Hi, take diet which is not too spicy and oily. Include more amount of fruits. Include dates, but not daily. Rice and dal should be included in daily dinner. Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated after that in short intervals.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

I have cross boarder line for blood glucose since 2010 (110/150). I sm regularly doing walking, swimming, playing volley ball almost every day. My current age is 55 years. Present reading 180 to 200 pre and 240 to 275 post lunch. I am taking gemmer 2 morning after breakfast and evening after dinner. I do not feel any problem of frequent urine or fatigue or pain. I am frank to confirm that I do not control/reduce my food habit which I am used to it from past more then 20 years. I take healthy breakfast, healthy lunch ( 2 vegetables, dal, 3 chappti, salad, rice and buttermilk almost 365 days. I do eat sweets, oranges, icecream very frequently alternate days. My father/mother both are diabetic but they also have a perfect body n perfect lifestyle. I do not eat outside food. Sir please advice how to reduce blood glucose level from existence level to normal level. Sir, why almost 75% population above 50 years are suffering from diabetics? in my case I think I am leaving perfect life style still running high glucose level. Please advice.

Balanced diet and regular exercise will help you. Do muscle building exercise for gaining weight. Eat extra food more frequently. Use nutritional supplement for weight gain. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. No smoking, alcohol. No water just before or during meals. Take stress free rest. These are basic things but will be helpful.

Dear patient, 1.calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. 2. Leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. 3. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. 4.Butter, margarine should be taken. 5.Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body. 6.Try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. 7.you should eat more food at each meal. 8. Please try to correct your appetite first. Try drinking water boiled with jeera (cumin seeds) or dried ginger. Please try to drink milk everyday. And also try to include ghee, butter etc. In your diet. Try to have protein rich diet like different varieties of pulses, egg, non veg if you can. It's good to have chyavanaprash daily before food with milk.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc, drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Proper rest and stress free life.

Hi You are gaining weight due to hormonal and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement. Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Excessive sweating could be due to 1.Anxiety, nervousness 2 Obesity, Diabetes, Thyroid problem, Tuberculosis 3.Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs 4.
