You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates. Eat various nuts/ day 2-3 no. Eat oats, sattu, ragi. And complex carbohydrate. You need to take soya seed.

Hello , national institutes of health (nih) recommends about 2, 000 to 2, 400 calories a day for medium-sized or large men who are physically active, large men at a healthy weight or who are medium-sized, or large women who are very physically active. Get most or all of your carbohydrates from high-fiber sources like vegetables, beans, fruits, and whole grains. High-fiber foods are digested more slowly, which helps keep your blood sugar levels stable. Protein can help stabilize your blood sugar since it takes time to digest. Even so, be sure to choose lean meats, fish, and non- or low-fat dairy products. Protein should provide about 12 to 20 percent of your daily calories. Add omega-3 fat to your diet which will balance your blood sugar. Let me know if I can suggest you the best sources of healthy food.

What are the symptoms of diabetes and how we take insulin IBM sugriv level is 600.
Lybrate-user, diabetes invariably does not produce any symptoms, hence many persons do not come to know that they have diabetes. When fully developed usually observed symptoms include excess thirst, excess hunger, excess urination, unexplained tiredness and weight loss. The second part of the question is not clear. Is it saying sugar levels is 600 mg, so how much insulin one has to take? before deciding on that one has to look at whether the patient has any insulin secretion at all. A c- peptide assay has to be done. 600 mg sugar is very high and it may lead to diabetic ketoacidosis if the patient has t1 dm or may lead to hyper osmolar hypertonic state (in elderly patients). Dose of insulin has to be slowly increased by observing glucose reduction over a period. So difficult to give exact dose. But if some one has such a high level, hospitalisation may needed.

Hi Apka Height Weight Ratio thik Hai. Aap apne aap ko healthy aur fit samajhiye. Doosron ki baaton pe gaur na karen. Apni diet main yeh cheezen badhaiye Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Eat more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Aisi koi dawai / lep nahin hai jisse aapki nasen dikhni band ho jayegi. Yeh body kudrat ka Gift hai. Be proud of it. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Holi is the ever exuberant festival of colors where everyone indulges in fun and frolic. Traditionally played with natural colors derived from flowers, Holi is now celebrated with harmful, toxic and inorganic colors that can really leave you with ruined hair and skin post celebration. These colors comprise of dyes, chemicals, glass powder and metals such as mica - all of which have extremely harmful effects on your skin and hair.

The colors used during Holi can cause your hair to become dull and brittle and may even induce a condition known as acute irritant contact dermatitis, which causes redness, irritation and burning of the scalp area.

Follow these tips to take care of your hair and scalp as you enjoy the festival.

1.Oil your hair

Apply oil to your hair about an hour before you play Holi to maximize the penetration of the oil into the scalp. Oil prevents the color from settling down into your hair, thus, making it easier to remove later on. It also acts as a shield by providing protection from chemicals and dirt, and can help in preventing your hair from becoming dry and frizzy due to prolonged exposure to colors and the sun.


2.Cover your tresses

Tie your hair up in a bun or ponytail to minimize its contact with harmful colors. If possible, cover your hair with a scarf or shower cap to protect it from the damage.

3.Wash your hair the right way

Thoroughly rinse your hair with plain water to get rid of dirt, dry colors, chemicals and the mica particles contained in it. After that, apply a mild shampoo on your hair, gently massaging your hair and scalp and leave it in for about 10 minutes. This will help in extracting and dissolving all the dust and colors stuck to your hair and scalp. Rinse out the shampoo and apply a rich conditioner to replenish the oil and moisture that have been stripped away by the chemicals. If your hair is still dry and lifeless, oil it overnight after Holi, as well. Applying hair masks is also a good idea to help your mane regain its former glory.

your blood sugar is high but not too high. Try changing your diet first plus exercise. If not controlled then you have to be on medications. People following strict diet n exercise usually don't need medication.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Take normal nutritious diet. Take lot of green leafy vegetables fruits whole grain pulses. If you are taking above no need to take any supplemental vitamins at your age. Mustard oil can prevent dandruff inscalp. Do regular exercises.
