How to Pack a Healthy Lunch

Packing a healthy lunch, whether for work or for school, is always a good option if you want to stay fit and healthy. Working for long hours can take a toll on your health. You should eat foods which are low in calories and fats; try and eat more veggies and fruits. Eating your lunch outside everyday can result in an upset stomach whereas home-made foods are both tasty and healthier. Here are some foods, which you should definitely consider for a healthy you.

Sandwiches: Cheese and tomato sandwiches are a great source of protein; especially cottage cheese, as it is an awesome low fat source of protein. Tomato is good for your skin and also prevents cancer. You can also consider a healthier version by swapping mayonnaise with avocado as it is full of healthy mono saturated fats.
Salads: Salad, especially green salad, is one of the healthiest foods you can pack for lunch. It is simple to make and is a great appetizer as well. You can also add flavour to your salads by adding lots of fruits and vegetables that you like to eat.
Eggplant Pizza: Instead of having the greasy one, you can make your own vegetarian pizza including your favourite vegetables. You can also opt for whole wheat pita pocket rather than the heavy pizza dough. And diced eggplant acts as a rich source of fibre and potassium.
Chicken Wraps: These are one of the best, if you are in a rush and want to eat something spicy and healthy. Chicken is also a rich source of protein; you can add some ketchup to lend some extra flavour to your wraps. You can also include frozen corns, lettuce leaves and peas if you want.
Fruits: If you want to maintain a healthy diet, you should surely include fruits in your lunch. It decreases the appetite for the actual meal. The fructose present in the fruits gives an energy boost and the fibre creates a feeling of fullness. Since most fruits are high on dietary fibres and low on calories, they help to keep your weight in control.

Hello Rohini, This is too early to think about weight loss as you need to feed your baby. The best way is to eat healthy and your biological clock will do its work. Avoid eating deep fries, sugar loaded stuff, ready to eat foods. Focus on eating fresh, home cooked and easily digestible foods, like leafy greens, gourds, pumpkin, garlic etc. Garlic is both fat burner and lactation enhancer. so you should definitely try this. Eat smart that will help you. stay healthy stay fit☺

For reducing the breast size. What can I do. When some one loose weight the. Breast size is. Reduced or not?
Hello- Here are the top 10 ways to reduce breast size naturally. 1. Cardio and Strength-Training Exercises 2. Aerobic Exercises 4. Ginger In many traditional medicines, ginger is used to reduce breast size. It increases the body’s metabolic rate to help burn more fat. This also affects the breast size since they are mostly made of fatty tissues. Boil 1 teaspoon of grated ginger in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Strain, add a little honey and sip it slowly. Drink 2 to 3 cups of ginger tea daily. 5. Green Tea 6. Flaxseed 7. Egg Whites Egg whites are another good remedy to reduce breast size. It will help you get firm breasts and tighten the chest area to make your breasts look smaller. Beat the white portion of one egg thoroughly into a smooth cream-like texture. Apply this paste on the bottom of the breasts. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Mix the juice of 1 onion in a glass of water. Use the onion and water mixture to rinse off the egg white. Repeat this remedy once daily for a few weeks to see firmer, smaller breasts. 8. Neem and Turmeric An Ayurvedic remedy to reduce inflammation of the breasts during breastfeeding is neem and turmeric. Both herbs have anti-inflammatory properties. Once the inflammation subsides, the size of your breasts will automatically be reduced. Boil a handful of neem leaves in 4 cups of water for about 10 minutes, then strain it. Mix in 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder and a little honey. Drink this herbal water daily for a few months. 9. Fish Oil 10. Healthy Dietary Changes Adopting a healthy, balanced diet will aid proper weight management so there is less fat in your body. This will lead to a natural reduction in breast size as well. Include many fresh, organic fruits in your diet. Fruits are high in water and contain antioxidants that help you reduce weight and remain healthy. Eat more green vegetables like kale, broccoli, spinach and others. Get your protein from seafood like fish. Fish are low in calories and help with weight loss. Eat more nuts, which are good sources of energy and help with weight management. Minimize your salt, unhealthy fat and sugar intake. Stay away from processed, fatty and deep-fried foods. Drink an ample amount of water or fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Avoid soft drinks and juices with artificial sweeteners. Additional Tips: If your large breasts have become tender, painful or inflamed, try a cold compress to reduce these symptoms. Eat smaller meals more often. This will help you feel less hungry. Wear a well-fitted bra to prevent sagging breasts, which is common among people with large breasts. Avoid drinking alcohol excessively as it can worsen the condition. Do not smoke or use any other tobacco products. Practice yoga to tone and tighten the breasts within a realistic range.

Being overweight isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi thanks for asking your query headaches are due to mainly irregularity in meals, improper metabolism, mental and physical stress, viewing of tv for long periods, reading with insufficient light, sleeplessness, etc. So try to avoid triggering factors 1) include cooked vegetables without oil in your diet 2) vegetable juices and soup, fruits and fruit juices including apple, mango. 3) highly-fruit based diet for a day or two can relieve pain. 4) grapes, lemons, cabbage juice are especially important. 5) have rice, salad and buttermilk in your diet thanku.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.
