have to use certain drugs like PDE - Inhibitors for temporary relief. Thanks.

I am 77+, a known case of Diabetic II * Bp both very much under control ( HbA1C around 6)with Amryla M-1, 1Tab in Morning after Breakfast & 1Tab after dinner +1Tab Benitech A in morning for BP.However I feel breathlessness , on slightest excertion or going up stairs say to 1st Flr As per last TMT test on 21.12.14, fair effort tolerance , 95% THR achieved , Normal Chronotopic & inotropic response , Heart Rate achieved 137BPM% of PHR achieved 95%, Total Excercise Duration 6.13minutes.No angina /arrhyth/gallop murmur Noted . Please Comment.

Egg whites are the best low calorie protein source. 1 egg white has around 4-5 gms of pure protein with just 16kcal.

Yes ther are pcos who are thin too. Ideal bmi helps to regularise the harmone which is very important to control pcos. The basic harmone lh level should be corrected with drugs followed be ovulation induction with drugs with careful monitoring will help you acheive pregnancy.

Dear lybrateuser, -Since your mother is a diabetic avoid giving her glucose or sugar as it will disturb the blood sugar balance, glucose can be given only if signs & symptoms of low blood sugar occur -if you want to give then give her vegetable juice, lime juice(no sugar, use sugar free),low fat milk, soup -check blood sugar & give her proper diet including fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, low fat milk & milk products, lean meats, nuts -keep meal timings fixed, give a variety of food items, should take medicine on time, also do exercise like walking, should not feel tired, 7-8 glasses of water in a day.

Dear lybrate-user, Stop taking these pills. They do not help. On the other hand, you are already experiencing the side effects. It may take a month for your periods to normalize. Eat fresh fruits, drink aelovera juice one glass daily. This should help. Regards.

Dear, you can easily get fitness by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hi. Both things are important for reducing fat. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises preferable walking. 2nd its diet control. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Take high fibre, low salt, low sugar, low fat diet. Avoid refined food. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm.

Dear , you are around 3-5 kgs over weight. Cut down on carbohydrates in your diet and restrict calorie uptake to 1000 cals max. 1 hr walk or 30 mins brisk walk followed by 15 mins of jogging will help you reach your target weight in 2-3 months. Best of luck.

7-8 is more than normal consult me for best diabetic medication and reduce going to urine up to 4-5.
