Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Gaining weight is not an overnight process. To gain weight, aim to eat at least 6 calorie dense meals throughout the day without fail. Your body can store fat or increase muscles only if you feed your body with more calories than you spend in a day. Depending on your height, weight and metabolism you may put on weight easily or will take some time. It may not be that challenging for a short person to put on weight as for a tall person. The biggest notion that prevents people from gaining weight is that thin people don’t need to exercise as they are already thin. On the contrary, exercising increases calorie requirements of a person and even those who tend to eat less start eating more which gives them some quality muscles and a lean, attractive physique. A well balanced diet rich in protein, carbs and fats plays a key role when you are on the journey to gain weight. Strength training exercises should be performed for 30 minutes daily to challenge your body to grow and increase stamina at the same time.

Hiiii drink water between meal. As in digestion which is grinding process in stomach required water. After meal to only one sip of water. B after 1/2 hr of meal drink more amount of water. B yess after drinking water sudden after finishing meal increase weight. So he to drink after 1/2 hr thanku.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

(overnght saoked 1tsp methi seeds in 1 glass of water and take it nxt morning) * take more of veggies in your diets and fruits which are low in sugar are- apple, papaya, gauva, jamun. * take plenty of water (2.5-3 litres per day) * avoid skipping of meals. * choose whole grain like - jowar, bajra, oats, barley, ragi, wheat. * take 3-4 almonds and walnut (1/2) (overnght saoked)

Each cigarette you smoke has an effect on your erectile capacity: the nicotine in the cigarette is a vasoconstrictor i.e. it narrows the blood vessels to constrict the blood flow. The erection of the penis is caused by an extra flow of blood to the penis along with a shut down valve that facilitates its engorgement. This action will be compromised. Your BP rises with every cigarette you smoke. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. All the damage you incurred earlier because of the smoking can be reverted back to normal in quick time, including your sexual dysfunction. Your consumption is very high. If you find it very difficult to do this way as suggested, you can also admit yourself to a de-addiction center and there you can do it under highly monitored conditions and medically supervised.

Dear patient, According to your height your weight should be 72-74 kg. I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like. Green tea with lemon juice, Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods, jam jelly, ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval. Hello your weight is on higher side and you can go for a sonogram and hormonal status checked. Get your blood sugar levels also checked. For losing weight, diet and exercise are the best answer. You should take plenty of water and liquids. Avoid junk food and fats in the diet.
