Some tips Squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated. Drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day. Avoid junk food at all cost. Start exercising. Do hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Do light weight training for upper body three times a week. Snack on a small amount of almonds (5 at a time) throughout the day (4 times a day maximum). any queries inform me.

1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Follow up after 1week... Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation...

1. नमक वाले पानी से कुल्ला (Salt Water Gurgle)

नमक के पानी की एंटीसेप्टिक गुण गले के Infection को कम कर सकते हैं। गर्म पानी का एक गिलास ले लो और फिर आधा चम्मच नमक डाल देना। अब, नमक के पानी के उपयोग से दिन में कई बार कुल्ला करे. कृपया ध्यान रखना की आपको पानी निगलना नहीं हैं। कुल्ला (gargling) खत्म करके आपको पानी बाहर थूकना हे. हालत में सुधार करने के लिए आप एक दिन में इस विधि में कम से कम चार बार उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

2. शहद (Honey )

शहद का जीवाणुरोधी गुण गले में खराश से आप को ठीक कर सकता हैं। यह काफी सरल है। बस गुनगुने पानी की एक कप के साथ शहद का एक या दो बड़े चम्मच मिलाएं और इसे एक दिन में कई बार पीते रहे. अगर आपको गले में खराश के साथ अच्छा महसूस नहीं हो रहा तो सोने के लिए जाने से पहले बस 1 चमच शहद ले सकते हैं।

3. नींबू (Lemon )

हा, नींबू भी गले में खराश से आप को छुटकारा दिला सकता है। आपको सिर्फ नींबू की स्लाइस , नमक और काली मिर्च की जरूरत है। नींबू के स्लाइस पर नमक और काली मिर्च छिड़के और फिर धीरे धीरे नींबू चाटना हे।
आप गर्म पानी के साथ से नींबू के रस के मिश्रण से भी कुल्ला कर सकते हैं। अगर आप चाहते हैं तो आप शहद की कुछ बूँदें भी मिला सकते हैं। नींबू, गर्म पानी और शहद के मिश्रण आपको मदद कर सकते हैं गले में खराश से छुटकारा पाने के लिए।

4. लहसुन की शक्ति

लहसुन खाना पकाने के लिए ही नहीं है! यह भी गले में खराश को कम करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। लहसुन के जीवाणुरोधी और एंटीसेप्टिक गुण आपके गले में खराश से छुटकारा पाने के लिए मदद कर सकते हैं। आपको ताजा लहसुन को टुकड़ों में कटौती करना है। यह बेहतर होगा अगर आप अपने दांतों का उपयोग कर लहसुन को टुकड़ो में विभाजित करे। यह गले में खराश के लिए जिम्मेदार जो रासायनिक तत्व allicin हे उसे मार डालेगा। आप लहसुन के तेल का भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं। बस लहसुन के तेल की कुछ बुँदे ¼ कप पानी के साथ ले लो। नियमित रूप से गले पर इसका प्रयोग करें।
कच्चे और पकाया लहसुन का सेवन करें। अगर आपको लहसुन का स्वाद अच्छा नहीं लगता तो लहसुन गोलिया भी ले सकते हे।

5. दालचीनी (Cinnamon)

दालचीनी आपके गले में खराश को कम करने में मददगार है। दालचीनी पाउडर की एक चुटकी, काली मिर्च की एक चुटकी और थोड़ा सा पानी ले लो। एक साथ तीनको मिक्स करके थोड़ी देर के लिए उबाल लें। इसमें एक चम्मच शहद की डाले। उबला हुआ मिश्रण ले लो और इसे धीरे धीरे पीते हैं। कम से कम एक सप्ताह के लिए इस उपाय को जारी रखें।

6. सेब का सिरका (Apple Cider Vinegar)

दो बड़े चम्मच Apple Cider Vinegar ले लो और उसे एक कप गुनगुना पानी के साथ मिलाये। ये मिश्रण धीरे धीरे पिये।

7. तुलसी के साथ शहद

कुछ ताजा तुलसी लीजिये। उनमे से तुलसी के रस निकालके इसके साथ आधा चम्मच शहद मिलाएं और खाली पेट पर इसे पीते हैं। तुलसी शहद का रस लेने के बाद तुरंत पानी नहीं पीना हे। इस संयोजन नाक बह रही रोकने के लिए और खाँसी के लिए बहुत प्रभावी है। यह ठंड संक्रमण (Cold Infection) की वजह से गले हुई खराश को भी अच्छा कर देता हे.

