Firstly you may need insulin during acute emergencies or acute illness secondly with time as the disease progresses the effectiveness of tablets shall be reduced and one may require insulin

Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc., which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal. • Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense foods. Instead of water, cook them in broth or milk. You may also add butter or cheese over the top. Starchy vegetables and dried fruits can be mixed. • Even though oatmeal is regarded as a weight-loss food, but it also aids weight-gain when combined with whole milk. One full bowl of oats can add necessary nutrition to the body, as it is rich in fiber and nutrients. You can prepare oatmeal with milk. Serve it with honey and toppings of handful of nuts, dried fruits, and other mix-ins to ramp up your weight.

Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Your pp is fairly high, it means the medication is not adequate or your intake is a bit high. Please let me know level of physical activity that you do during the day. Daily 1 h plus exercise will help to control pp levels. Your bmi is28.1 kg /m2 (normal <23 kg/m2). It shows you are over weight. Excess weight also increases blood sugar. You have to exercise for more than 1 hour a day and also reduce you intake by at least 15 - 20 % a day. What is the dose of both drugs? dosage may have to be increased.

dear friend A pint of lite beer contains 128 Calories, since these are empty calories which mean they cannot be stored they will take precedence to be metabolized and sugar will be kept on hold, in this manner and along with beer the snacks one consumes adds to the calorie load and causes the calorie imbalance, per say they do not have any direct effect, if you are taking your medications regularly, and keeping your blood sugar under control , your Hb A1 C is in range, food that you take logically does not matter, but if any of the parameters i mentioned afore are off then it will matter, my suggestion will be keep your calorie intake under check and be regular with your followup and medication you can indulge in a beer or to you need any further clarification and want to discuss please ask a private consult where we are connected directly and can discuss more freely

Ideally if you want to build a muscles, it's is 1.5 g per kg body weight. Do increase your water intake proportionately to around 2.5 litres. Take good proteins from egg,milk and milk products,fish,nuts like almonds and walnuts

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily.

Taking proper nutritious food, more proteinaceous stuff, taking fruits &juices often, eith more intake of watr irrespective of thirst, milk, etc all will help to put up wt in healthy way. Practice doing exercises r yoga r meditation regularly to avoid stress. Homeopathically, take alfalfa syrup 2-3 times/day, five phos 6x tablets daily 5-5. For 2 months&let me know.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Yograj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Gandhak rasayan vati 2 tb before lunch and dinner.

Mannan symptoms of zika are fever, rash, joint pain, conjunctivitis, muscle pain and headache. There is no vaccine to prevent or specific medicine to treat zika infections. Treat the symptoms by getting plenty of rest. Drink fluids to prevent dehydration. Take medicine such as acetaminophen to relieve fever and pain. Do not take aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Wear full covered clothes. If you are taking medicine for another medical condition, if person having zika, prevent mosquito bites for the first week of your illness.

You can do nothing as it is natural (based on genetics). But if your parents height is short (check parents and grand parents height) then get your self checked as to know what might be the reason for such growth? (harmonal / genetic anamoly). Most of the times the growth stops by age 18- 20. So not to worry as such.
