I am male, I am suffering with low energy levels in my body. I am eating tries a day. I am not taking any extra food....
Hye, thankyou for your query. Feeling energetic every day can dramatically improve your quality of life. Feeling more energetic every day is a goal you can fulfill by incorporating changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle. 1. Avoid processed foods. Wholesome foods are a better choice than processed foods because they contain more nutrition and healthy vitamins. Wholesome foods—which are rich in nutrients include raw or cooked fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, lean meats, fresh fish or shellfish, eggs, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, and low-fat cheese. 2. Maintain a balanced diet. Keep in mind the importance of wholesome foods and make sure your diet is well-balanced. A balanced diet will promote optimum nutrition and help you feel more energetic every day. Let wholesome fruits and vegetables make up half your diet. Eat the amount of grains that corresponds to your age, sex, and level of activity. 3. Be careful not to overeat. While it is important to ensure you are eating a balanced diet of wholesome foods, it is also important to control your portions when you eat. Overeating makes your feel tired and listless. Avoid binge eating. Avoid nighttime heavy eating. 4. Avoid false energy. There are many products that claim to give you energy when you consume them, but they do not always deliver. Even if they do give you energy, the effects are often short-lived. Example, coffee, tea or chocolates. 5. Opt for natural remedies and avoid medications and supplements unless you are deficient in some nutrient. 6. Exercise on a daily basis to feel energetic every day. Even though you may feel too tired to exercise, taking the initiative to get active can actually give you more energy. 7. Drink water to stay hydrated. Keeping yourself hydrated by drinking water throughout the day is an important way to avoid fatigue and low energy levels. 8. Get on a regular sleep schedule. A proper sleep schedule is crucial to having sufficient energy throughout the day. 9. Get help if you feel overwhelmingly fatigued. If you maintain regular diet and sleep patterns but still feel fatigued, you may need to seek help. You may need to be tested for conditions that often lead to fatigue, such as thyroid disease, depression, anemia, or chronic fatigue syndrome. 10. Avoid stress. Schedule your daily activities. Keeping your life organized is essential to feeling energetic. By preventing as much as stress as possible, you will be able to have time to focus on other fun activities.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Your nutrient needs are high as you are growing. If you try to follow some fad diet, you will end up becoming malnourished on the inside and your growth may get stunted. So, go the healthy way to weight loss. Fats get accumulated in certain areas. Once you lose overall weight, you will notice that chest fats will also reduce. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions and increase frequency of meals. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Don't hesitate to take a personalised diet consultation as it's a matter of your growth as well

Self & my wife want to loose weight, Kindly tell me the daily food chart which can help us to reduce extra fat.
Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. (If you want a proper daily diet chart, better to take an advise from a dietician only. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Bhanushreeji, Thanks for the query. Following are the criteria to decide about diabetes : 1)Normal : Fasting blood glucose :70 to 110 mg/100ml, PP<140 mg, HbA1c%<5.9. 2)Pre-diabetic state: FBG108 to 125 mg, PP 141 to 199 mg & HbA1c%5.9 to 6.4. 3)Diabetes :FBG:126 mg and above, PP 200 mg and above,& HBA1c% 6.5 and above. Hence you are not in a prediabetic state. But it always good to avoid bakery items or other foods made out of maida. Taking healthy diet always pays off. Tea, coffee are fine. Similarly there is no need to avoid rice. What is needed is total moderation in diet. But better to avoid too much of sweets, deep fried foods, jnuk foods and pastries. Increased intake of green leafy vegetables and fruits is healthy. Plus maintaining normal body weight (about 58 kgs) is necessary to prevent becoming diabetic. A daily exercise of 1 hour should also be very good habit. Thanks.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles.

Please take a glass of milk morning and evening with banana. Also the main thing is do not lift weights until you feel it easy -- depend on push-up/don/dips upto 100 times/day this is much more beneficial to your long term body building. Practice free hands as much as possible. Take proper rest/sleep for your muscles/body needs to be relax.
