I am a type II diabetes since 2003. Recently for last 4 months I am suffering from high sugar . There is some problem in your routine, diet and exercise, and doses of medicine do following 1. No alcohol 2. Maintain body wt 3. No smoking 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5.30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. For medicine contact with complete blood reports and your problems. Check your bp and lipid profile. You will be guided properly to controll bloosd sugat good luck.

To the best of our knowledge no medicines or creams work to increase the breast size. Enlargement can be done with fat grafting or silicone breast implants. Breast enlargement. Silicone implants are the gold standard world over, very short operative procedure with very gratifying results. Please continue the tablets for at least 3 months to see remarkable change in your weight. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Dear lybrateuser, -Egg white is a good source of protein with less calories -instead of increasing its intake further it is better to obtain your protein requirement from other dietary sources like milk & milk products, non-veg like seafood , chicken(non-veg food is a good source of vit B12 which is lacking in other sources of protein) , beans, soya products, nuts & seeds -a variety of protein rich food will provide you with more essential nutrients than egg white alone & help in keeping your mind & body fit.

Hi, hope you are suffering from upper respiratory track infection known as urti. Because of dry cough and throat irritation such events are seen. Coughing is a natural body reflex. It keeps the lungs, throat and airway clear of foreign material. Take home remedies like- 1. Crush a handful of thoroughly washed basil leaves 2. Crush a small (1 inch) piece of ginger 3. You need to avoid certain things in your diet: 1.Avoid oily food .take bland diet 2.Avoid milk and milk products. Ypu can take fresh butter and ghee. 3.Avoid tuvar dal, rava,dosa, whole legumes. Take only mung dal. 4.Take small quantity of meals at frequent intervals. 5.Avoid bakery products, trans fat that is hydrogenated fat, margarines 6.Avoid using burnt oil. What are the ways to increase weight? Which are the foods which increases weight.
1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Here is a diet plan for you :- Breakfast - 1 glass banana milkshake+ 5 khajur+ 5 anjeer, • . mid morning - 2 chikoo • . lunch - 4 chapati + 1 bowl sabji+1 bowl dal++ 1 bowl rice + 1 bowl curd • tea time - tea + 1 pckt parleg • . late evening - 1 bowl roasted chana • dinner same as lunch • . bed time - 1 glass banana milkshake • Try these advices and you will definately gain weight (2-3kgs/month)

Hello Lybrate user management of the obesity has three approaches. 1. By dietary modification 2. By physical activity 3. By medications first of all you should avoid all calories dense food like fast food, sweets, nonveg, eggs, spicy and fatty food, cakes, pastries, cold drinks, alcohol etc. Eat fibre rich diet like whole grain food, oats, salad, almonds, flexseeds, drink plenty of water, juices etc. Increase physical activity by jogging, brisk walk, cycling, exercise and pranayama. Eating salmon fish will help in reducing your body weight as it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. • Make it a point to eat two to three servings of salmon in a week as it has very low fat when compared to red meat. • Salmon help in burning fat faster in your body and will also help in boosting metabolism. • But, you should never have fried salmon. Eat roasted, grilled or baked salmon instead.