8. खाद्य पदार्थों में परहेज

हमेशा याद रखिए आप बहुत ज्यादा मसालेदार भोजन नहीं लेना हे। गले में खराश नियंत्रित करने के लिए आपको ठंडे पानी और आइसक्रीम से परहेज करना होगा।

9. प्याज का रस भी common cold के लिए काफी प्रभावी हे. एक कप गरम पानी में प्याज का रस और लहसुन का रस मिलाये। हररोज दिन में दो से तीन बार इसे पीते रहे.

10. कुल्ला (Gargle )

कुल्ला गले के खराश में temporary राहत ला सकता है। गर्म पानी में एक चम्मच नमक के मिला ले। इस पानी से कुल्ला करे। Gargling आम सर्दी में तत्काल राहत लाने के लिए बहुत प्रभावी है।

11. अदरक

अदरक वाली चाय पीये। यह गले के संक्रमण (Throat infection) में बहुत प्रभावी है। अदरक की चाय गले में एक सुखदायक प्रभाव देता है। अदरक की चाय आम खांसी और सर्दी में राहत देने के लिए बहुत प्रभावी है। आप दो तरह से अदरक की चाय तैयार कर सकते हैं - दूध के साथ और दूध के बिना।

Eat healthy, including plenty of fruit and vegetables in your meals. Drink water throughout the day to stay well hydrated and choose the right snacks. As well helping you lose weight at a healthy pace, it will also make sure you have the energy to adjust to life with your newborn. These tips will help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight: make time for breakfast in the morning. Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Include plenty of fibre-rich foods such as oats, beans, lentils, grains and seeds in your meals. Include starchy foods such as bread, rice and pasta (preferably wholegrain varieties for added fibre) in every meal. Go easy on fatty and sugary foods, takeaways, fast food, sweets, cakes etc watch your portion sizes at mealtimes, and the number and type of snacks you eat between meals. Combining healthy eating with exercise will be the most effective, because it helps you to lose fat instead of lean tissue. You will also improve your fitness levels. Now that you have a newborn, can be tricky. But it's not impossible, as long as you make it a priority. You can start to do some gentle exercise such as walking, pelvic floor exercises and stretching, as soon as you feel up to it. However, you should wait six weeks or so, or until you feel that you've recovered from the birth, before taking up more strenuous exercise. Hye. Thanks for the query. Summer can not only dehydrate you but also draw you off of energy and stamina, making you feel unwell and feeling low. A healthy and balanced diet is essential, especially in the summer. The summer heat deprives our body of all the energy. Excessive perspiration in summer results in dehydration. Rehydration is essential irrespective of the activity levels and thirst pangs. Liquids at very cold temperatures should be avoided. Increased consumption of very cold liquids, results in the constriction of the blood vessels. This in turn reduces the loss of heat which is essential in summers. Holy basil seeds/ tulsi seeds added to water or fruit juices proves an effective cooling drink for the summers. Soft drinks contain added sugar, preservatives and colors. Therefore fresh fruit juices without added sugar are preferred in summers. Fried foods, such as french fries, potato patties, chips, samosa, wada pav should be restricted thereby reducing the thermal effect of fat. A light and healthy meal will make you feel comfortable. Avoid very spicy foods. Whole fresh fruits supply a good amount of water, in addition to minerals and vitamins. A bountiful supply of vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial. Lemon juice, barley water, butter milk and tender coconut water are the best sources of hydration. Wear a head gear like cap, use an umbrella. You can cover your head and nape with a damp kerchief as well. Stay hydrated. Keep sipping on amla juice or kokam juice or khus juice. Avoid fasting gaps between meals.

If your blood pH were to vary 1 or 2 points in either direction, it would change the electrical chemistry in your body, there would be no electrical power and in short duration you would drop dead!

Answers to the following 3 questions will tell you why your body’s pH balancing regulates your health and life-

Q1) What is pH?
- pH is a measure of how acidic or alkaline something is, and our blood pH must be slightly alkaline for us to keep healthy. The scale ranges from 1 to 14 with 1 being very acid, 7 neutral and 14 very alkaline. The ideal pH level for your blood is around 7.35 and we help our bodies to maintain this pH balance by eating more alkaline-forming foods and fewer acid-forming foods.

