Dear lybrate user, you need to take homoeopathic carbo veg 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try homoeopathic liver tonic liv-t (sbl company). Take 20 ml of the aforesaid liver tonic, thrice daily, after meals. Try to drink as much water as you can drink daily. Try to get an uninterrupted sleep of minimum 8 hours.

Weight loss depends upon person to person. Though losing 8 kgs in less dan a month is not impossible but u have to follow a very special diet that does not make you feel low on energy. Try taking lots of water and fruit salads to overcome your pimple problem.

How long does it takes to recover from anorexia nervosa? I really want help, and I do not want to look pale or yellowish. Can anyone please tell about the correct diet chart and weight according to my age, i.e. 21 yrs. And how much time it take to recover, and suggestions for the recovery.

Hi It requires a lot of courage to accept that something has gone off-track. Appreciate yourself for taking this step. You have already started your recovery. Don't worry about time. Slow and steady wins the health race. Its good to take help of people whom you trust. You can also continue to search for online forums where you can find support for recovery... You can also try these steps. 1. Accept yourself the way you are. 2. A person is more than his looks and weight. Focus on your inner self. 3. Focus on your good qualities. 4. Focus on your work and studies. 5. Try to pick / follow a hobby. 6. Listen to music you like. 7. Read books you like. 8. Eat small portions of food you like. Try to balance carbs/fats/proteins. 9. Hello lybrate-user, when you will join gym it is not necessary that only eat nonveg diet, there are more veg sources of proteins like paneer, soyabean, sprouts, all pulses, soy and soy products, milk and milk products, ots etc eat gluten free diet.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. The anabolic steroids abused by many are synthetic versions of testosterone, a male hormone. Both men and women naturally produce testosterone. But like all hormones -- which regulate the body's most basic functions -- throwing one's testosterone out of balance can have wide-ranging consequences. Anabolic steroids have many side effects because testosterone, which they mimic, has many effects in the body. The long list if side effects from anabolic steroids include: shrinking of testicles, breast enlargement (gynecomastia), low sperm count, increased hair growth, deeper voice and reduced breast size in women, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, high cholesterol, rage, violence and aggression.

Hi Asim., Thanks for writing into lybrate., Medication:-1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

Avoid stress tension worry anger anxiety etc which opposes weight loss drink milk empty stomach daily eat fresh home made food with ghee and butter eat dry fruits in this winter season according to your hunger avoid overeating and frequently eating habits avoid late night jagaran basi food etc follow periods paricharya strictly during period days avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling exercise during periods for more details and medication consult privetly.
