Depends on weather smaller in winters and can hang down in summers. Testis can be one and half inches to 2 inches and half long.

Give her normal diet without rice potatoes and sweets and give her tab glycigon msr one tab before meals everyday for10 days then get her blood sugar checked if it comes normal reduce the dose to one tab daily for30 days then let me know response for further advice

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. - Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. - Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. - Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. - Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily - Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. - If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. - Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. - Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. - No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. - Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. - Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful.

Aim is to be strong and fit. Along with age you will put on weight. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy foods. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

I am very emaciated boy and I wants to get the fit health so how can I get my fit body only by my daily diets. Should I have to take supplements or medicines or can get it only by proper regular diet.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment.

Aim for long term weight loss. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Yes if you have cysts there is chance you gain weight. Cyst happen when there is hormonal imbalance. When your hormones are imbalanced you gain weight to store those excess secretions. The best remedy is start with physical activity. Sweating is major outlet for your excess hormones. Then focus on eating oranges, pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, nuts, buckwheat, chana. Dear, the most common causes of tiredness & weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

Green tea/coffee is just another good health drink which has certain other benefits. However there is no scientific evidence to show that Green Tea or Coffee can reduce any weight. These are all myths created by marketing companies. There is no medicine or mix or herbs that can burn body fat.  Body weight is due to extra oils/carbs which gets stored as fat. This fat can only be reduced by burning it with Exercise + Light Natural Diet. If you want to reduce weight 1. Follow a 1600 calorie diet plan. 2. Do 60 mins intensive exercise daily. 3. Walk a lot. Use steps instead of lifts. 4. Be more active.