Q2) How does your body strike a balance?
- When we consume acid-forming foods, our body works to bring our blood pH back into balance by releasing alkaline-rich minerals into our bloodstream (e.g. calcium, phosphorus and magnesium).
- If we don’t eat enough alkaline-generating foods, then our body pulls these minerals from our bones, teeth and other organs. This can be a risk to our immune system making us weaker.

Q3) What should you eat?
Eat a diet that consists of 60-80% alkaline-forming foods and about 20-40% acid-forming foods.
- Alkaline-forming foods: Most fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds, and herbal teas.
- Acid-forming foods: Most grains, beans, meats, dairy products, fish, fast foods, and processed foods.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Think you’re smart, rational or open-minded? You are, if you submit to suspending your beliefs and challenging them from time to time, at least privately, through an internal dialogue. This article will give you the tools you need to eliminate any negative beliefs or mental blocks. Learning how to shift to a more useful belief or learning how to eliminate a self-defeating belief is a prerequisite for any kind of progress or achievement.

Don’t you get annoyed with the person who says to you, “I know it’s a problem, but that’s how I am!” Or do you feel compelled to accept that answer with sympathy? Are YOU someone who conveniently uses that line? By the way, it’s also a line commonly used by eve-teasers, rapists, serial offenders... you get the point! It’s basically saying, “I am not going to change”. Something that “feels natural”, is neither justified, nor is it a permanent part of YOU (i.e., your identity). Therefore, the question is: Would you rather “feel natural” or would you rather be happier and more productive? EVERY belief is literally constructed by an individual. We’re born with a tabula rasa – a blank mental slate. Mathematically, if everything is constructed, then everything can similarly be deconstructed as well. Changing beliefs requires two things – volition (your decision to change) and an effective analytical method. The former will reduce the number of people who read further by 80%, and the latter will transform about 10-20% of the remaining ones. (So needless to say, believing a limiting belief to be permanent is the most destructive belief of them all! )

Okay, here we go... the effective analytical method in four steps:

1) Pick the belief that’s limiting your progress; the one you want to change. For example, “I can’t communicate or speak fluently.”

2) Eliminate this belief by analysis. Ask yourself:
a. From whom did I pick up this belief? Is that person an authority on the subject?
For example, “I don’t know...I’ve been saying that to myself for a while,” or “A parent or teacher or Mr. X told me I can’t”. Yeah, they told Albert Einstein that he was too dumb to learn too! Even if that person is an expert on the subject, haven’t experts been proven wrong on so many occasions?
b. What examples did I focus on (or failed to focus on) when establishing this stupid belief?
For example, “I was too nervous in school and messed up one-time...and then it just became a habit because I believed the first failure to be a permanent part of my communication skills.” “I failed to focus on the times I did okay.”
c. How has this belief affected my well-being? And what is it going to cost me in future?
Note down all the negative consequences of retaining this belief. For example, “I haven’t made a lot of friends, I’m unable to crack a job interview, get very nervous talking to people, and my career is going to remain ordinary. Consequently, I’m going to suffer in my relationships and financial life as well.”
d. How is this belief ridiculous or dumb?
For example, “It’s dumb because everyone without a medical problem can speak well. I speak well with my closest friend or family member. Why can’t I do the same with others? I just haven’t made enough effort.”

3) Add a new belief. Find all possible new ways:
a. Past event. Can you remember a time when you demonstrated the OPPOSITE?
For example, “Yes, I spoke pretty well when I was __ years old”, “Yes, once, when I was talking to XYZ last year”.
b. Is there an area of your life you already do/are this?
For example, “Sometimes...with my father”, or even “yes, with myself!”
c. Can you model someone else to do/be this? (Whether that person is in your network, on TV, or even modelling an imaginary belief... it doesn’t matter!)
For example, “I love how that news anchor speaks. I notice he talks louder and opens his mouth clearly while speaking... maybe I’ll try that.”
d. Educate yourself. What can you learn?
For example, “I can go on Youtube and watch videos on good communication techniques”, “I’ll start talking to my close friend in English (for someone who’s not fluent with English) and ask her to teach/correct me repeatedly,” or “I’ll buy that book on Flipkart”.

4) Pick the most useful ways from Step 3 to strengthen this new belief. Keep practising this new behaviour and keep questioning the old belief.
For example, when you say to yourself, “Oh I can’t speak well”, STOP! And remember that you’ve done this exercise above. Then remind yourself Step 2 (i.e., the consequences of continuing this belief, and why it’s dumb). Finally, strengthen the NEW belief with Step 3. R.E.P.E.A.T every time you catch yourself thinking of the limiting belief.
