Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.

Hi Lybrate-user, If you are trying to gain weight, make sure that you are doing it in a healthy way. To gain weight you must consume simple foods for weight gain, which has enormous amount of calories & protein. Consuming lot of calories doesn’t mean that you have to over eat or over stuff yourself. You must always choose healthy sources of calorie dense foods. You must eat natural and simple foods for weight gain. Eat foods with high amount of calories than your required metabolism. Never skip your meals and make sure you are including all varieties of foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals and foods with high protein in your diet. Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. If you are vegetarian then include Egg & meat Egg is a protein rich food with high amount of calories. Nuts are the most nutritious and protein rich food. Fruits are the best sources of carbohydrates, healthy sugars, vitamins and minerals. Take a private consultation to get diet chart.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnemna sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Also you need to take a low carbohydrate rich diet. Avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc.

Hi lybrate user. Atfirst you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food twice in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) try to take liquid diet only for few days 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) take one tsf of avipattikar churna and one tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. B) take 30 ml of bhrungaraajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. C) take 30 ml of bhunimbadi kadha and 15 ml of honey along with 40 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning on empty stomach. Do all these things for fifteen days and give your valuable feedback for further suggestions. Thanks.

Only coffee bean will not be useful, weight and fat reduction requires, diet regimen, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in reducing weight, need to attend the gym if possible, simple morning and evening walk may be effective, to lose fat belly requires specific exercises, herbal preparations and yoga. Strict observance of diet is important along with your mental determination and attitude.

Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also add lean chicken and a lot of vegetables to the noodles and pasta that will convert it into a high calorie and nutritious food and provide you essential minerals and proteins.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Firstly GET T3, T4 TSH done if u are not losing after exertion. Try the remedies below with the work out they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus is a disease due to either insulin deficiency or resistance to its actio or both, particularly if it is t2 dm. In t1 dm there is no insulin at all. Treatment of diabetes depends on the type of the disease. Another important thing to be remembered is that treatment will continue for life time. There is no cure for the disease. I could not follow your query on" elctronic media" to be attached to the body, there is nothing of that sort at least for now. She will need proper treatment with appropriate drugs, diet control and regular exercise and weight control.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
